I was bored and I decided to slightly redesign the baby racers from Mario Kart, featuring their outfits from Doctor Mario World and Mario Kart Tour!

Yes I know baby Luigi and baby Daisy don’t have an outfit in Tour (maybe they do and I just don’t know) but they deserve one! So I gave them a matching outfit to baby Mario and baby Peach!

I just really like the implication that in the Mario game/cinematic universe, eye whites and irises are something male children develop later in life. Like, you know they’ve hit puberty once they wake up with fully formed eyes rather than their voices breaking. Lmao

(these are for Mario Kart 8 deluxe so it doesn't have all the players from tour)

Mario: You are basic or you just started playing Mario Kart and you don't really like any other characters as much

Luigi: You are probably obsessed with this man

Peach: same as Mario but you're probably a girl or a gay adult man

Since Sun and Moon like to watch babies, would either of them go out of their way to interact with them? Like, to play with them, make them laugh, maybe put their pacifier back if they lose it in their sleep? I think they fairy boys are so adorable so my mind is literally infested with cutesy (and angsty) scenarios with them -w-

Oh absolutely. And they have, only when safe to do so. They are stricken with baby fever.

They played with little Daisy when they finally got to meet her, even if it was to keep her from crying.
