The Mo-Dettes “The Story So Far” 1980
If you’re into European female post-punk like The Slits, Kleenex, Au Pairs, and The Raincoats you’ll find much to like here. In fact guitarist Katie Korus was the original guitarist in The Slits before Viv Albertine joined. They only made one album and a small handful of singles. I found my copy at Amoeba online and I couldn’t hit “buy” fast enough! A fantastically fun record.

Three white mice in their new home.
We have Kandi-Caine (a three-way pun for a name? How special!), Confetti, and Cheez-it They each have their own cute personalities, and are very interested in exploring their colorful new world!
Kandi-Caine is a mountain climber, scampering his way up to the tallest point he can reach! He especially loves to try and hide in my peculiar green hair. He isn't scared of most things!
Confetti is a runner (she's a track star!) You'll finder her most often on the running wheel, trying to beat her record for longest consecutive sprint!
Cheez-it is very reserved. He doesn't like to climb into anyone's hands yet (and maybe he never will!) He loves to tunnel and make secret passages away from view. Occasionally Confetti will join him in creating new terrain!

just experienced sleep paralysis for the first time but didnt make the connection right away cause i always thought it would be super distressing and scary
in my case i just woke up and heard pitter patter and rustling paper like something small was walking on my bedroom tiles and going through my project notebooks
couldnt breathe and it was impossible to move and turn on the light, but i thought i was still too sleepy so i was just mildly pissed at myself as well as the idea of something messing with my stuff!!! then i could suddenly breathe again and saw it was nothing
#think its interesting to note here that i just had a dream about some tiny shapeshifting freak who was messing with peoples heads#a small black and white cartoon bunny with some personal vendetta against amy or something#anyway so my only thoughts during this ordeal were ''omg Move already 🙄'' and ''shit is it mice?? sounds too big though and no claws''#''sounds more like a super small toddler as if a doll came to life lolOh fuck what if its that freak from my dream that would be wild''#dreams#<- cataloging for tags at least#venspeaks
