i have a complex about not disliking blaseball characters for any lore related reasons, if theyre lored to be 'unlikeable' or are gradually disliked by a team and i feel like its odd to be like that 🤔
like, you were given this guy and maybe they arent good at the game but someone decided that they were unredeemable (exaggeration) and then it became popular and its like... i dunno

see the problem with all of the puzzles in bg3 is like. sometimes the player (me) is stupid. and at least in a real dnd game you might get the dm to take pity on you

you have been rotting in your bed for hours. you asked your boyfriend to bring you some extra feminine products just incase. he was quick to respond to your text. he sent you a text saying he would be home soon with everything you need. you sighed in relief feeling so thankful for him. you cuddle up into your blankets as you wait for your boyfriend.
you watch whatever dumb dating show you had on earlier. your pain on the first day differs but this time is was painful as hell. you took some ibuprofen but it hasn’t started working yet leaving you to suffer. you hear the front door open making you smile to yourself. you see your boyfriend with a bag from the store.
“i asked you for a couple things- baby you didn’t have to get all this.” you sit up to face him as he brings the bag over to your side of the bed. “i know you did. i wanted to get your favorite snacks and some more stuff just to make sure you have it. i’m sorry you don’t feel good sweetheart.” he sits on the bed next to you. he pulls you into a gentle hug as he rubs your back.
“how was your day other than that? did you rest mostly?” he massages your back looking at you for your response. “it was good. i was missing you all day. i was just watching tv and cleaning a little but i gave up on the cleaning very fast.” you smile at him as he smiles back. “yea? i was missing you too. don’t worry about the cleaning i will take care of it all.” he rubs your cheek softly as you lay against his chest.
“how did you come home so early? i thought you had long schedules today?” the two of you move to lay down under the covers together. he pulls you close as he faces you. “yea i had meetings mostly but we got done like right before you texted me so i was quick to get you things.” his hand is resting against your hip as he gently massages your side. “you’re gonna put me to sleep baby.” you laugh as you close your eyes.
“come here.” he says pulling you to kiss him. you kiss him back quickly melting into the kiss. he holds your side gently as he kisses you softly. “i really missed you.” you pout looking at him. “i really missed you too, honey. you were all i was thinking about during my meetings.” he smiled at you again. he leans down to plant a kiss on your forehead.
“i love you.” you sigh at the cramps you feel. “rest honey. see if you can nap? i love you more.” he looks at you with a soft expression as he helps you get comfortable. he rubs your back softly until you fall asleep next to him. he just smiles as he watches you sleep peacefully.
jungwoo woke up early that next morning to make sure you had enough food. he made you your favorite breakfast when he saw that you were slowly stirring awake. you watched him bring in your breakfast as you fully wake up. your cramps already kicking you in the ass in the first few seconds of you being awake. you sigh at the feeling but smile at your boyfriend.
“you ok sweetheart?” he sets the food down on the side table as he climbs back into bed. you kiss his lips quickly as you climb out of bed to go to the bathroom. “i’m fine! don’t you worry.” you smile back at him as you quickly use the bathroom. you come to your bedroom feeling a little bit better as you crawl next to your boyfriend. “you didn’t have to make this for me. thank you- wait what time is it don’t you have dance practice today?” you ask as you start eating the breakfast he prepared for you.
“oh yea! i do i just told them i had my girl to spend time with. we pushed it to this afternoon so i can stay with you a little longer. then i can bring home dinner for us!” he smiles at you softly. “how are you feeling though? need medicine, water, anything you need i will get it.” he smiles to himself as he feels the need to help you without thinking about it for a second.
“i’m feeling okay today- my cramps are killing already but i think i just need to finish eating this and it’ll help. thank you baby.” you smile back at him as you continue to eat. “ok. let me know if that changes. as for now i’m here to give you love.” he kisses your head as rubs your thigh softly. you finish your breakfast after a bit with a smile. you look over at your boyfriend to see him already looking at you. you start to tear up as your thoughts start to clutter your head.
“baby? what’s wrong?” his expression is a more serious one as he pulls you closer to him. “n-nothing- i just- you’re being so nice to me. i feel so shitty and here you are making me feel so much better- cooking me breakfast? jungwoo you are too much.” you start to cry as he holds you in his arms. “sweetheart i will do absolutely everything for you. you are my main priority. i don’t need anything else but you. i will always be here when you don’t feel good.” he kisses your cheek as more tears fall from your eyes.
“honey- i love you so much okay? come here.” he pulls you closer to him as he kisses your lips. you kiss him back as you feel him pull away. he kisses your tears and gently wipes them away. “my pretty girl. i love you more than you know.” he smiles at you sweetly as he rubs your hair back. “i-i love you jungwoo.” you sigh into his arms as you stop yourself from letting more tears fall. “you are the best boyfriend i could ask for.” he shakes his head.
“you’re the best girlfriend i could ask for. you deserve the best only you know that. i will never give you less than you deserve. now let’s cuddle until i have to go to practice, i don’t want to leave your side until i have to go.” you laugh at him shaking your head. “what about my online classes? i haven’t done any assignments for this week.” you groan thinking about your work. “don’t worry about it until i leave! when i come back ill help you he smiles kissing your head as you two stay tangled in each others arms for the next hours to come.

