I will never cease to awe over Hayden’s ability to juxtapose such softness and fierceness in Anakin’s character. You can see the moment he realizes Ahsoka is upset,and the tilt to his eyebrows,his mouth,the gentle concern he exudes in his hesitant body movements. And then in the next scene he’s nothing but graceful brutality,leading his men and slapping blaster bolts from midair. He embodies such fluid,graceful strength,and it’s such a joy to see him embody Anakin’s character again as it should be.

I cannot believe I have made jokes about Kanan fist fighting a Sith for years only for Ezra Bridger to actually do it in canon this is the greatest day of my life

The devil is in the details - the attention costume designers put into this is amazing, wear & tear over the years at the collar & fasteners. I also love the thought of Thrawn staying true by wearing his uniform everyday but also sewing his own buttons/ clips back on his tunic 🤣

hilarious how the series treats Thrawn like this demi-godlike being who's return will bring utter destruction to the galaxy.

Meanwhile the original author and creator of Thrawn depicts the grand admiral as this very autistic art snob, who also happens to be good at military strategy but is all in all just a blue guy who has a hard time making friends and loves playing dress up.
