I am still floored by the fact I’ve hit over 1000 followers in such a short amount of time. I’ve only had this blog since April, as I stated in my last post, which I made when I got over 500, so to think just a little over 2 months later...we’re here at double that number it’s insane to me. I am one of those people who often has trouble vocalizing my thoughts or communicating with people but I want you to know I’m so glad this many people like my blog and my content enough to follow me.

Now you’re probably wondering what this random assortment of characters I have here is. Well for those who have followed me for awhile will remember that some of the very first edits I made were my “Top 20 Favorite DC Characters”. The thing is though I love way too many characters and the characters for me and I’m sure a lot of you are what keep me reading comics despite all their faults. I don’t just have one blorbo I obsess over though, I have an army of favorite characters that only grows larger as time goes on. So these characters here are the ones I would have included if I had made a Top 30 instead of a Top 20. They are in no particular order here much like my top 20 isn’t because honestly the difference in my love for a lot of character is quite minuscule.

I will continue to make edits for a variety of characters I love, and as I said I love so many even if I extended this to a Top 50, I wouldn’t struggle to fill in the slots. If you want to know the source for any of the images I used here they are in the IDs. But just lastly thanks to everyone who follows me, or even just likes or reblogs my edits cause some of them do take awhile and I am still trying to improve at them too.

holy shit no bc like I was literally just supposed to be doing hw but I think I got distracted and suddenly I'm crying bc I dived into David Tennant lore like he's in Good Omens, Doctor Who, and Ducktales, right? WELL, in Doctor Who, they said there were different universes so I'm thinking maybe all the shows and movies that David Tennant are in are just different universes. Like, David and Catherine Tate are both in Doctor Who and Ducktales. HOWEVER, in Ducktales, they are each other's greatest enemies while in Doctor Who, they are best friends. YSBLF AU: Betty y Nicolás van a un hotel mientras Armando los sigue. Parte 2.

Y ahí se encuentra Armando frente a la habitación 335. Acerca el oído a la puerta, no se escucha realmente ningún sonido, pero él cree que sí. Siente besos a través de la pared y caricias en lo profundo de su cabeza. No puede soportarlo más.

Ahí se encuentra Armando... a punto de perder la cabeza.

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Nicolás se sienta en una sillón que hay al costado de la habitación apenas entra y mira su celular. "Ay perdóname Patty, pero esto es más importante en este momento. Te compensaré, lo prometo." Acaricia su chequera.

Betty lo mira mientras se sienta en la cama con las manos juntas. Suponía que iba a estar ahí un rato medianamente largo y luego iban a salir. Seguramente para encontrarse con Armando en su casa, listo para reclamarle explicaciones que ella no le iba a dar a menos que él diera las suyas.

Beatriz se da cuenta que le duele la mandíbula después de haber estado apretando los dientes toda la noche. Una parte de ella desconoce lo que puede llegar a hacer Armando, pues la forma en la que estaba manejando todo no era propio de él. Es decir, nunca lo vio así con Marcela, haciéndole la clase de escenas y planteos que le estaba haciendo a ella. Claro que, Marcela no tenía embargada a Ecomoda, esa era su fuente de desesperación, no?

En medio de sus pensamientos y cortando a Nicolás justo antes de decir algo, se sienten fuertes golpes en la puerta.

"¿Lo va a hacer aquí? ¿En medio del hotel?" Ella abre los ojos, de repente dándose cuenta que quizás todo iba a ser peor de lo que, hasta ese momento, había imaginado que sería.

_ ¡Betty, su jefe ya está aquí! ¿Qué quiere que haga? ¿Le abro? - Le dice Nicolás en voz baja.

_ Ni se le ocurra, Nicolás. ¿Quién sabe qué es capaz de hacer acá? Nooo. - Niega con la cabeza. - Que espere a que salga. ¿Qué van a decir las personas de las otras habitaciones? Está loco si piensa que le voy a abrir para que empiece a gritar como loco.

_ Pero Betty, de todas formas no creo que se tarde mucho en grit...

_ ¡Beatriz Pinzón Solano! ¡Sé que está ahí con Nicolás! ¡Ábrame la puerta o la tiro abajo! - Comienza a bramar Armando Mendoza.

