Members of the Creek Council (and why they probably have their jobs):
Leaders:
- Craig Williams, JP, and Kelsey head the group, and call it to order in times of trouble, they don't have a vote, but they are its founders.
Leaders of Groups:
- Eliza: She is the leader of the Tea Timers
- Sewer Queen: She is the leader of the Sewer Kids
- Yustice: She is the leader of the Ninja Kids
- Paintball Mike: He is the leader of the 6th grade (and co) faction of the Paintballers
Representatives of Groups:
- Jason: He is suspected to be the leader of the Junior Forest Scouts, but he definitely is the representative for their group on the council
- Cannonball: He is part of the 10 Speeds, led by Handlebarb. The reason he was chosen for the council might be his ability to use Cannon space
- Wren: She claims to be representing Science, but is probably there to represent the group she founded, "Alliance of Science"
Representing Things:
- Kit: She represents the Creek's economy, and has immediate info on changes in the market, with her "Trading Tree" being the center of it
- Junk Lord: He claims to represent all junk, but he might just be on the council due to his junk pile taking up a large space on the map
- Wildernessa: She represents the wild animals, and does actively try to help animals in need
Bobby:
- Bobby: He is just... there. It's likely that Craig needed another person so there wouldn't be a chance of a 50/50 vote on any matters, and Bobby was eager to offer his assistance (Bobby might also still be the Ace...)

I was on a call with a friend and we drew COTC characters. I drew Yustice because she was written in the first version of my COTC/“Haven’s” backstory in April 2020.
I say “Haven” because she’s actually the second version of my COTC OC since the original story was about me (my self-insert) moving to Herkleton (it’s cliché, I know XD).

Our young dickie boy is a Quality Adult
My first hc that I’ve had for a while is that he’s pansexual
he’s just got so much love, how could he possibly only express it to one gender?
probs had a crush on Wally at some point
definitely had a crush on superman well into his twenties
you know how he canon power shovels cereal into his mouth
one of his favourite snacks is Alfreds homemade rice krispies bars
can’t get enough
brings them to the Bludhaven Police Station for a work snack
because of this his fingers are always sticky
when he was a kid he used to go searching through the manor bc hey, if there’s a secret hidden batcave, surely there’s something else he isn’t supposed to know about
spends an entire summer pulling every book on every shelf and playing every note sequence on every piano
bruce knows, and thinks it’s hilarious
always wanted a baby brother, and when a 14 year old angsty Jason Todd rolled in, he was more than thrilled
immediately tried to hug
got punched
oops
tried to teach him about girls, tutor him in school, and anything else normal
he really wanted jason to have a semi-normal childhood, and not go through the same conflicts with bruce that he did
when jason was killed in the explosion, Dick was shattered as a person
he blamed bruce for not asking for help sooner, because by the time that Dick was called (by Alfred), Jason had minutes left
eventually healed, forgave Bruce, but never forgot
noticed Bruce was all scattered and tried to help, but was pushed away
six months later, he’s invited back to Gotham to find 13 year old Tim Drake in the batcave doing pull-ups
“nO NOT AGAIN BRUCE THOMAS WAYNE DON’T YOU DARE HURT THIS CHILD”
Tim then proceeds to list all the reasons why him being around is actually safer than Bruce brooding alone
