(Context: this Batman: Bruce Wayne-fugitive and Bruce is accused of murder and is a fugitive)

This is interesting. Dick has been the one (with Cass) who was adamant that Bruce didn't do it without any proof. He was 100% sure that Bruce didn't do it. Both he and Cass were right (and she found the first piece of evidence that Bruce didn't do it) but it's interesting that this panel kinda seems to imply that he did have just a teeny tiny slimmer of a doubt.

Batman: Bruce Wayne Murderer? and Fugitive

Welcome back to the blog Today I am talking about a pair of Trade Paperbacks. Batman: Bruce Wayne Murderer? and Batman: Bruce Wayne Fugitive. I was lucky enough, wink wink, to find the 2014 version of these trade paperbacks online so lets go ahead and talk about them and rate them.

It’s been a while since I have done something that isn’t watchable haha. I think the only other thing I have on this blog like this right now was a horny manga that I read in like two days.

Batman Murderer and fugitive were okay. I wouldn’t say they were great, and honestly I think I will forget this soon, but the stories did have some genuinely great moments that made me kind of remember why I like Batman so much.

the short synopsis is that someone frames Bruce Wayne for murder, and the two collected books go through that and find who the real killer is all while doing other stuff too.

Bruce closes himself off,and some of the other bat family members have doubt that he could have done it.

Now my biggest issue with these two books of collected issues from multiple comics is that some of the issues they put in really don’t feel like the move the plot along at all.

I also think some of the art work they displayed was kind of hard to appreciate to put it kindly. I am not using this as a downfall to the book because I am sure Comic creators are under a lot of stress and short deadlines, but sometimes I just need to point out small things that i didn’t like as much.

Overall not much to say good or bad about this. It had some poor pacing issues, and some poor art, but it also had some great character moments, and some moments that really reminded me why I like comics.

I give this one a 6/10 it was just average.