Intentó abstenerse a golpear solamente, para que lo dejaran entrar y enfrentar la situación. Pero el hecho de que lo ignoraran y se quedaran adentro haciendo quién sabe qué, seguramente hasta riéndose de él, lo hicieron perder los estribos fácilmente.

_ ¿Don Armando? - Preguntó Betty en voz alta, fingiendo demencia. - ¿Qué hace aquí, Don Armando?

_ Ábrame Betty o no respondo. - Esta vez su tono es casi una súplica.

Nicolás se incorpora, se arregla la ropa y el pelo rápido. Se arremanga la chaqueta y la camisa.

Beatriz toma una respiración profunda y se dispone a abrir la puerta.

_ ¿Qué pasa, Don Armando? - Mira su rostro fúrico, rojo y tenso. Nunca lo había visto así. Un escalofrío recorrió su cuerpo, signo del miedo que estaba empezando a sentir.

_ ¿Cómo que qué pasa, Beatriz? ¡Los vi en Le Noir juntitos! - Armando dirige su mirada por primera vez a Nicolás con desprecio. - ¡Sabía que me estaba mintiendo! Todo este tiempo le he estado diciendo sobre usted y este... este tipo. ¿¡Y ahora cómo me lo niega, a ver?! Cuando está a punto de acostarse con ese estúpido, ¡no puedo creer que me esté haciendo esto! Encima en el mismo hotel en el que... - Se corta, sin poder seguir hablando.

Por un microsegundo, Betty cree en el tono atormentado de Armando. Pero no es mucho hasta que se apodera la ira en ella también. ¿Quién se creía para hacer estos planteos y con tanto cinismo? ¿Cómo puede llegar tan lejos, fingiendo celos con tremendo descaro?

Sin embargo, contiene el enojo que siente para seguir la pantomima.

_ Pero, ¿qué estamos haciendo, Doctor? Simplemente vinimos a descansar un rato, para no estar en mi casa como siempre. Mire, estamos vestidos, ¿no? - Betty apunta con sus manos a ambos.

Nicolás no puede evitar sonreírse un poco al ver a su mejor amiga en ese plan. Le sale como un reflejo. Un reflejo que no le pasa desapercibido a Armando.

_ ¿De qué se ríe, ah? - Se dirige plenamente hacia él, dándole la espaldas a Betty. - Ah claro, debe ser divertidísimo para usted hacer esto.

Con cada palabra, acerca un paso más hacia él a la vez que lo mira fijamente. Nicolás espera a que siga hablando.

_ Canalla sinvergüenza. - Escupe entre dientes. - Está loco si cree que lo voy a dejar ponerle un dedo a Beatriz y quedarse con mi empresa.

_ ¡El canalla aquí es usted! - Contesta Nicolás, con desagrado, sin bajarle la mirada. - Y no se meta, que si Betty quiere que no la toque, no lo voy a hacer. Pero no puedo hacer nada si sí quiere, ¿no cree?

Betty escucha a su mejor amigo y se queda pasmada. No esperaba que le respondiera así. ¿Se le ha ido la olla también?

I dunno if you’re interested, but here’s a Chaudrey angst:

“Catherine sweetie, don’t give your brother any gummy bears,” Audrey warned her toddler daughter gently. “He doesn’t have teeth to chew the gummies.”

“Ok, Mama,” Catherine said, obeying her mother’s warning as she left her baby brother and happily skipped off to her room where her father was. Her messy bronde hair bounced.

Audrey shook her head in amusement as she went over Alix’s crib where he stood in his crib, waiting on his mother to pick him up. Audrey smiled as she picked up Alix and went beside the crib to sit in her rocking chair.

While Alix was softly babbling in his mother’s lap, Audrey started to hum a tune of a bedtime song that her mother used to sing to her when she was little. She was surprised that she remembered this song.

Hmph.

And speaking of remembering the past, Audrey vividly reminisced the time when she and Ben were holding hands while taking long walks at the beach every Friday after school. They’d often delve into simple topics like events that happened at school and such while sharing laughs. It was a sweet moment at that time.

