Über Leben in Heidelberg

Diese Reise, war eine ausgesprochen aufregende Reise. Meine Debütinszenierung ÜBER LEBEN am Schauspiel Dortmund wurde beim Heidelberger Stückemarkt für den Nachspielpreis nominiert! Jetzt fragt ihr euch vielleicht, was ist denn der Heidelberger Stückemarkt und was zur Hölle ist ein Nachspielpreis?!

Also der Heidelberger Stückemarkt ist ein Theaterfestival, wo das Theater Heidelberg herausragende Produktionen von modernen Theatertexten einlädt. 

Viel wichtiger sind aber die verschiedenen Preise, die vergeben werden. Am bedeutendsten ist der Autor*innenwettbewerb, wo 10 Theatertexte, die noch nie gespielt wurden, nominiert werden.

Und es gibt halt auch den Nachspielpreis. Der Nachspielpreis des Heidelberger Stückemarkts zeichnet seit 2012 Inszenierungen aus, die einen Text zum zweiten oder dritten Mal auf die Bühne bringen. Ziel ist es, einen nachhaltigeren Umgang mit Gegenwartsdramatik zu fördern. Und da ist ÜBER LEBEN mit dabei!

Aus diesem Grund hat das Technikteam des Schauspiel Dortmunds das ganze Bühnenbild in einen LKW gepackt, Maske und Kostüm haben ihre Sachen dazugepackt und es ging auf Gastspiel nach Heidelberg. Wir kamen mit dem Zug hinterher!

Wir trafen uns also am Morgen des 29.04. am Dortmunder Hauptbahnhof mit unseren kleinen Köfferchen, alle etwas aufgeregt, vor allem aber ich! Nach knapp vier Stunden Zugfahrt kamen wir in Heidelberg an. Am Bahnhof wurden wir von einem Festivalmitarbeiter abgeholt und in unser Hotel gebracht. Jeder bekam auch eine kleine Mappe mit dem Programmheft des Festivals, einer Karte von Heidelberg und den besten Restaurants. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt!

Wie es sich für eine gute Klassenfahrt gehört, wollten wir natürlich Heidelberg etwas unsicher machen. Die Stadt ist echt ein bisschen wie Disneyland! Die Häuser sind krass schön und alt, es hat nur gefehlt, dass an jeder Ecke aus Boxen Dudelmusik kommt.

Nachdem wir fantastische Ramen im Min Ramen Bar hatten, gönnten wir uns im Karl unser erstes Bier! Das Karl ist eine urige Kneipe direkt am Neckar, wo man auch draußen sitzen kann. Die Weißweinschorle ist günstig und das Bier auch. Der Barkeeper hat schwäbisch geschwätzt, was mein Herz erwärmt hat.

Abends schauten wir uns dann das Gastspiel Baroque aus Bochum an. Etwas ironisch, dass wir nach Heidelberg fahren mussten, um was aus Bochum anzuschauen. Danach waren wir ein bisschen auf der Party des Heidelberger Stückemarks, aber natürlich ganz vernünftig, weil wir wussten, morgen ist ein großer Tag!

Was ich ja liebe an Hotels, sind die Frühstücksbuffets! Da hab ich am nächsten morgen ordentlich zugelangt! Dann ging es auch zur Spielstätte im Zwinger 1. Alles musste für den Abend vorbereitet werden! Das war recht stressig, aber das Technikteam vom Theater Heidelberg und die Produktionsleiterin Koenen waren sehr hilfbereit! Zum Glück kamen auch meine Eltern vorbei und haben mir nen Wrap vorbeigebracht!

Dann ging es auch schon los! Ausverkauftes Haus! Und sie haben alle echt einen tollen Job gemacht! Im Anschluss war noch ein Nachgespräch mit dem Publikum, mein aller erstes, und nach der Anfangsaufregung hatte ich sehr viel Spaß mit dem Publikum in Austausch zu kommen. Vielen Dank an Theresa Leopold, die das Q&A moderiert hat!

Dann ging die Sause erst richtig los! Das ganze ÜBER LEBEN Team traf sich erst bei einem Libanesen wo es schon die ersten Weißweinschorlen gab, um den Hunger zu stillen! Dann ging eserst in eine Bar wo ich leider den Namen vergessen habe, aber ein Gin Tonic 3,50€ und man konnte Billard spielen! Wenn ihr mal in Heidelberg seid, unbedingt Leute fragen, ob sie die Bar kennen! Dann ging es noch in eine Bar, auch den Namen habe ich vergessen, aber da waren plötzlich ganz viele Menschen vom Festival und es war ja auch noch Tanz in den Mai. Ich kann euch allen nur empfehlen Networking Gespräche angetrunken am Waschbecken auf der Toilette zu führen ;)

Weitere Details des Abends wären zu privat, aber es gab noch eine Pizza und um 6 Uhr morgens machte ich mein Licht aus. Nach erholsamen 3 Stunden Schlaf weckte mich Jasmins Wecker vom Nachbarzimmer. Schnell gefrühstückt und dann ging es auch wieder nach Dortmund. Die Reisegruppe erschien vollzählig. Alle waren überrascht davon, dass sie es selbst zum Bahnhof geschafft haben, ich auch von mir, aber wir waren beseelt von einem gelungenen Gastspiel 🙂
