It’s wild how long I’ve been working on this comic without reference sheets. I’m never that consistent with my art style, so I figured it was a waste of time 🫥💀😔 this is my first full comic okay…

Wow. It’s been 2 years??? I thought I would be done with this comic in 2 months! I don’t know whether to feel worried or accomplished!!
(With months between each update, I understand why it’s been 2 years. I’m a slow writer and artist and well- many things have come up in my life that had to come first, like my sisters wedding! 💞 and college 😅)
I want to thank my family and friends (WHO DO NOT READ THIS COMIC- THANK GOD) 💕 AND I want to THANK YOU! The readers! 💐💐
You guys are relentless! I’m as impatient as traffic and yet you guys wait for weeks or months at a time for like 4 pages?! You guys don’t even complain!!! I truly want to thank you all for that ❤️ it helps me so much. Being busy and getting burnt out are common and it helps me feel relaxed that i'm not on a timer. Literally tho- you guys keep this comic chugging I swear. Tysm 💐

My feelings with this comic are actually so complicated. On one hand I hate looking at my older art because GOD IT LOOKS SO OFF I want to stab it, and then on the other hand I am so so proud of myself for even continuing it this far. Ngl the weird route has been one of my favorite parts of this comic. It took me FOREVER to figure out an ending, but damn do I still get chills >:) hehe.
I’m still miffed that I named this project “Deltarune: The Chara Timeline” I could have gone for something so much COOLER. Doesn’t help I use like 7 different titles for it either. We got Deltarune the Chara timeline, Deltarune chara timeline, THE Chara timeline, chara timeline, Ct??? Man,,, I’m crazy. I take after my family so hard. We have 3 names for each of our dogs 💀.
Comic/Animation Tip i have learned. It is VERY GOOD to make the character relatively simple in design. Shape language is also super important, ((but I never really got around to doing that before I was half way through the comic, woops.)) These things can make ur process go by so much faster. This whole comic has been a HUGE learning curve. LIKE OH MY GOD. I had to learn how to draw backgrounds, write dialogue, plan a story, learn how to draw fast and draw noses (which god damn I really still can’t). And I had to learn how the heck to squeeze art into a tiny page and make it not look grainy. It's intense!
Anyways.... this has been such an awesome opportunity! Thanks Toby Fox!
I totally ran out of “art time” for my iPad and wanted to finish this today. So it’s a bit rushed. I’ll add weapons and possibly the other characters later :)

Dolores shut the door behind her as soon as she entered. She was expecting to hear the sound of Isa in the kitchen, but she heard...grunting instead. And music, slightly muffled by earbuds. She was dating THE Mariano. Aka, upcoming film star, model, and as of recently, and upcoming author. He was as sweet as he was absolutely built. Muscles for arms, muscles on his back that flexed as he pulled, and his ass looked GREAT in those sweatpants she got him. She heard the music die down (he was listening to Dolly Parton, and honestly she couldn't fault him for it), and he finally let go of the bar, landing on his feet. He started to wear thick socks to cushion the sound of his heavy gait, and it was honestly very sweet. She waited till he took his earbuds out, and she clicked her tongue at him.
"Been doing this all day?"
"Hey! You're home! How was the studio?"
Ugh, the way he pushed away his sweaty hair back in order to get a good look at him. He was too pretty for his own good.
"Eh, not too bad. The editing should be done soon, so we won't miss the release date. I'm tired though, I didn't even take my lunch break."
He frowned, putting his hand on the small of her back, and she totally wasn't checking out his abs.
"Well I made you dinner! We can heat it up, and I can help you relax a bit."
"You...made dinner?"
"Uh huh! And I did the dishes, swept, mopped, and watered Isabela's plants!"
"Wow. Where is she anyway?"
Mariano guided her to the couch, tossing her the comfy set of pajamas that she told herself she would clean when she got back. Turns out he did laundry too. He spoke to her as he dived into her tiny ass kitchen.
"She said she had another hand modeling job to do, then she had a swimsuit photoshoot. I made her a portion too, don't worry."
"What'd you make?"