Then, that memory slowly withers away like the flowers in the field…

Audrey lowered her head slightly, knitting her eyebrows as she pursed her lips firmly. Just because Audrey remembered her ex, that doesn’t mean she didn’t love her family. Audrey loved her family dearly as they were the best thing that happened to her, especially her two kids, Princess Catherine and Prince Alix. They gave her a new purpose in life, and she made sure that her kids wouldn’t suffer or make mistakes like she did, particularly Catherine.

It’s just that she can’t forget someone like Ben so easily after he broke her heart all those years ago and never said a word to her regarding their sudden breakup.

While Audrey was buried in in her thoughts and rocking slowly in her chair, she didn’t notice that her husband, Chad Charming entered the nursery.

“Audrey,” Chad called gently.

“Huh?” Audrey snapped out of her thoughts as she looked to see Chad holding Catherine, who was munching on a chocolate-coated graham cracker and messing up her face in the process.

“Are you alright?” Chad asked, concerned. “And Al is drooling on your hands.”

Audrey’s indigo eyes widened and immediately stared at her hands…

They were covered in Alix’s saliva.

Audrey had a disgusted expression on her face. “Ew, Alix!”

Chad chuckled as he gently set Catherine on the ground and went to help Audrey by pulling out a handkerchief and wiping the baby’s saliva off of her hands. After he was done, Chad rose to his feet and took a step back. Audrey thanked him as she adjusted the infant on her lap.

“You were thinking too much that you didn’t realize that Alix was drooling on your hands,” Chad said as he shook his head. “What were you thinking about?”

As Audrey heard her husband’s question, she fixed her eyes on him, not saying a word.

And Audrey’s silence answered Chad’s question.

“Is it Ben, right?” Chad guessed, a tinge of disappointment in his voice.

“….yeah.”

Chad sighed.

“Audrey, you need to move on,” he told his wife. “I know it’s not easy, but you need to let it go. Ben’s married to Mal and has 3 children with her.”

Audrey raised a brow. ‘Three?!’ She thought. Audrey knew about the firstborn, Beatriz, but she was surprised about these two new children. The young mother was planning to ask but she decided to bury that question. Audrey didn’t care other than congrats to them.

Audrey sighed. As much as she doesn’t like to admit it, Chad was right, she needs to let go of the past and continue with her life.

“You’re right, Chad..” Audrey trailed off for a brief moment. “But it would be nice if Ben and I just settle this once and for all.”

Chad mulled over his wife’s words. A part of him wanted to agree and let her discuss their broken relationship with Ben, but another part of Chad didn’t want her to and just let her live her life with him and their two babies. Which in all honesty seems fair in the latter part.

There was silence inhered in the nursery until Audrey cleared her throat.

“Well?” Audrey tapped her foot.

Again, Chad sighed.

“Yeah, you can talk to Ben about this,” he said, although he mentally slapped himself.

Audrey beamed at him. “Thank you, Chad. I just wanted to settle this once and for all. So I’ll call him first thing tomorrow.”

Chad nodded in understanding, but he still wasn’t thrilled with the idea. Then, he felt something tugging his pants causing him to look down.

It was Catherine.

“Papa, can I have more gr-gram crackers?” She asked.

“It’s graham cracker, honey,” Audrey smiled.

“Oh, ok!” The toddler giggled.

Chad laughed softly. “Okay, Cathy, you’ll get more graham crackers.”

“Yay!”

Audrey and Chad laughed softly as Chad scooped up his daughter in his arms.

“But first, we’ll have to get your face cleaned off,” Chad told her, and Catherine nodded as they made their way to the kitchen.

Audrey smiled softly at the sight of her husband and daughter. They’re going to be very close…

The young mother looked down at Alix, who was sucking on his mother’s finger, drooling all over again.

Audrey shook her head and had a small smile on her face. “I can see that you’re hungry, little Prince. C’mon, let’s get your bottle.” she got up from her rocking chair and went to the kitchen to bottle-feed her son.

Audrey just hoped that Ben agreed to this conversation as she wanted to be at peace and continue with her life.