I'm curious if you have any thoughts on what Ben Paul would look like if he was alive years after S1 of TWDG :> I honestly prefer to imagine both him & Kenny going off on their own adventures after S1, because Idk if I'd've had Kenny as part of S2, it felt like when he returned it became less Clem's story & more his. That might be controversial among fans but it's how I feel :s I like to imagine Ben, Kenny & Sarita forming their own little family in fact <3
I'd expect Ben would end up with shaggier hair after a while but I wouldn't mind knowing what he'd look like with short, spiked up hair ;>

The only headcanon (regarding Ben's appearance) is that he'd keep his school jacket for as long as possible. Until it thorns apart. Or until he dies.
I'm big fan of Ben lives possibility btw I've gotta draw sum about that sometime (I say, about every twdg character i like,)
And dude, do I agree about Kenny. Man doesn't belong in season 2. The character they made him to be in the second season is not Kenny, it's just a nostalgia element. Don't get me wrong, I love the guy, I'm biased as hell, I break that hug choice every time. But it made the character development in the first season just.... pointless. "For some reason, I saved that piece of shit Ben", man, that quote just disappoints me. Kenny lost everything. Father and husband of none no more, which was pretty much the arc of Kenny on the first season?? I think? . Everything he loved and he had he lost, and he killed the person responsible for it. But not as revenge, he killed a kid out of mercy. He saved the boy from suffering a painful death, and that was forgiveness, to the reason he hadn't any. He took a decision he would be fully responsible of, when it was time for him to go. And he was perfect.
Hell, if he had appeared during season 2, I do prefer the Kenny as Carver idea. Clementine wasn't even that close to Kenny in the past, the player was, so even then it feels... off, off to be forced to care about a man that says so much he wants to protect you. (They're not really family, but is as if Kenny tries to protect and have Clem on his side, to have Clem's loyalty through and through. Though he does let her go and is proud of her on her individuality... hm.) But still, I mean, second season Kenny is not first season Kenny, and it isn't even a change that made sense. If he had been antagonist (which pretty much feels like it in the Canon story already), he should have had some other background story, no Sarita or company. Maybe then the cynical view he has would have mattered. The violence and anger and whatever else. For him to change that way was a consequence of him losing what he represented, protection of family? Wasn't failure and grief and acceptance meant to be important after all?
But otherwise yea I think it would've been pretty cool if Ben survived :3 I am a sucker for tales of redemption, forgiveness, and found family. And I hadn't thought about Kenny, Ben, and Sarita, but hell yeah. Man, even if they appeared in the second season, it would've been interesting if the choice wasn't between two individuals, but between two families. Ben already had a relationship with Clem! He appreciated her and calls her his only friend during season 1, he did leave her behind during that scene, -but the point of Ben was that- He was a coward all the season, until when he wasn't. He wanted to help Lee help Clem. They would've had an interesting sibling relationship-? also Ben had a young sister before the apocalypse so ooooh projection and parallels and shi. And if Ben had lived, he would've completed his development to something close to bravery-?
Well, I don't know, at least I think that'd be one interesting way to bring back old characters. Otherwise, Kenny should only be mentioned on dialogue maximum. The way I see it.

Do you think Eridan and Sollux game together? If so what types of games? Co-op or competitive?
On that note it's probably my own brainrot, but I've been thinking Sollux probably enjoys bullet hell games from time to time, like Touhou titles and Savant Ascent for example. (The song Ism (Original Mix) by the artist Savant specifically makes me think of that wet ferret of a nerd.)

so USUALLY when im thinking about them playing video games together, i think of them playing older games; it's typically sollux playing a game like earthbound, original super mario rpg, world of goo, psychonauts, whatever solluxcore game hes gotten his hands on recently, while eridan sits around to watch him play-- which then leads to eridan either wanting to try the game himself or the two swapping to multiplayer mode if the game has it. sometimes they reverse it and eridan picks the game, somehow convincing sollux to sit down to experience more atmospheric games like superliminal, the beginners guide, and the stanley parable (AND its ultra deluxe version AND the demo because eridan is simply deranged about the themes in that game <3)
and sometimes they just find a game with co-op that meshes decently enough with the both of them! they'd probably like portal 2 co-op; im sure rain world co-op would have something for the both of them, even if its biased to sollux lol; they might have fun with katamari damacy and we love katamari's co-op stuff? im sure they'd find more overall entertainment being complete dickheads to each other in we love katamari actually lol
as for sollux liking bullet hells; literally he's an everhood enjoyer to me of course he'd like bullet hells in general alongside rhythm games LMAO. he likes when a game can go fast!!