She looked at him as she took off her bra, letting herself relax as her more comfortable shirt and pants covered her. He held up the tray for her to see, clearly proud of it.
"Meatloaf! I made mashed potatoes and greenbeans to go with it too. Sorry I didn't make dessert, I just got lazy and bought ice cream. I got it from the place you like though!"
She put her hand over her heart, swooning over this sweet as hell man.
"That's very...sweet of you. I didn't know you could cook."
"I can really only make this. And sandwiches. My grandma taught me. People are always surprised-do I look like I can't cook?"
"Baby, you didn't know how to open the creamer for your coffee yesterday."
He gestured to the rack of creamers, as if it offended him.
"You have tiny creamers! It's a lot for my big hands! Only reason I haven't chucked it is because it's not worth my time."
"And because you'd feel bad."
"I absolutely would, actually."
He nodded in agreement as he set the food in the oven, and set the timer on her microwave. Meanwhile, she plopped on the couch, and turned on some netflix, scrolling through the endless bunches of new crap. It was his account though, so she was gonna use it.
"When is it gonna be done, anyway?"
"Maybe thirty minutes. Would've been quicker if I left it out, but I forgot. Oh, and I bought you some groceries too, it looked a bit empty."
"Isa had half a yogurt in there, she's gonna lose her mind."
She chuckled, scooting over and patting the couch so he'd sit next to her. He did just that, wrapping an arm around her comfortably.
"You know what I never understood?"
"Hmm?"
"What animal is the pink panther?"
"What?"
"The pink panther, what the hell is he? I know he's not a tiger. Is he a lion?"
She couldn't help but gawk at him. God he was serious. And he was hot.
"Mariano?"
"Hmm?"
"Kiss me please."
He looked surprised, as if it was out of nowhere, but of course he did as she said. He cupped her face in his hand, and kissed her. Again, and again, to the point where they somehow ended up with him on top of her laying form. He pulled away for a moment, looking down at her through panting lips that quickly formed into an embarrassed chuckle.
"Sorry I uh. Smudged your lipstick."
"Mmph...it's no problem. At all. This red looks good on you."
She held onto his face, lightly rubbing his bottom lip with her finger. He looked good in red, especially on his blushing cheeks.
"Are we...doing what I think we're doing?"
"Depends. Do you want to?"
"Very much so, yes."
"Then yes, we are. What do you want to-"
He didn’t let her finish as he buried his face in the crook of her neck, decorating it in kisses. The scruff from his facial hair tickled her neck just right, and his hand drifting down her stomach was just heavenly.

Ohh, also I found a yummy freezer vegetable! Birdseye breaded greenbeans are awesome! The breaded coating on them is just right, not too thick and not too thin, and they tasted great with some sweet and sour chili sauce. <3
Always trying to find more veggies options that won't expire on me immediately, so this was a great find! ^^

Glimpses of the Past LOST: a scene from my muse's past in which they felt lost, literally or figuratively
Greyson shuffled the pan over the heat, the stir fry in the wok sizzling with each practiced toss. His gaze locked in on each movement, as if the intensity of his stare might cook the food faster than the stovetop. He watched the sauce sizzle against metal as it thickened, the vegetables soften, discoloring from the heat.
Simple. A simple enough dish, easy.
It was second nature to pull it when it was was ready, sliding the contents over a plate of noodles. He stared, tapping his fingers against the countertop. Steam curled up from the plate, and the light glistened against the pieces of chicken, reflected off the moisture.
He took a moment to mix the plate, and to add the garnishes he always had. A sprinkle of sesame seeds. He stared longer. Another stir, another lingering gaze.
His fingers moved faster now. Tap tap tap. Taptaptap. He pushed off the counter with an arm to find chopsticks. A pair of ceramic ones he had tucked away. He adjusted his grip, and leaned back over the plate, hand hovering just above.
Still hovering.
An annoyed exhale broke the silence, and he shoved the utensil in with more force than necessary. A few good stirs, and he lifted a coiled lock of pasta, woven into a small ball by the ends of his chopsticks. He lifted it, watching a few loose noodles return to the plate, before finally forcing it into his mouth.
