2023 the Year of Chaos

Beginning today we stop overextending ourselves. We stop giving to situations and people that don't appreciate us. We become focused only on ourselves and our happiness and becoming the best versions of ourselves for ourselves-- for the collective. We are releasing the weight of the world off of our shoulders. Your higher vibration is the most needed at this time. Your vibration impacts the entire collective consciousness.

You need not focus on anything else, except your daily responsibilities. Because your vibration will have the biggest impact on the world--not your intellect, not your abilities, not your money, not your self sacrifice will have the biggest impact. Only your vibration will. We must remember that we cannot control temporary circumstances outside of ourselves but we can control ourselves, how we react and how we shift, how we want to create or manifest the future. In my 2023 forecast I said, that 2023 was going to be very chaotic but this does not mean you need to fear anything.

This is when the real New Year begins. You are going to see many confused, disillusioned people, brainwashed by the "dark forces", acting out of ego, waking up from the darkness coming to light. Mass awakenings. You can rely on the energy healers, spiritual lightworkers, witches, the new age spiritualists, the master manifesters, the light holders, the light warriors, astrologers, reiki masters, the monks, the shamans, the magicians, the seers, Earth Angels, psychics, the changemakers, the chosen ones, empaths, the enlightened ones ect. Any label you want to give us, we're all healers in different slices of personalities and ways and we're all connected whether you like it or not. Anyone that gives you a cool calm and collected vibe, is an obvious master, stable and grounded that seems to be confident that everything is going to be okay. They are the ones you can turn to and rely on when everything looks chaotic. Your energy of fear, pain, anxiety, unworthiness, scarcity, and victim mentality is creating blockages in your energy flow. The trauma, from your intense emotions that you cannot process gets stuck in different chakras, waiting to be released.

They will teach you how to break toxic cycles and patterns you've been stuck in. They are going to be teaching in chaos, being the eye in the storm. Pluto will help you break free from those toxic cycles that literally kept you in hell. adopted & raised in aurora bay at a young age by two reiki masters - rock & andy tully - that traveled along the tri-state area for in-home treatments.

grew up wanting to become an actress by any means necessary and was prone to putting on shows for anyone who would watch, which got her into a ton of trouble as a kid - earning her a certified class clown title.

her adoptive parents were very much free spirited and encouraged mikayla to hone in on her creative side despite the trouble she got into at school. truthfully they didn't put much stock into her education, instead focused on allowing her to grow her social butterfly wings.

mikayla was always the first at the party and the last to leave. striking up a conversation with every person no matter where she was seemed to be her motive. all she ever wanted was to experience life and get to know every single person in it.

tw cancer: eventually andy was diagnosed with cancer when mikayla was 11 years old, causing a strain and struggle within the household. mikayla got worse with acting out. after a grueling year, andy was then given the ok-go with remission, which was a relief

around 13-15 is when mikayla started to write her own plays, acting in front of her home camera to record and send to studios that never got back to her.

goes to county college for a month as undecided and flunks out

thus began her constant rotation of jobs and getting fired/hired around aurora bay as a teen and well into her 20s. she was constantly seeking new opportunities with the intent on meeting new people.

tw death: unfortunately andy would pass when mikayla was just shy of her 20th birthday, leaving her in shambles.

for the next 13 years, she'd float around her hometown and get an apartment at ocean crest apartments once her father, rock, moved out of town - too reminded of his wife in the town they'd lived in. mikayla, on the other hand, refused to leave.

Kind Words - A Spiritual Story

We are each more receptive to kind words spoken toward us, rather than harsh ones. I have witnessed equal parts of both realities, both personally and as an observer.

This story relates to how kind words can turn someone and often something completely around…………..

A woman came to me as a client referral, completely filled with a great deal of worry. She had a diagnosis of a lump in one breast, and she was understandably obsessed with what would happen next. She came to me for Reiki healing, this lovely non-invasive hands-on approach to challenging life situations. I knew that the ideal protocol was to simply place hands over her heart chakra, and call in guidance to help clear her fields of energy. I also felt drawn to invite her to grab her phone and record a guided, specific wellness meditation, personal to her, with the outcome she most wished for.

We continued to work with her field of energy, encouraging her to breathe away the stressful thoughts, and invite in peaceful inspiration. She began to relax, and drifted away from her worrisome reality. She wandered off into the Universe of creativity, drawing from an infinite source of potentiality. We are all able to access the great realms of absolutely everything-ness, and the energy that’s available to us there comes from a positive flow.

When we are in kindness, allowing the words to flow through us toward a great end result, we are accessing the potential of all that’s available to us.

the crystal of my rebirth is

i decided that i didn’t like the current version of myself. i was not happy with her. so i’ve decided to change that, but, i have given myself a deadline. december 15th. there are multiple qualities within me that i am just not happy with, but i know, i just know i am capable of changing. i am not my habits. i know how to be a better version of myself, i just need to apply myself. and that’s what i will be doing throughout these two months.

aside from losing all my bad habits, i want to practice getting back in tune with myself. my intuition. my gut. my abilities. everything. those are not hobbies, or skills that i picked up. they are a part of me, they are a necessity, and parts that u need to tap into.

