Pensando en posibles ideas, me surgió esto, tuve que ver el juego de Metal Slug Attack en donde presento a todos los OPS (bueno no todos) de Metal Slug, desde el "Mini OVNI" hasta los nuevos Marcianos, uno de ellos llamados "Marciano Neo" también incluyen a nuevos integrantes como Odette y Anatte incluyendo a Profesor (cosa que no lo dibuje, lo olvide por completo) tuve que dibujar solamente las cabezas de los marcianos, ya que son muchos y no se me ocurría nada (aparte que no tengo colores) lo bueno es de que se encuentran los nombres de cada uno. The future of Hiring Technical Organizations

Trong bảng này là các thuật ngữ tiếng Pāli (và một số tiếng Hindi, Miến Điện) đã sử dụng trong sách.

ānāpāna – Thở, hô hấp; hít vào, thở ra. Thuật ngữ này thường 􏰀ược dùng như dạng viết tắt của ānāpāna-sati: niệm hơi thở, sự tỉnh giác nhận biết về hơi thở.

anattā – Không có tự ngã, vô ngã, không có tự tánh tự tồn tại, không có thực chất. Đây là một trong ba đặc tính cơ bản của các pháp, hai đặc tính khác là vô thường (anicca) và khổ (dukkha).

anicca – Vô thường. Một trong ba đặc tính cơ bản của các pháp, hai đặc tính khác là vô ngã (anattā) và khổ (dukkha).

arahant – A-la-hán, bậc giác ngộ; người đã dứt trừ hoàn toàn các lậu hoặc.

bhāva – Hữu, sinh thành, trở thành; sự tương tục của sự sống và cái chết.

bhāvanā – Sự phát triển tinh thần; thiền. Hai nhánh của thiền là chỉ, sự phát triển tính an định (śamatha-bhāvanā), tập trung tâm trí, định (samādhi); và quán, sự phát triển tuệ giác nội quán (vipassanā- bhāvanā), trí tuệ (paññā). Sự phát triển định dẫn đến các trạng thái thâm nhập sâu của tâm thức (jhāna); sự phát triển tuệ giác nội quán dẫn đến sự giải thoát.

bhāvatu sabba maṅgalaṃ – Lời cầu chúc tốt lành theo truyền thống, hiểu sát nghĩa là: “Mong cho hết thảy chúng sinh đều được tốt lành, hạnh phúc.”

bhikkhu – Tỳ-kheo, tăng sĩ; thiền giả.

bhikkhunī – Tỳ-kheo ni, ni cô, ni sư; nữ thiền giả.

brahma-loka – Phạm thiên, cõi trời, chỉ một trong 20 cảnh giới cao nhất của sự hiện hữu.

mettā – Tâm từ; tình yêu thương vị tha, thiện ý.

mettā bhāvanā – Sự nuôi dưỡng tâm từ một cách có hệ thống thông qua thiền tập.

nibbāna – Niết-bàn, tịch diệt; thoát khỏi mọi khổ 􏰀au, giải thoát; thực tại rốt ráo; sự thoát khỏi mọi 􏰀iều kiện ràng buộc. (Sanskrit: nirvāṇa)

Pāli – Dòng chữ; văn bản. Những văn bản ghi lại lời dạy của Phật, do đó cũng là tên gọi loại ngôn ngữ ghi chép các văn bản này. Các chứng cứ về mặt lịch sử, ngôn ngữ học và khảo cổ học cho thấy tiếng Pāli là ngôn ngữ được sử dụng ở Bắc Ấn vào thời đức Phật hoặc gần với thời điểm này.

paññā – Bát-nhã, trí tuệ. Phần thứ ba trong ba phạm trù tu tập (giới, định, tuệ) theo đó Bát Thánh đạo (Ariya aṭṭhaṅgika magga) được thực hành. Có ba loại trí tuệ: suta-mayā paññā, trí tuệ tiếp nhận từ người khác, ví dụ như trí tuệ có được qua việc nghe người khác giảng giải (Văn tuệ), cintā-mayā paññā, trí tuệ đạt được qua phân tích lý luận (Tư tuệ), và bhāvanā-mayā paññā, trí tuệ được phát triển qua kinh nghiệm trực tiếp của bản thân (Tu tuệ). Chỉ duy nhất bhāvanā-mayā paññā, được nuôi dưỡng qua thực hành phát triển tuệ giác nội quán (vipassanā-bhāvanā), mới có thể làm cho tâm thức được thanh tịnh hoàn toàn.

pāramī / pāramitā – Ba-la-mật, Ba-la-mật-đa, sự hoàn thiện, đức hạnh; những phẩm tính tinh thần tốt đẹp, những phẩm hạnh cao quý.

paṭicca-samuppāda – Duyên sinh, duyên khởi, nhân duyên. Là tiến trình sinh khởi từ vô minh, qua đó chúng sinh tạo thành khổ đau.

rūpa – Sắc pháp, vật chất; 􏰀ối tượng nhìn thấy 􏰀ược.

sādhu – “Lành thay!” “Thật khéo làm; khéo nói!” Cách nói theo truyền thống để biểu đạt sự chấp thuận hay tán thành, thường được lặp lại ba lần.

samādhi – Định, sự tập trung, kiểm soát tâm ý. Phần thứ hai trong ba phạm trù tu tập (giới, định, tuệ) theo đó Bát Thánh đạo (Ariya aṭṭhaṅgika magga) được thực hành. Khi được tu tập với tự thân nó như một phương tiện sẽ dẫn đến việc đạt đến các trạng thái định của tâm thức (jhāna) nhưng không đạt sự hoàn toàn giải thoát tâm thức.

saṃsāra – Luân hồi, vòng xoay của sự tái sinh; thế giới của sự 􏰀iều kiện hóa; cảnh giới của khổ 􏰀au.

