Backflipping duck got me, HAHA, thank you for that. Honestly, this entire chapter has been sitting solidly in "there's a lot of emotional fallout here from the previous installments of this series, and it is making me very paranoid about pulling both of them out of character," so I'm really glad people are enjoying the bits of WIP that I've been posting! Now that I've made it through a night out followed by an all-day party, I can sit, relax, and edit the shit out of it prior to posting so that I feel solid about it, hahaha. Anyway, thank you so much! <3 These kind messages have been fueling me amidst all the chaos, ehehe.

okay I'm DYING over that snippet, alastor is going through a crisis not feeling comfortable with what they've been doing any longer and trying to figure out how to express that and one of the first things vox says when he breaches the topic is "I'm gonna dress up valentino as you and fantasize about fucking you anyway" like buddy!! all horny no brain asdfg they're both killing me omg - ✨

Vox was allowed like two seconds of healthy, genuine communication prior to the snippet I posted before I was like, "Hm, one sec, gotta remind everyone who he is," hahaha. He was, to be fair, mostly trying to be glib in that moment in a way that just didn't land.

Vox says "well it doesn't have to be literally you if you don't want" and Alastor hears "I've objectified the idea of you to such an extent that I'm going to go to such length to still realize my desire to fuck you" and oof.

And ahhh, thank you! Yeah, I've moved around a lot throughout my life (including switching houses weekly between my parents most of my life) and I feel like one of the ways I adapted to it was just being very gung-ho about decorating and home-ifying a place I'm staying, so I'm so excited to finally have a space that is All Mine To Do With As I Please without being concerned about roommates, etc, etc. And it won't be permanent, but I'll be there three years, and that's a decently long time!!

Wanted to ask who's your favourite OC and if ya'd like to share something about them with us! :D♡

HI HELLO ASKA omg i know this ask has been sitting in my box for a long while but college things have been keeping me busy + i couldn't find my old sketchbook with some of my trad sketches of said oc so :( made do with my old posts and did a new one just for this ask! i know i have some artworks of her on my laptop too but sadly it's been broken for a while. nonetheless, thank you for the ask!

so contrary to my own belief, there is an oc that has a special place in my heart that dates prior to eulalia's conception. her name is Fiore G. Kiefer!

(the sketch i cooked up for this ask!)

originally just named Fiore Garcia, little fio went through a lot of revisions and storylines and AUs. i don't recall which came first, if it was her arknights version or an alternate modern version where she was an underground boxer, but she spawned from either of those two things! i'd been working on ocs for a long while but didn't really feel super committed until fio came along; something about her spurred me into investment.

to spare the lengthy history, Fiore is the adopted daughter of Noah Kiefer :) noah saved fio from being nommed on by wolves when she was, i believe, five or seven years old! noah had admitted fio to the local orphanage at the time, but fio quickly grew attached to her rescuer and often shadowed noah as she worked around the city.

after being adopted, little fio took after her mum quite a bit, learning unarmed combat from her and eventually developing her own style of martial combat!

(really she just liked to punch people, but i promise she's very sweet! she's a golden retriever in personality)

in her earlier iterations, as mentioned prior, fiore went by another name: Garm the Bloodhound, or simply The Thunderfang, named for the speed, precision, and viciousness of her strikes. she keeps the moniker Garm in her later versions, but tends to use it as a kind of nickname or alter ego. (yes, Garm is named after the norse mythological hound that guards Hel's gate!)

in her GEU iteration, her birthname is Adsila :)

oh! Fiore is pansexual, goes by any pronouns but tends to lean towards she/her (she thinks being called a he/him is cool!) and she has a girlfriend! her name is Yumena! (yume also has quite the lengthy history)

Aw, thank you so much! I'm doing pretty well - there's been a lot going on in my life the past couple of weeks (some of which is Still Happening), haha, but also some good things coming my way! I just had my rent application accepted for the place I'm moving for work in June, so that's really exciting, and I basically have the next three weeks off to relax before graduation!

And eyyyy, haha, absolutely delighted that you immediately picked out that callback! And I'll definitely pass on your kind words to Aislin as well, I honestly had SUCH fun working on Cable Management with her from start to finish. Thank you, I'm really happy you've been enjoying our work! <3 I hope you have an absolutely lovely rest of your day as well!

SOOOO, How do you feel about people translating your works into other languages on AO3? Is it a 'maybe', or more of a hard 'HELL NO.' (?)

Just curious.. for no particular reason.

And on the other note, I loved your recent chapter!!! I SWEAR you're the single entity that is able to makes me want draw lately (yes i'm forshadowing rn (just like you foreshadowed that panic attack (seriously dude that was brilliant)))

I give blanket permission for transformative works based on my fics, as long as you let me know about, link me to, and credit me in the final post! I'm nosy and I like to see what's being made, hahaha - I've actually had a few translations of my works made in the past, mostly to Russian (fun, since I can read it) and once to Chinese! I am mostly just very flattered people like my writing enough to take the time to translate it. I've also had people write inspired-by works and in once case a sequel to a fic of mine - it's all good fun!

And ahhh, thank you so much! Honestly, seeing people's art also inspires me to write, so I'm very delighted to perpetuate the cycle, hahaha. Fanart,,, makes me insane, so. I WILL. AWAIT WITH BATED BREATH. Q^Q!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! <3 <3 <3