forever mad we got matt dillon as dallas because one of the main parts of dally's character is his physical appearance,, he's meant to contrast/compliment johnny BOTH PHYSICALLY EMOTIONALLY AND MENTALLY and when u take out the physical aspect it's like 😓😓 i guess you can argue that physical appearance shouldnt really matter but i feel like, in this case at least, it does a better job at showing their contrast and yet they're polar opposites, they're still like each other in some way and still care for one another deeply (johnny admires/idolizes him and dally wants to protect him so he doesnt become like him)
like with johnny he's supposed to be "warm": big brown eyes, dark ish skinned, jet black hair
and dally he's supposed to be "cool" to represent how he got hardened at a young age due to jail: blond almost white hair (platinum), ice blue eyes with a hatred of the whole world, and assumed to be pale

BUT ANYWAY but then in the movie dally has brown hair and brown eyes. but then again the movie doesn't do a good job at showing a lot of things from the book so i guess it's whatever (still enraged about it though) (this doesn't apply to dally's death scene btw i believe that was PERFECT francis and matt ate the house down with that 🤞🤞 i'll get into that another day though)

oh boy, akechi sure is a character. and i think with him it depends.
usually though hes just a pretty average guy. hes not stupid, but he also isnt the best at understanding your emotions, or his own, for that matter.
youre in public, akechi talking to one of the tv hosts after hes finished appearing on a show, and you gently tug on his jacket to let him know you started your period, and need the restroom.
hes conflicted, whats supposed to come first, you or his reputation? when it comes to him, he makes any simple situation way more complicated in his head.
he makes an eternal sacrifice to shoo away the people talking to him, and he quickly takes off his jacket to wrap it around your waist. you both find a bathroom nearby and he paitently waits for you outside.
when you walk out, he offers to pick up whatever you may need (including some food) and take you home.
at your front door, he kisses your cheek, but cant help but noticed the nervous expression on your face.
its only then when you mention that akechis jacket is, in fact, a light color, and is most definitely stained now with bright red blood. his face goes blank, and youre worried for a second he might be mad.
he only shrugs at that, same detective prince smile as always, and jokes that youre paying for his dry cleaning.

Robbie Reyes Headcannons because there are only a handful of fanfics and headcannons for him and i love him. The lack of fanfic and headcannons should be a crime.
- I think he can 100% sing (is this my biased opinion? hell yes)
- (I feel like this is obvious, but ima say it anyway) He likes women of any race (especially blk women, I will not be taking criticism or explain)
- He wouldn’t let you drive his hell charger, but you can sit in the passenger seat
- He would try/ want to protect you even if you’re a hero/antihero
- Speaking of protect he definitely would be extremely nervous when introducing you to Gabe
- He would be super happy if you and Gabe got along and if Gabe genuinely enjoyed your presence

- I feel like he has diverse music taste, but mainly listens to rock or whatever the hells on the radio
- I feel like he sings really good but doesn’t do it often and you’d have to sneak up on him to catch him singing(good luck sneaking up on him)
- I don’t think he wouldn’t mind if you enjoyed singing and did so often
- His love language is Physical Touch(His secondary love language is Words of affirmation)

i liked the series, i laughed a lot but the serious moments were done well too, and im biased for anything sonic related so im bound to like it lmao
but, like everyone else is saying, the amount of wade and his family in the show, especially from chapter 4 to 6, was not what me (or anyone atp) was expecting, i mean, i was okay with them expanding wade's character, but the whole REASON why knuckles is training wade tickles me in all the wrong ways
because wasnt this the best opportunity to make sonic and tails part of the tribe?? (or whatever word they used, i honestly forgot), sonic and tails are the ones protecting the master emerald, the ones who made the deal with knuckles, the ones who actually could protect the emerald in case of any danger, because lets be honest, what the hell could wade do in case eggman/shadow tried to mess with the master emerald 😭
like, the plot could go the same way as it did with wade (which you could argue wade needed his character development, but it wouldnt really affect anything in the main plot), and actually fix the complaints everyone has about knuckles/the boys not having enough screentime, and if the budget was the issue, wasnt it easier to make it fully animated?? idk im just spitting things here
and wouldnt it tie more with the family thing? like one of them could get injured while training or the buyer could hurt them, or even hurt knuckles himself, and THERE he realizes that not only he has the master emerald to protect, but now he also has a new tribe, a new family to protect

Oh! Yes, you make perfect sense my dear. I promise. I hear you and I see you. You do have some good points—along with some good feedback—on how to make some plot points better. Your suggestions on how to include both families sounds pretty interesting!
Like you, I think many of us were expecting the miniseries to fall along the lines of it being animated. That, and I think that we were hoping for more moments shared between Sonic, Tails, and Maddie with Knuckles. Looking through some of the information I’ve shared since January, the interviews really did make it seem that we were going on that direction with Wade as a subplot. You were not the only one who had hoped for the focus to be more with Knuckles adjusting to his life with The Wachowskis rather than his quest with Wade.
Overall, I’m happy that you’ve enjoyed parts of the show. I’m very happy to hear that you’ve enjoyed seeing Knuckles and his family.❤️✨