saṅkhāra – (Sanskrit: samskāra) Hành, tâm tác ý; tâm nội kết hay tâm mang điều kiện; tâm phản ứng. Một trong bốn uẩn hay tiến trình [thuộc về danh pháp, phân biệt với sắc pháp]. Ba uẩn khác là thức (viññāṇa), tưởng (saññā), và thọ (vedanā).

saññā – Tưởng, sự nhận biết, tri giác. Một trong bốn uẩn hay tiến trình [thuộc về danh pháp, phân biệt với sắc pháp]. Ba uẩn khác là thức (viññāṇa), hành (saṅkhāra), và thọ (vedanā). Tưởng bị điều kiện hóa bởi hành của ta trong quá khứ và do đó truyền đạt một hình ảnh méo mó sai lệch của thực tại. Trong sự tu tập Vipassana, tưởng được chuyển hóa thành tuệ giác, sự hiểu biết thực tại đúng thật như nó đang hiện hữu: aniccasaññā (tuệ giác về vô thường), dukkha-saññā (tuệ giác về khổ), anattā-saññā (tuệ giác về vô ngã), asubhasaññā (tuệ giác về bất tịnh, tính chất giả tạm của vẻ đẹp [thể chất]).

sāsana – Phật pháp, sự giáo hóa của một vị Phật; quãng thời gian mà giáo pháp của một vị Phật còn lưu hành ở thế gian.

sati – Niệm, sự tỉnh giác rõ biết. Ānāpāna-sati – niệm hơi thở. Sammā- sati – chánh niệm, một trong Bát Thánh đạo (Ariya aṭṭhaṅgika magga).

satipaṭṭhāna – Niệm xứ, thiết lập sự tỉnh giác, trong bốn khía cạnh:

kāyānupassanā – thân niệm xứ, tỉnh giác về thân thể.

vedanānupassanā – thọ niệm xứ, tỉnh giác về mọi cảm giác trong thân thể.

cittānupassanā – tâm niệm xứ, tỉnh giác về tâm ý.

dhammānupassanā – pháp niệm xứ, tỉnh giác về các pháp, các hiện tượng.Tất cả bốn khía cạnh này đều bao gồm trong thọ (vedanā) bởi vì cảm giác liên quan trực tiếp đến cả thân và tâm.

sayadaw – (Miến Điện) Nghĩa 􏰀en là “bậc thầy tôn kính”, 􏰀ược dùng chỉ vị tu viện trưởng hay vị tăng cao cấp trong một tu viện.

sayagyi – (Miến Điện) Nghĩa 􏰀en là “bậc thầy lớn”, 􏰀ược dùng như một danh xưng cao quý hay tôn kính.

sīla – Giới luật, sự kiêng dè, không làm những hành vi hay lời nói gây hại cho chính mình hoặc người khác. Phần thứ nhất trong ba phạm trù tu tập (giới, định, tuệ) theo đó Bát Thánh đạo (Ariya aṭṭhaṅgika magga) được thực hành.

sutta – Những lời dạy của 􏰀ức Phật hay một trong các 􏰀ại 􏰀ệ tử của ngài. (Sanskrit: sūtra)

Tipiṭaka – Nghĩa đen là “ba giỏ chứa” (Sanskrit: tripiṭaka), chỉ toàn bộ sưu tập các giáo pháp của đức Phật, bao gồm: Luật tạng (vinaya- piṭaka), giới luật trong đời sống xuất gia; Kinh tạng (sutta-piṭaka), các bài giảng của Phật, giáo pháp; Luận tạng (abhidhamma-piṭaka), những luận giải có hệ thống về các pháp của chư Tổ.

U – (Miến Điện) Ông, danh xưng.

vedanā – Thọ, cảm thọ; cảm giác của thân thể. Một trong bốn uẩn hay tiến trình [thuộc về danh pháp, phân biệt với sắc pháp]. Ba uẩn khác là thức (viññāṇa), tưởng (saññā) và hành (saṅkhāra). Theo giáo lý Duyên khởi, tham ái (taṇhā) khởi sinh phụ thuộc vào cảm thọ (vedanā). Xem thêm về Duyên khởi (paṭicca-samuppāda). Vì bao gồm cả hai khía cạnh tinh thần (tâm) và thể chất (thân) nên thọ là một đối tượng thuận tiện để quán sát thân tâm. Bằng việc học cách quán sát cảm thọ một cách khách quan, ta có thể tránh được những phản ứng mới thuộc về tham ái (thèm khát) hay sân hận (chán ghét né tránh), và trực tiếp trải nghiệm trong tự thân mình thực tại vô thường (anicca). Kinh nghiệm này là thiết yếu để phát triển sự bình tâm (upekkhā), đưa đến giải thoát tâm.

viññāṇa – Thức, nhận thức. Một trong bốn uẩn hay tiến trình [thuộc về danh pháp, phân biệt với sắc pháp]. Ba uẩn khác là tưởng (saññā), thọ (vedanā) và hành (saṅkhāra).

vipassanā – Tuệ quán, minh sát. Nghĩa đen là “nhìn theo một cách đặc biệt”, chỉ sự quay vào quán sát bên trong, nội quán. Tuệ giác nội quán làm thanh tịnh tâm ý; cụ thể là tuệ giác nội quán về sự vô thường, bất toại nguyện và không có thực thể của tâm và thân. Cũng chỉ cho vipassanā-bhāvanā – sự phát triển có hệ thống của tuệ giác nội quán thông qua việc quán sát những cảm giác trong thân thể.

Pragyā jāge balavatī, aṅga-aṅga rama jāya. Aṇu-aṇu cetana ho uṭhe, cita nirmala ho jāya.
