Insektober day 3- Troop. Featuring Krabouic, Kaboche, and some OCs of mine... Metallika (pink) and Lockhart (brown). Again, colors are auto-generated, the actual characters are dark grey with various shell sheen colors.
also some drawings of Alectro for my fossil fighters project... it is very tough to color them traditionally!! I tried to make all the colors look like its alts from FF Champions because I think they all looked good already. However, I will definitely tweak these whenever I draw them digitally, because some of the color choices were definitely just “the next best color” for me... legs especially...

summary: how can she trust you again after you let everyone think she was the lightning thief?
warnings: break up, it’s rushed, child of hades!reader

being the cousin of percy jackson would have it’s perks, if it weren’t for being his paternal cousin. sure, the gods have no dna, meaning you’re not technically related, but that didn’t matter to either of you
his father is poseidon, and yours, hades. you were cousins, if not by blood, by love for each other.
you’d only known percy for two weeks, but being on a quest with him taught you a lot. there was nothing he wouldn’t do for those he loved. grover, annabeth, his mother, he’s fight the gods for them. you admired that about him. he was twelve, but ready to humble the gods, days after finding out that he was a half-blood.
he was doing what you wanted to do your whole life. you wanted to scream and curse your father for being absent for so long, and he was doing it for you.
now that you have a family, consisting of a cousin and two little siblings (annabeth and grover, though annabeth hadn’t accepted it quite yet), all you wanted to do was go home into the arms of your girlfriend. you missed falling asleep in her arms, waking up to her scent, and just overall annoying her.
you wondered if she was mad at you, for taking longer that you said. she didn’t know you had been stuck in the lotus hotel for a few days and missed the solstice. all she knew what that percy failed the quest.
the underworld was your least favourite part of the quest. seeing your father, face to face. you scolded him as he tried to offer your friends pomegranate juice and he backed down, shrugging. then you left.
percy and grover followed you shortly, and you were once again face to face with ares.
gods, how you wanted to rip that smug smirk off of his face. he didn’t deserve it after what he said about his children, after what he said about clarisse. nobody forced him to reproduce, but he did, and now he blames them for being born.
despite being a god, and the one of war at that, ares lost to percy. you felt proud, like a parent watching their child succeed. ares was gone in a flash, and it was replaced by your fathers helm.
the children looked at you, so you stepped forward to pick it up. it was heavier than you had expected.
“percy, i-“ you turned around to see him walking into the small bungalow not far behind. sharing looks with the other two twelve year olds, you decided to follow him.
there, you met alectro. she took your father’s helm and percy made her tell him that you wanted your mothers back. hades wasn’t going to let your mother go, though. he needed you, and he’d lose you if you got her. sally jackson, however, was a different story. you prayed that he’d give her back to percy. he was just a kid, he needed his mom.
“no,” you heard, making you turn to see annabeth looking at percy.
“you’re not going to stop him,” you murmured, making them turn to you. “he going to olympus, whether you like it or not.”
percy nodded at that. “you three need to go back to camp. i have to talk to zeus. i have to.”
it took a little convincing, but eventually annabeth and grover agreed to go back. then all eyes were back on you.
“i’m going to olympus, too,” you told them. “my quest was protecting percy. if that’s where he’s going, that’s where i’m going.”
there was silence for a few more seconds before they accepted that.

you were finally back at camp. with percy walking next to you, you felt relieved. you’d met your uncles as poseidon defended his son against his brother’s wrath. now that you were back, you could hug and kiss clarisse all you wanted.
walking into camp, most demigods clapped for percy as you slowed down to let him relish in his glory. you were looking out for the one person that wouldn’t be clapping, and when you found her, her arms were crossed as she glared at you. you wondered if it was because you walked in with percy.
excusing yourself, you diverted from the path and towards your girlfriend with a smile. she scoffed and rolled her eyes at that and stormed off.
you followed her until you were far enough into the woods that no one would hear your conversation.
“hey, you,” you said softly, reaching out to touch her shoulder, but she spun around.
clarisse's eyes blaze with betrayal as she confronted you about the rumors circulating, questioning, "how am i supposed to trust you if you let everyone believe i was the lightning thief?" you're rendered speechless, struggling to find the right words.
in an attempt to defend yourself, you stammer, "i didn’t." but clarisse remains unyielding, her anger palpable.
“then why did you let luke believe it?” you stayed silent and she realised. the tension thickens between you, and the air becomes charged with unspoken emotions. she snaps, "oh, you think that because i crave my dad’s validation so much that i’d start a world war?" your heart sinks as she delivers the words with a bitter edge.
"i thought you, of all people, would understand," clarisse adds, her voice filled with disappointment.
desperation sets in, and you try to explain, "clarisse, it wasn't my intention. i would never intentionally hurt you. you know that.”
“do i?” she asked.
“i love you,” you tried.
but your words fall on deaf ears. she scoffs, shaking her head. "i can't trust you anymore," clarisse declares, breaking up with you. without looking back, she leaves you behind. tears well up in your eyes, emotions overwhelming you. the breakup is abrupt, and the pain lingers as clarisse walks away, leaving you alone with shattered emotions.

