You may receive this letter of mine after my death or you may not receive it at all…
I have never felt the need to write to you but now that something within me tells me that my time in this world is limited. Here,I fulfill one of the last wishes of mine to pour my heart out to you in a letter that contains nothing but the feelings of the endless love I have towards you.

Kageyama wished Hinata would cry.
Kageyama wished that Hinata would start bawling like the helpless, teary guy he is. He wished Hinata would shed tears like the day they lost to Aoba Johsai. He desperately, desperately wanted Hinata would let it all out like the day they ran together in the gym, screaming in unison and sharing their pain so it wouldn’t be unbearable.
Instead, Hinata was a blank slate. His face turned sickly pale and his usual flushed cheeks disappeared as if erased from existence. The sparkle within Hinata’s amber eyes was replaced by a deep, sorrowful abyss. With his lower lip quivering and his mouth agape, Hinata spoke,
“What?”
In which Hinata has a complete breakdown and Kageyama hopelessly tries to take away his pain.
