This is a very prominent educational institute, and therefore also the most expensive of the three campuses. The admission fee for Académie Le Tour is §20.000 and in addition to this, all sims must get the SimCity Scholars' Grant (a grade of at least A-).

It’s finally time!
My first attempt at an uberhood is all set up, and I got a chance to start playing today, so I figured it was high time I made an introduction post!
As I mentioned before, each rotation will have the play order randomized to keep things fresh. University will be played as two years/four semesters per rotation. Once the uni students start graduating, I’ll probably add a ninth subhood for them to move into to prevent the others from getting too crowded too quickly.
None of the lots are renovated (except the EP lot bin community lots, which are by @catherinetcjd); they will all be enjoyed in their fugly but charming glory.
I also went back to using the OG Maxis ui for some reason. I don’t know how long this will last, though; I miss clean ui so much already haha.

Random thoughts: the three universities that come out with the University expansion are connected to the three neighborhoods of the base game:
Sim State University - Pleasantview
La Fiesta Tech - Strangetown
Académie Le Tour - Veronaville
SO, It means that all the students of those universities come from their respective neighborhoods, so when they finish university...everyone should go back to their neighborhood.
And THINK ABOUT IT, this means that PV, ST and VV have MUCH more canonical sims than only the ones of the base game!
If only someone created parents for these sims or if only Maxis created the parents and left them in the family bin it would have been so cool
Extra ideas: You know that each neighborhood generates extra families that stay in the family bin, right? So theoretically THOSE are ALSO sims who live in those neighborhoods. But if you don't want them there you can make them live in Downtown since Downtown is empty. (Even having townies of every NH live in Downtown is a nice idea)
