Going back through old art of stuff I was super excited for but had no one to share with is so mind blowing, especially given now I'm so tempted to revive some of these (Ninjago Lunar Priestess oc, cosmic horror characters, Sya's og design, etc)

THE WAY LUKES EYES WERE TEARING WHEN HE WAS TALKING WITH PERCY IN THE FINAL FOREST SCENE!!! HE WASNT SAD HE WAS FUCKING HEARTBROKEN BECAUSE THERE WAS THIS KID THAT HE HAD BASICALLY ADOPTED AS HIS YOUNGER BROTHER AND HE WAS HURTING HIM. LUKE WAS FUCKING HEARTBROKEN BECAUSE HE WAS HURTING PERCY AND PERCY WAS SAYING THAT HE WAS BETRAYING THEM. LUKE WANTED TO HURT THE GODS HE WANTED THEM TO FEEL THE PAIN THAT HE FELT HE WAS SO TIRED OF BEING USED. HE WAS TIRED OF BEING A PAWN OF CONSTANTLY BEING PUSHED BACK AND IGNORED BY HIS DAD. HE RAN AWAY AND MADE HIS OWN FAMILY. ONE THAT WAS HIS AND JUST HIS. AND THEN IT GOT TAKEN AWAY BECAUSE THE GODS WERE MAD AND HADES LET THE HELL HOUNDS AT THEM AND THE ONLY THING THE FUCKING KING OF THE GODS DID WAS TEAR IT APART. HE TURNED THALIA INTO A TREE A FUCKING PINE TREE. LUKE AND THALIA WERE ON THE RUN BEFORE ANNABETH JOINED THEM THEY WERE SO CLOSE THEY WERE SIBLINGS TO EACH OTHER THEY WERE ALL THEY HAD AND THEN THE MOST POWERFUL BEING IN THE UNIVERSE TAKES IT AWAY AND ESSENTIALLY TELLS THEM TO BE GRATEFUL AND LUKE IS FURIOUS HE ISNT JUST MAD HE IS FURIOUS. HE HAS JUST HAD EVERYTHING TAKEN FROM HIM AND HE WAS PROBABLY TERRIFIED BECAUSE HE HAD JUST LOST THALIA AND NOW HES AT THIS CAMP AND HE IS TERRIFED AND OVERFLOWING WITH RAGE BECAUSE IN HIS EYES THE GODS TOOK THALIA AWAY THEY TOOK HIS FAMILY AWAY AND HE HAS A PLAN TO GET HIS REVENGE AND HE COULD DO IT WITH PERCY. PERCY WHO LUKE TOOK UNDER HIS WING. PERCY WHO LUKE PROTECTED FROM CLARISSE. PERCY WHO LUKE TRAINED IN THE FOREST WITH. PERCY WHO TOLD LUKE ABOUT ALL OF THE ANGER HE FELT AT THE GODS. PERCY WHO WAS A LITTLE TO MUCH LIKE LUKE. AND IF PERCY WENT THEN MAYBE ANNABETH WOULD COME. ANNABETH HIS LITTLE SISTER. ANNABETH WHO HE PRACTICALLY RAISED. ANNABETH WHO HE LOVES AND CARES ABOUT MORE THAN THE WORLD. ANNABETH WHO HE IS SO OVERPROTECTIVE OF IN THE MOST SIBLING WAY POSSIBLE. ANNABETH WHO KNEW THALIA. THAT ANNABETH. AND THEN MAYBE JUST MAYBE LUKE COULD HAVE A FAMILY AGAIN. MAYBE HE COULD FEEL LIKE HE TRULY BELONGED AGAIN.

anyway this is just my opinion but I loved that they were both tearing up during that scene

I like the idea of a Prince of Void who doesn't get a Land when entering their session, and their Quest is to Destroy the Nonexistence of their Land. Maybe their session is null due to lacking a Space player and the Land that forms at the end of their Quest is a Land of Frogs... destroying the null-ness of the session.

Oooh that's a good one! Fuckery like that is always fun. I think I had a similar session once where the Space and Time Players- A Thief and Rogue of Time respectively, entered the Incipisphere simultaneously and their Lands got meshed together and split wrong between them. The Time Player had the Frogs, and the Space Player the Scratch Construct, and both were causing trouble- With their quest amounting to having to 'steal' and pull apart the parts of each planet that belong to them and get their Proper Lands.

You can do some really fun stuff with the Lands like that! Of course though you DO gotta account WHERE your Prince of Void would spawn. Does the Entry Process dump them in another Land? Are they dumped into the Void? Maybe they never Enter the Incipisphere, and instead they die on Entry and it's their Dream Self that does it. Or maybe they tag along in the house of one of the other Players as they Enter, so they never have to 'connect' themselves. There's fun ways to mess with it!

The Untamed meets QT: Thoughts. Because I have them. Anyways:

I get the feeling that Eugenides and Wei Wuxian would not get along, because neither of them would want to share the spotlight. Their personalities are just too similar to be compatible. If they do decide to work together though... well, gods have mercy on whoever they decide to torment (probably Costis. Poor Costis)

If Attolia Irene and Lan Wangji were ever to speak to each other I think they could commiserate over having a nonsensical little guy for a soul mate. However. Realistically. I don't think they'd ever talk to each other, they'd just sit in silence instead. Companionable silence maybe, but still. Silence.

For some reason I feel like Wen Ning would be really popular and well-liked in the QT world. Like. Idk. I feel like the Eddisians especially would think he's dope as hell, despite the fact he's dead.

Similarly, I think Sophos would be really popular and well-liked in the Untamed world. He has no unhinged plots or schemes. He solves all his problems by duel-wielding weapons. Nie Mingjue in particular would love that

Lan Qiren and the Magus should have like, a little support group for people who have incorrigible and annoying students/road trip companions. They could get together and talk about their suffering and have tea or something.

Jiang Cheng and Eddis Helen should have a support group also. For having family members who are Like That.

while everyone is waiting for the percy jackson show to drop, i just want to remind you that a good adaptation of the lightning thief does in fact exist and it is the lightning thief musical and it is incredible and you should all listen to it