Introduction:

Welcome, dear readers, to a captivating journey into the world of Reiki, an ancient healing practice that's been around since the 1880's, it transcends conventional boundaries. As a Usui Reiki Master/Teacher and an Angel Reiki Master/Teacher, I teach Reiki to so many students, year on year, this year it seems to be particularly popular, it's for this reason that I'm excited to share with you the profound wisdom and versatile applications of this transformative energy therapy.

Understanding Reiki's Essence:

At its core, Reiki is a gentle yet powerful healing modality that originated in Japan. The word "Reiki" can be translated as "universal life force energy" (rei meaning universal, and ki representing life force energy). This practice operates on the belief that life force energy flows through all living beings, and disruptions in this energy can lead to physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalances. Remember we're all energy, everything is energy, which includes your thoughts.

How Reiki Works:

The Reiki practitioner acts as a channel for the universal life force energy. During a Reiki session, the recipient remains fully clothed and lies comfortably on a massage table or sits in a chair. The practitioner places their hands gently on or above specific areas of the recipient's body, allowing the energy to flow through them and into the recipient.

Reiki energy intuitively travels to the areas where it is most needed, helping to clear blockages, restore balance, and stimulate the body's natural healing abilities. It promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and encourages holistic well-being. The experience is often described as soothing, warm, and peaceful.

Expanding the Horizons of Reiki:

Beyond the traditional Reiki session, this versatile healing practice extends its reach into various aspects of our lives. Let's explore some remarkable uses of Reiki beyond the boundaries of a typical session.

Healing Others:

Many of my students decide to learn Reiki because they want to give it to their children, especially if their children have neurodivergent conditions such as:

Self-Healing and Self-Care:

Reiki empowers individuals to become active participants in their own healing journey. By learning and practising Reiki techniques, you can tap into its energy whenever you need it. Regular self-Reiki can alleviate stress, promote emotional well-being, and enhance self-awareness, it also improves sleep.

Enhancing Other Therapies:

Reiki beautifully complements other holistic therapies and conventional medical treatments. Its calming influence can enhance the effectiveness of therapies such as massage, acupuncture, counselling, and more. By incorporating Reiki into your existing practices, you can create a harmonious blend of modalities that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit. I have students who use it within a reflexology session or after giving a tarot reading, or during a facial, I use it within my hypnotherapy & NLP sessions to boost the healing for the issue we have worked on. The NHS use it within hospitals to help cancer patients as do some hospices so they can relieve the suffering of those who are end of life.

Animal and Plant Healing:

Reiki's healing potential extends beyond human beings. Animals, whether domestic or wild, can benefit from the soothing and balancing effects of Reiki, many of my students train in Reiki to help their pets, I also have students who specialise in equestrian healing, work in animal shelters or sanctuaries etc. It can help alleviate anxiety, promote recovery from illness or injury, and strengthen the bond between humans and animals. Reiki can also be directed towards plants, supporting their growth and vitality which is perfect if you grow your own vegetables or herbs.

Cleansing Spaces and Objects:

Reiki energy can be channelled to clear stagnant or negative energy from physical spaces, such as homes or workplaces, if I am going to a client I will often send Reiki ahead of time to cleanse the space but I also use it for spaces where I hold workshops or events. By utilising specific Reiki symbols and intentions, practitioners can infuse spaces with positive energy, enhancing harmony and creating a serene environment. Additionally, Reiki can be used to cleanse and charge objects such as crystals, jewellery, and everyday items, imbuing them with healing vibrations., I even have students who've used it on their car battery!

Medication & Supplements:

I have students who make or sell beauty products or skincare products, they put Reiki in the product to boost it's effectiveness, there is a need to be careful here though, you would not want to make insulin more powerful for instance! Always check with a Dr or specialist if you plan to do this. Vitamins tend to be fine as the body eliminates whatever it doesn't need, however I'd still recommend you check with a health professional before boosting their properties.

Spiritual Work:

Messages From Beyond: Many Reiki practitioners discover that whilst in the altered state of giving Reiki, they become aware of messages from Heaven/Spirit whether that's from the Angels, family members of the Reiki recipient or the Spirit Guides of the Reiki practitioner, it isn't always appropriate to pass these messages on, however, being aware of Spirit & being able to develop spiritually is a reason why many people pursue a Reiki qualification.

There have been times when I've been shown information about my client's past lives, the journey of their soul & those events where healing needs to go so the person can heal in their life now.

Soul Retrieval: I've also used Reiki for the process known as 'Soul Retrieval' which is where a soul is unaware they've passed away and they need help to pass to Heaven or Spirit as I call it. I've also used Reiki to do house clearances where there is spirit activity that the resident is finding troublesome.

