On the road to physical and health recovery feeling better. Started with cleaning up the hair and beard as a new beginning working with @bodymechanics_af to drop 20-30 pounds by January. Lost seven so far. Got away for the weekend with off-road group @socaloutdoorsmen, helped teach someone to replace a tire on a trail in a bad spot and got to relax a bit.