The texture was perfectly cooked. The chicken was springy, soft. He could feel the sesame seeds on his tongue, and the faint crunch when he bit down on one. The vegetables offered their own crunch, a different kind, that fell apart easily. He could tell the minute differences by the mouth-feel alone, of the carrots, the peppers, the baby corn and the broccoli. He could feel the tougher texture of a greenbean pod, and the way they beans themselves slid free of the casing as he bit down.
The flavor was absent. A medley of texture, soft and crunchy and tender, and nothing else.
His lips thinned into a line as he chewed, thinner and thinner, his nostrils flaring. The hand holding the chopsticks began to shake, to vibrate. The nothing in his mouth was heavy.
He threw the chopsticks across the room, barely hearing them clatter against the wall and floor. His fist banged against the countertop once and then again. "Fuck---- just--FUCK!"
A hand wound through his hair, brushing back the thick mess. He stared at the plate with hollow eyes. What....what was he going to do?
The hand wound around, to drag down his face. He took the plate to the trash, dumping the contents, before dropping it and the wok both into the sink; they clattered against the stack of dishes, piled high with pans and bowls and plates. The chef in him withered at the sight, but he ignored the feeling.
What did it matter, if he wasn't maintaining good habits like the chef he was supposed to be? Could he even be one?
No. That wasn't productive. Neither was this tantrum. He'd clean the dishes by the end of the night. Instead his shoulders drew up further, and he found a new pan in his hand. He adjusted the burner, and pulled even more ingredients from the fridge.
He just had to find--- the thing that worked. The thing that fixed this.
Something. Anything.

Steps to make Pan fried salmon with green beans and sauce:
If doing a white sauce: the sauce ingredients are 2 tspn white flour,2 tdpn semolina flour,half cup milk,quater cup water,some salt about half teaspoon,butter 2 to 3 teaspoon..
Then you can heat milk and butter.then take some warm milk that you heated out let cool briefly in a bowl and mix in the flour bit by bit.this way to stop the flour lumping up..then put back on medium low heat,while stirring,in order for sauce to thicken gently..once sauce is thick...its ready to drizzle over.
For ingredients used,(see the first pic above) For the green beens and fish see the pics here. Alighn green beans,then chop off the ends of green been.and then slice at centre to half.then rince in collander.cover and set aside.prep the samon fish:.
Remove from plastic then rince and thenslice into halve or quaters if pieces are very large.make some slits (not too deep).then use the spices you put together (see ingrd list and pic) to form paste and marinate the fish and cover and set aside about 1 or 2 hour.you can carry on with other bits such as other preps or clearing up etc, meanwhile..
Marinate the samon: you can add the choped sliced spring onions in the marinated. fish. cling film cover and place in the fridge.
Here making the sauce:you would need to work fast..as milk warms up not boils add to the flours and stir fast and if any flour makes lumps you will need to sieve and put back in pan to simmer..about 2 mins..stir frequently for flour not to form lump until thickens.
Making the sauce:half cup milk,quater cup water,2 or 3 table spoons butter,2 table spoons plain flour and 2 tabespoons semolina flour.(here forgot to add butter,so had to put back on stove and add later).
Pan fry the samon:some oil about 4 tablespoon.just enof to cover all pan andcabout quater height of the sammon fish so that they cook thru.note that samon can easily be seen when cooked,but we need outers to turn white and inner to keep a nice peach colour and look beautifully flaked.so keep watch when to turn over otherwise will end up chewey and loose its taste etc.(at this point can add some lemon juice over the half cooked samon side).
Meanwhile you do samon you can add some water in pan enof to cover bean and boil briefly to soften the beans..try to make them fully cooked(quite soft,)can thinly slice carrots and add to pan.
Here oyster sauce was used(used instead of white sauce),briefly warmed thru and simmered ready to pour over the arrangement of fish and veggies.
For the samon:look for the beautiful color in the middle,it shiuldnt turn white and should see the flakes !! bismillah enjoy.
