★ Do you have a favorite romance series? One of my favorites is @penelope.douglas' dark romance series, Devil's Night and I’m featuring it today for #myunderratedread! Each of the books follows different main characters, though all of the characters are present throughout the series. This is one of those series that I *still* think of, months and months after finishing it. These books are fun and seductive and the story grabs you by the collar and pulls you right in. I love the relationships, both romantic and not, between all of the characters — they're ones I've come to love dearly. If you're already a fan or have been wanting to give dark romance a shot, I cannot recommend these enough. Will & Damon forever 🖤😙 Penelope Douglas is a favorite author that kind of snuck up on me. I first read her standalone, Birthday Girl, in 2019 and loved it, but didn't read any other books by her until last summer. SInce then I've fallen down the rabbit hole and I *think* I only have one more book to read from her backlist. 🤷🏻‍♀️😂 Needless to say, she easily became a favorite last year. I'm really looking forward to her upcoming Hellbent series. No café da manhã eles estão sem leite para o cereal, então o pai decide sair para comprar. O que parece ser uma missão simples, acaba se tornando uma história bem engraçada e cheia de criatividade. Tal história tem piratas, aliens, viagem no tempo e espaço, pôneis, vampiros. Um pouco de tudo do mundo da fantasia. Gaiman sendo o mais criativo que eu já vi. Com certeza é um livro para crianças, jovens e adultos. Um livro que não tem idade certa para ser lido, é válido e recomendado para todas as idades. Principalmente para aquelas pessoas que precisam de um gás na criatividade. A edição da foto é da Editora HarperCollins com ilustração do Chris Riddel, que dão uma personalidade à mais para o livro e sua história. Uma coisa importante: eu li em inglês e foi muito fácil, simples e rápido para ler. Se você está pensando em começar a se aventurar pelo mundo dos livros inglês, recomendo a começar por esse. Tem um vocabulário muito simples e de fácil entendimento. Acredito que vocês não terão muita dificuldade com um inglês pré intermediário. I’m just now starting to get back into some of my reading habits, and I’m really enjoying it. For instance... I’ve starting reading a bit before bed again, and it’s so nice! I’ve also starting working in my reading time throughout the day, making it a priority, and that has been really awesome as well.
