After a little messing around, I've decided to conduct a very scientific poll.

This will include every TAZ Balance NPC that I remember/care about so I apologize deeply if your favorite NPC isn't on here but there's 60 total so I feel that's pretty comprehensive.

this is the tax fic in case anyone was wondering, it's literally a short novel ?? that i wrote in which every single character in taz balance is thrown into fantasy tax jail

i'm not gonna go back and find it because it's a 56k fic but there's lucretia and antonia meeting, because i think they're a really cool rarepair (to the extent that i have literally never seen another fic or even reference to them together). they're both powerful women who lost a LOT in wonderland and we never really get antonia's backstory, but i can only imagine it was as important to her as the relics and stuff were to lucretia, so exploring how they might heal together is really cool

also i think it's gay rights that lucretia gets to kiss a pretty purple haired elf

I'm dying to know what very minor taz characters you wrote fic about...

antonia (from the desert timeloop arc) and ren (from the start of the wonderland arc)! had to really strain myself to remember. they are exceedingly minor but i was determined and had creative energy. taz fandom was kinda crazy but i did produce the most work i was ever able to

Do you have any other personal Indigenous headcanons for TAZ charas besides Inuk Avi? :) I have my Cree Taako & I sometimes headcanon Magnus as Māori!

oh you have no clue how much I love your Cree Taako. I still think about it so so much it heals me 💖

and I do have some other indigenous TAZ headcanons! I headcanon Ren as Ogala Lakota, Hurley as Ainu, Antonia (yes, the one purple haired lady from Suffering Game) as also Inuk, and Sloane as Salish (though this was influenced by @/quakgrass’s stellar art).

sometimes I headcanon the twins as Wayuu, Cree, or Ñuu Savi because my headcanons for them are muchhh more flexible than the previous stated characters, but might as well throw them in here anyway lol