Not sure if you've noticed, but I've been obsessed with quick and easy sheet pan meals recently. Rinse and trim the green beans. After playing with several iterations of the idea, here's where I ended up: I start by salting the green beans and blasting them, along with a split garlic. Our salmon fillets are topped with a sauce that is so, so flavorful! Made with lime juice, capers, caviar lime pearls, sliced Lay a large enough piece of foil that can fold over and seal the salmon into a pack on a baking pan or smaller baking container.

Feeling a little country tonight. Chicken fried steak bites w/ garlic mashed potatoes & homemade horseradish gravy. - Steak: Cut filet mignon (cuz I'm fancy) into small pieces. Seasoned with salt/pepper. Covered in flour/egg wash/flour. Popped into hot oil/butter. Fried through lightly. - Mashed potatoes: Boiled 1 russet potato it in chunks. Removed water. Added butter/sour cream/roasted garlic/salt/pepper/cheese. Mashed & mixed well. - Roasted garlic: Did it 2 ways. a) Kept whole cluster & chopped off top. Covered in oil & seasoned w/ salt/pepper. Wrapped in foil. b) Took cloves apart, covered in oil, seasoned w/ salt/pepper. Wrapped in foil. Put in 400 oven for about 45 minutes. Came out perfect. I think the individual cloves worked better. At least getting them out did. Added a bunch of it into the mashed potatoes. - Gravy: Seared a small piece of steak in a pan to snack on while cooking. :) Then used same pan. Added butter/flour to make the roux. Added milk. Whisked vigorously til proper thickness. Added creamy horseradish/salt/pepper/bacon bits/chives/herbs de provence . Mixed together well. - Green beans: Blanched in hot water. Removed & added salt/pepper. - Result: Plated up & poured gravy over steak. Garnished w/ parsley. Fucking delicious and totally good for you too! :P I know you're supposed to use cube steak but I'm fancy AF. Should have pounded steak bites a bit thinner so they didn't cook as evenly as I wanted. Some medium rare/some medium. Potatoes on point. Creamy & tasty. That gravy tho. Damn! Making A Run For It
Imagine: You’re the first person to come up in the box the month after the original group is sent into the Maze. Out of fear, you make a dash for it. You automatically become both a runner and the Glade’s “Official Badass”.

Black. Complete, utter darkness.
That’s all you saw. Pitch black. After a couple of seconds, you saw the short, blurred rush of a small bright, white-blue light on each side around you. Each few seconds the rush of lights came back. You felt around, looking and trying to see what was around you while you could. All you saw were boxes. Upon closer inspection, you saw boxes, blankets, several rolled up sleeping bags, and in one corner was a bundle of various knives, wrapped together with rope or twine of some sort.
You could feel the room you were in moving. Upwards, due to how your feet seemed hard to pick up, you concluded. You heard the sound of screeching metal and concluded the room was made of metal. Once you took all this in, you began to think. To plan. Deciding what would happen next.
You finally decided that wherever you were going, whoever this room was taking you to, that you weren’t going to go quietly. Stumbling around clumsily you gripped the bundle of knives in the corner. The bundle was tied to another box, but with careful, patient hands you were able to pull a long, thin blade out. Machete. The word came to mind, but where or how it was learned seemed to be impossible to know.
Gripping the blade, you began to move boxes, fitting yourself into a different corner where you had previously found the blankets and sleeping bags. You moved boxes around to hopefully block you from view. You decided to also grab a sleeping bag, setting it on top of your head after you crouched down, hoping to blend in as much as you could, not knowing where the person would enter the room. After a moment you heard a loud, long beeping noise. It wasn’t coming from around you or below, but from above, muffled but still piercing the air.
This is it, you thought. You gripped the machete tightly, balancing yourself on a box as the moving room slowed down until it came to a stop after another minute. The loud, piercing beeping ended and instead, the creaking and screeching of metal on metal could be heard. The dark room was bathed in light and within seconds, someone jumped down, causing the metal room around you to shake.
A boy, you saw, was in the room. He was blond, tall, and lean. dressed in brown pants and a baggy gray hoodie. Silently, you moved the sleeping bag from above you and crept out from behind the boxes.