Grounding: One of the basic principles of all spiritual work is to be 'grounded' which means they are energetically tethered to the earth, but we often need to be grounded after something particularly exciting or shocking, hence why we use phrases such as 'coming back down to earth with a bump' or talk about people being grounded even though they're famous etc. Reiki can be used to ground you during and after a plane trip which helps alleviate the jetlag & helps you to feel connected to the earth energy again.

Distance Healing:

One of the most intriguing aspects of Reiki is its ability to transcend physical limitations. Through the practice of distance healing, Reiki energy can be sent across time and space to individuals, situations, or events that are not physically present. As always you will need the permission of the recipient either from them directly or their Higher Self. This method allows practitioners to extend their healing intentions and energies to those in need, regardless of location.

It's a great way to send positive energy to a job interview that's coming up or maybe a 1-2-1 with your boss! If you have to give a talk or a presentation, Reiki can be sent ahead so it goes well. Maybe you or a loved one have an operation scheduled, you can even send Reiki ahead to that event to help it go smoothly.

The Written Word: When writing letters, filling out official forms or journaling the Reiki symbols can be traced on the paperwork to create a positivity to the words. It can be placed under the stamp of a letter or written on the gift tag of a present.

Karuna Reiki® 3- Day Workshop

The Meaning of Karuna

Karuna is a Sanskrit word that could be translated as "compassionate action." When individuals experience enlightenment, they report that all beings are known as one. Therefore, it is natural to extend compassionate action or Karuna to everyone without distinction because we are all one. As we help others and aid them in their healing process, all beings benefit. Because of the oneness of all beings, it is understood that Karuna is not only extended to others out of love but also because it is an entirely logical thing to do. In the same way that you would want to heal your own wounds, you would also want the wounds of others to heal. It is also stated in the Buddhist literature that Karuna must be accompanied by prajna or wisdom in order to have the right effect. Karuna is the motivating quality of all enlightened beings who are working to end suffering on Earth. They continually send an unlimited amount of healing energy and guidance to us, but not all are receptive to it. As you develop Karuna in yourself, not only are you helping others, but you also become more receptive to the Karuna that is being sent by all enlightened beings. Thus your healing is quickened as well. Karuna Reiki® opens you to work more closely with all enlightened beings. This includes those enlightened ones who are physically present as well as those in spirit.

The Karuna Reiki® Class

This class is for anyone who has had Reiki Master training. It is complete with four master symbols and eight treatment symbols.

A brief description of the four Karuna® I symbols is given here: The first symbol prepares the client for deep healing and is used with past life issues. It helps release karma and deeply seated issues on the cellular level. The second symbol heals deeply and can be used to break up the negative patterns we unconsciously use to insulate ourselves from the truth, thus shattering delusion and denial. It heals the shadow self. The third symbol fills the person with love and restores balance. The fourth symbol completes the treatment by bringing the client back into the body and grounding. The Karuna II symbols are of a higher vibration and more powerful. They help connect directly with the Higher Self and work on a deeper level. While they have specific purposes discussed in class, the experience of their energy allows intuitive guidance in their use. Both levels of Karuna Reik®i will be given as well as instruction and practice on the use of all twelve symbols. You will be able to teach all levels of Karuna Reiki® after taking this class. Lots of practice time is included for giving treatments, using the symbols and for learning the attunement processes. We will also be doing a Reiki meditation to be aware of and heal the Shadow Self and using chanting and toning with Karuna Reiki®.

A certificate and a manual are included with in depth descriptions of each symbol and each attunement process.

You will also be offered the opportunity to become a "Registered Karuna Reiki® Master" with The International Center for Reiki Training (free). You will then be able to use their manuals and your student certificates will come from their Center. This program offers a more advanced Reiki system and is an expression of the evolving nature of Reiki. This course will provide you the knowledge and practice to apply Reiki and Karuna Reiki energies to work at a deeper level, with additional symbols and specific expanded intentions and techniques.

Provided within the course are two levels that include two attunements, four master symbols and eight therapy symbols. The Karuna Reiki symbols applied on the emotional and spiritual levels allow a deeper harmony and balance within. Those who receive the attunements report experiences with their guides, angels, and higher self and feel the helping presence of other enlightened beings A brief description of the four Karuna Reiki 1 symbols are given here:

•The first symbol prepares the client by facilitating removal of deep negative energies and is helpful with past life issues or inherited conditions, to benefit with this blessed opportunity to over-come karma and deeply seated issues on the cellular level.

•The second symbol clears deeply and can be used to break up the negative patterns individuals consciously or unconsciously use to insulate themselves from the truth, thus shattering delusion and denial. It harmonizes the shadow self.

•The third symbol fills the person with love and restores balance.

•The fourth symbol completes the session by bringing the client back into the body and grounding the client. The Karuna Reiki 2 symbols are of a higher vibration and are more precise. They facilitate to connect directly with the higher self and work at a deeper level. While they have specific purposes discussed in class, the experience of their energy allows intuitive guidance in their use.