So I decided to give Edgeworth an alectro as the vivosaur he got from his dad and keeps on his team that von Karma hates because he gave Edgeworth the other two vivosaurs on his team and so refuses to help him upgrade his alectro but Miles is very bad at fossil cleaning so that's part of why he hasn't made Master rank yet and also why his alectro wouldn't be higher level than his other vivosaurs because von Karma is giving him the bones to integrate for that. Anyway his other vivosaurs would be an allo because that comes from a postgame location that not many people go to and von Karma would have the funds to get elusive vivosaurs like that. The last vivosaur he would give Miles would be a salto and since that's an earth elemental and I'm going to be keeping the earthquake at the Mt. Lavaflow location I think this would be given to him intentionally because Miles wouldn't want to use any earthquake moves. This is also probably given to him because of the alectro slight. I chose salto specifically because

OCs and what their Fossil Fighters vivosaur team would be bc I am bored and have brain worms-
Hi! This is exactly what the title says. This is also going to get a bit long. Also these are just the ones off the top of my head, I'll come back to this again if I have more Thoughts.
Carta Mantua:
Tried to get some space-themed and white-colored vivos in here but her ace would be a T-Rex Lord with a Silver Leg Alectro and a Silver Body Aopteryx for support. I'll also give her a Frontier Coatlus and Papygon.
Golden Time
A mix of time-themed vivos and some regal eastern ones. She would love sauropods. Frontier Toba would be her ace. Silver Arm Krona and a Ryden for support.
X YZ
Tried to get in some good support vivosaurs and wishing star motifs. I think small triceras would be her favorite. Silver Head Proto, Silver Head Mihu, and Frontier Ajka would be a great team.
Ice Flame
Needed that mix of fire and ice for her so she's getting a Yango, Silver Head Jiango, and Silver Body Kentro team. She'd not much of a believer in ace vivosaurs so she balances out her team into any and all formations.
Fire Angel
I wanted to give her a whole team of fire birds but they can't fly so she's getting fire type pterasaurs! Frontier Ptera JP and Silver Leg Sungari for support. Dimorph Ace would be her ace (haha). She's blind and not too picky on colors so she would choose miraculous fossils by how powerful it would make her vivosaur.
Candy Corn Vampire
No bat vivos. :( Sad! Anyway, tried to get some funky Halloween ones. A Breme and Silver Head Hopter for support. His ace is the Silver Body Zino of course of course.
Oblivion Starlight
She was really hard to pin down, but I decided to make her a Neutral specialist. Silver Head Brachio, Silver Head Mihu, and a Penta would be her main team, but she'd also have a Neo and Silver Body Tophis on rotation.
Deathly Toll Bells
There are no Greek vivos to add but she would have a Seidon. A Silver Head Stygi and a Frontier Mapo would also be on her team. She'd also have Kaishin up her sleeve if she wanted a serious battle.
Lady Law
She'd try to make a balanced team I'd say. No clear ace but she'd have a Paki, Silver Body Dikelo, and Silver Head Tanstro. I wanted her to have some 'weird' vivos.
Perenelle
I think Perry would enjoy a team of little guys to be her little helpers. Compso and Coelo for support and a Dacerus for her ace. She's not big on silver fossils, only gold ones.
Däe
Gave them a unicorn as their ace: Omias. Silver Head Parium and a Silver Arm Elasmoth for support. Didn't want to give them a dream/sleep themed team so much but I think they should have a Silver Head Jara, Silver Arm Nigo, and a Squirth in rotation.
Mary Blüde
She would most like get a 'patchwork' team that wouldn't look like it matches at first but actually has great support. A Silver Leg Tro and a Hibigon would be on her support. For a touch of regality she can have a Giga Allo for an ace. She always keeps her ace in the front like an axe so it can always deal heavy blows. She'd get a Lythro along the way.
Scarlet Frost
Water type specialist all the way! The more icy the better. Silver Arm Thalasso would be a good pick. Silver Leg Oloro would also be a good support and Frontier Cryo would be her ace.
Demigod
Went with a punk theme and vivos that had a 'metal' aesthetic going on. Her ace would be a Silver Leg Cheirus and she would also have a Silver Body Breme. Later on she would be able to get an O-Raptor Fiend and Diplo.
MVF
Had to really scratch my head but I decided to give her a team of 'underdogs' for theming. A Silver Body Shanshan and a V-Raptor for support and an Aeros as her ace. I wanted all her vivos to be capable of super evolving, but the Shanshan was perfect for theming and the whole Tarbo/classification situation fits well with her story.
Aries
No goat vivos so she's getting a full fire team! She'll have a Guan as her ace and a U-Raptor and Peloro for support. She'd try to make all three balanced.
Ti Gold
No prehistoric bears- Sad! Let's give them a Silver Head Megath, B-Brachio, and Frontier F-Raptor. I also think she would be able to make a team out of Z-vivosaurs.
Madeleine Marionette
I really wanted to give her a deer but I went more with her fear-inducing color pallet and nature. She gets a Megalo of course of course and a Silver Head Krypto. Let's also give her a Silver Arm Nasaur for cute factor.
Mike
He needs a creepy team full of Z- and B-vivos in my opinion but I think realistically he should have the 'average' kind of vivosaurs. So let's give him a Spinax as his ace and Edapho and Stego for support.
Valentina
She gets an unruly Titanis for her ace and two tanky vivosaurs for support: a Silver Head Pachrino and a Tricera. She'd super evolve her Tricera given the chance.
Moroko
Going to give him a 'dog' vivo and make his team based more on his three friends (Shiela, Yippee!, and Ghostworx). The easy answer would have been to give him three Dinomatons. He'd have a Silver Head Hoplo as his ace and a Silver Arm Orno and a Silver Head Dunkle.
Suiuus
Creepy deer all the way. Silver Body Ceros and a Silver Head Synthos for support. I'm also giving them a B-Rex.