“Newt! There’s som-” came a voice, but with as much speed as you could, you grabbed the boy - Newt - from behind, pressing the blade against his throat and the other hand gripping his hair. You looked up to see several more boys looking down at you. Newt’s hands came up and you could feel his heartbeat quicken. “Alright, it’s fine. Just... just put the bla-” Newt began, trying to calm you down. But instead, you growled near his ear, tightening your grip on his hair and pressing the blade against his throat a bit firmer.
“Listen here, pretty boy,” you hissed out, “I don’t give a single fuck who any of you are, but you’re going to help me get out of here, ya got that? Good.” With a small shove, you lowered your blade and pushed the boy forward. Watching him as you moved, you pointed the end of the blade towards him, climbing up the wooden crates, getting closer to the exit. You glared up at the other boys, a threatening look as you moved the machete closer towards the boy in the box with you.
The boys all heard and understood your silent threat, backing up from the metal room as you climbed up. With a small jump and a swing of your legs, you were out. Looking around, you saw you were surrounded by dirt and grass, a small group of boys around you. “Hey, it’s alright, you’re safe now. You can put that down, now,” another boy coaxed you. He held a hand out, his dark skin seeming taut and tense as he tried to calmly approach you. You swung the blade towards him, scaring him back as you took a defensive position. 
“No thanks,” you hissed, before looking around you again. Exit, you thought, looking at a large opening in the middle of a tall, thick wall at the edge of the space you were in. With a quick look back at the boys, who all stood one edge and tense, eyes both wide and confused, some looking angry, you took off in a mad dash. You ran as fast as you could, jumping over carelessly left objects that littered the area around you. As you ran, you heard yelling and people seemed to be running after you. You took it as another threat and simply ran faster.
Glancing back as you were only a couple of yards from the exit, you saw the boy, Newt, ahead of most of the other boys, running at you, his hands waving at you, eyes wide, screaming at you to stop. You simply ignored him, turning your head back to keep running, so close to the exit-
Crash. Collision. Your body ran into another’s. You almost fell back but the arms belonging to the other reached out and steadied you. You had the blade gripped in your hand still, holding it against the length of your arm so you wouldn’t accidentally hit your legs as you ran. The boy glanced down at you, surprise settling on his features, and then down at the blade, his eyes widening slightly as he realized what it was. You quickly grabbed his wrist with your free hand and spun his body around, pressing the blade against his neck as you had just done to the blond boy only a few minutes ago.
Turning back around, you saw the boy - Newt - and the others running to you, all stopping a few feet away as they put their hands up, Newt trying to reason with you, others yelling out that they weren’t a threat. All of it was a blur in your scared mind. Glancing behind you, you saw the exit only a yard away. But in your moment of weakness, you felt the dark haired boy in your grip shove your hand, throwing the blade from your grip. With a low hiss, you went to retract, mind determined to keep running.
“Not so fast,” the boy said, turning around, his leg swinging around and knocking your own legs out from underneath you. Once you were laid flat on the ground, the boy straddled your hips, his hands pinning your forearms down near your sides as you wiggled underneath him, a low growl coming from the back of your throat.
“Get off of me, damn creep!” you yelled, struggling underneath his weight. “Actually, the name is Minho, but Damn Creep was a great guess,” the boy taunted, his lips curled into a smirk. You glared at him, struggling still. Newt kneeled down next to you, looking down at you as his hand steadied your shoulder, trying to calm you down.
“Hey, hey. We aren’t the enemy, we swear... if I let Minho get off of you do you promise not to run again?” Newt asked, sounding both hopeful and a bit on edge. With a silent glare, you sharply nodded your head once, deciding you could escape later. As an after thought, once he stood up, Newt picked the machete up, handing it to the dark skin boy you had talked to earlier. And with a nod to the black haired boy on top of you, the boy was off of you, offering you a hand. Ignoring his hand, you stood up and rubbed at your wrists, mumbling quietly and cursing at the boy next to you.
