i'm not a blink but i fw bp's music and keep up with their cbs but i wanna know y'alls thoughts on their contracts and if they resign

like it's so funny to me that yg is doing everything in their power to keep them under them bc they already know and admitted that without blackpick they're fucked

not saying treasure is trash or anything negative of that sort. they're a great group with a solid fanbase but they are nowhere near bp's level of fame or popularity unfortunately

personally, i think that if yg can somehow get the girls to stay there will definitely be some changes to their contracts but i won't be surprised if they don't resign cause why would you? 602 days without a cb is insane when kpop thrives off cbs at least twice a year. i don't know if the girls will stay together bc i feel jisoo might wanna try acting more seriously and possibly jennie? lisa and rosie are def staying or doing something music related with their careers. jennie however, i feel like won't go back to being a kpop idol like with the idol (shit show btw only watched for her) coming out in america maybe she'll try a western career or model idk

Co- Lab Day 7

Hii! Today for our co-lab, we played just dance! Our morning started off the same. Korean lesson and watching a video on the final assessment. Afterwards, we had lunch, and met up in the front

They only had a couple kpop songs, so once we danced to them all, we just danced to modern dances. The groups were blackpick, twice, nct, and even soloist Hyuna! It was very fun! And we ended up writing our blogs and heading home :3

i feel like we, kpop stans, should start appreciating being a kpop idol as a job instead of just focusing on how hard it is. yes, it is hard and there are companies that are worse than others and no, we shouldn't look over that but there are some idols who are genuinely enjoying the job.

if we keep focusing on the bad side we'll only feel pity for them and that's where unnecessary mistreatment accusations come.

no, i don't mean glorifying unhealthy eating habits or things like that but rather smtg like "they can perform on stage infront of thousands of people that's rlly cool" or "they can express emotions, even if its not theirs into a song how do they do that??" typa thing yk??