Hello. I just finished reading your new chapters and OMG they were everything I’d hoped they would be. So emotional yet beautiful. I loved it! I have so many questions and I know you probably won’t be able to answer them but I’m going to ask anyway.
Do you think Mia had read the letters? Given the nature of the most recent ones and her reactions to Harry recently, it made me think maybe she read them. Or has Harry kept them locked away like her 6th year letters?
I’m so anxious yet excited to see Alectro’s trial. What is Harry’s plan?! I don’t know how I feel about it all coming out. On one hand I think it will be good for her family to know so Ginny can get support from them, especially her mother. Then on the other hand I worry about Ginny. Especially how she’s trapped with this guilt that it was consensual. In chapter 11 Hannah said “she wouldn’t survive it” and that makes me so sad and worried for what she will do when it’s all exposed. Also the press vilifying her even more scares me. But also it could be the start of a Me Too movement in the wizarding world. Idk I just have so many thoughts.
I’m so in love with this story and your writing. You make me so drawn to this story that I can’t keep my eyes off the page. Looking at your other comments on here and Ao3 it seems I’m not the only one. So for that I say thank you :)

Okay, so I do think he keeps them hidden with the others - I don't think he leaves them laying about for Mia to see. So, no: technically, I don't think she's read them. This being said, I think she can totally tell. She's not stupid, she can tell they're not just chit-chatting. And, I think, in a way, not knowing is worse than knowing for her. She probably spends hours thinking about what on earth they're writing about, then blaming herself 'cause she shouldn't, you know? It's really a shit position to be in :/.
I won't answer your second question because spoilers! but feel free to send me another ask when chapter 14 is out, haha.

Hi there! Maybe a better introduction is in order...
The name's Dullahan, I'm a plural trans person, in love with stories in all of their manifestations and also been told by my headmates that my sense of humor is the worst.
I'll let you judge, but I can assure you that they are blatant liars!
There are five of us that I know of, me, Chrysalis, our host Ash who's shy, Alectro and Crown. Together we are the Court of Woe, woes brought us into being and brought us together, it seemed fitting.
Apart from serving as our emissary, I'm also one of the TTRPG players, and GM. And, when it comes to Lancer, a mechwright, even if it's a collective effort!
I also write some, both regular fanfiction (Bloodborne, for now, but there are too many ideas and not enough time), and very much NSFW fiction (with some self-insert but no one else is writing good dullahan erotica, so I stepped up).