“Welcome to the Glade, Greenbean,” the boy, Minho, smirked at you, a hand coming to smack you gently but firmly on your shoulder, his other hand gesturing at the rest of the place around you. You didn’t think you would ever get used to this place.
2 years.
It had been 2 years of living in the hell hole everyone around you called the Glade. You all were celebrating yet another part of your ever growing family here in the Glade with a bonfire. A roaring fire, food, alcohol, and wrestling; the greatest welcome home you could have ever imagined.
“Ah, and here we have Y/N, the Glade’s Official Badass,” Minho grinned, gesturing towards you as he introduced the new Greenie around. The boy gave Minho a quizzical look, questioning your ‘title’. “Ah, she was the first one to come up in the box after the first group of us. Tried to chop off Alby’s arm and held Newt and I both hostage with a damn machete!” Minho retold the story. The boy’s eyes widened and he mumbled an excuse, quickly walking off towards Newt for safety, you presumed.
“And now, the newbie is terrified of me. Thanks,” you rolled your eyes, smirking at your boyfriend. Minho sat down, swinging an arm around your waist and snagging your jar out of your hand, drinking the rest of your drink. “Mmm, just means one less shank I have to beat off of ya,” Minho grinned, pressing a quick kiss to your cheek. You chuckled, turning your head to the side and putting your hand on his jaw, pulling him to you for a chaste kiss.
“I think you’re the only one here who can handle being around the crazy chick for more than a couple of hours,” you teased. You remember how leerie everyone was of you the first couple of weeks of your arriving. The only person who wasn’t backing down was Minho. He requested for you to be a runner after seeing and hearing just how agile and quick you were that first day. Everyone quickly agreed, no one wanting to take you on in their little jobs around the Glade. Minho took you under his wing, teaching you about all the secret and twists and turns of the Glade and the Maze. You quickly took a liking to the dark haired, Asian boy.
After those first couple of weeks, you eventually began apologizing to everyone, making your rounds to say said apologise and hoping to make more friends with people than just Minho. But after that, every month, when the newbie arrived, Minho would launch into the story of how you almost “killed Alby with a blade” and held “Newt and himself at gunpoint with a shucking machete”. He did it to get under your skin, which it almost always did.
“Ah, well, here’s to 2 years of being stuck with the crazy chick,” Minho smirked, taking another swig of alcohol before pressing a kiss to your lips, holding you close to him.
“Yea here’s to 2 years of putting up with you, slinthead,” you muttered before pressing another kiss to his lips, deepening it and smiling into it. At least someone liked the crazy girl who came out of the box, running about and wielding a machete. No matter how crazy that situation was...
A/N: I’m sorry this is so crappy. I just had oral surgery and I’m kinda out of it between pain meds and sleepign meds but had this desire to write. I’ll try to keep writing and make my next ones not as shitty. Sorry again, my little shanks~

Happy Father’s Day! What better gift for a Father than a nice thick cut of Wagyu beef 🥩 from the Local Yokel in McKinney. Start with a nice rub (Hardcore Carnivore Black), smoke for about 45 minutes to get that nice woody flavor, then finish off with a sear in a cast iron skillet. it’s loby but it’s my recipe of loby?
requires some: 1 cup FRESH string breans a leaf of chopped Fresh basil ½ cup red/orange/yellow/green peppers ½ cup onion (whatever id your fave, i recommend vidalia) 1/3 cup sour cream parmesan to desired taste/thickness
of course chop all ya onions/peppers up etc, and go ahead and prepare the string beans in some salted water, boil the string beans, and the shock them in some ice water- this keeps’em crunchie
in a pan, saute your onions and half your basil in around 1 ½ to 2 tbsp of butter. after the onions are translucent, add in the peppers and the rest of the basil and cook till onions start to brown. throw in the beans for about a minute or until theyre hot too (not squishy!) 
move the onions/pepper/greenbeans to a bowl and mix in the sour cream, and then add as much parmesan as ya like (you want it thicker? more cheesy? it’s all you) you can really change the measurements depending on how much you like onions/peppers and the original recipe involved mushrooms and tomatoes, so if you like those add them in when you’re sauteeing
