What are some secrets of the INFJ?
Peace and quiet is a high for us— We need time to recharge, alone, by ourselves.
We don't casual date— We need long term relationships.
We like routine— We can do the same thing repeatedly if we like it and are comfortable.
If we don't want to talk to you and you are one of our "people" We are hurt— We can isolate ourselves when we need space.
We can only love one person at a time romantically— We pour everything we have into something we love.
We love animals
If an INFJ sends you a song, listen to it— They are trying to say something they haven't found a way to verbalize.
We write better than we speak.

Love
“Loving deeply is both a blessing and a curse. It is a blessing because when you have interest in something, you give all of yourself. For the same reason, it is a curse. If things don't work out or are different than expected, the downfall from the heartache will be just as bad.”
words from someone named Vincent Pisano that i quoted from quora
I already give my all, but my all isn’t enough. But the most frustrating about it is, that I can’t be there through your hard times. The hardest time. Few months back, when you tell me about it, I made my promise to be with you from that day since forever. I made a vow to myself that I won’t let you alone anymore. I’d be with you.
It’s not like I don’t have any hard times, but I don’t expect that today will be one of it. I can’t guess whether you really meant it or not, when you said that I just want to play with you and your feelings. But I’m not. I never be.

did you hear that LORENZO ZURZOLO was seen walking down queens boulevard? oh nevermind, that’s VINCENT PISANO. apparently he is from UPPER EAST SIDE, NEW YORK and came to lightwood to study BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION. i heard through the grapevine that he is CHARMING, PRAGMATIC, and METICULOUS but NARCISSISTIC, CALCULATING, and OBSESSIVE. he is staying at SIGMA ETA KAPPA and are known as THE PRODIGAL SON.
BASICS  !
full name.  vincent giovanni pisano
nicknames.  vin, vinny
age, d.o.b.  twenty,
place of birth.  upper east side, nyc
ethnicity.  italian-american
occupation.  intern at his father’s conglomerate, wolford bearing (WOLF)
clubs & sports.  school council,  swim & diving
gender.  cis man
sexuality.  closeted bisexual
inclination.  he enjoys the chase. anyone willing enough to give this corporate heir a challenge is someone he deems worthy of the effort, that of which he will pursue relentlessly.
relationship status.
single.
PERSONALITY  !
pos. attentive, independent, meticulous, self-disciplined, solicitous, trustworthy.
neg.  enigmatic, despondent, dogmatic, reticent, rigid, unravelling.
a heart torn in two. part of him yearns for a life of possibilities outside of wallstreet. outside of the family business. vincent often contributes the wrongness in him to his upbringing. his brashness. his capacity for self-loathing. but, when you pry beneath this husk, the man is laid stark and bare. as meticulous, and withdrawn as he often is, vincent is a man still in search of himself.
BIOGRAPHY  !
vincent is born a miracle. A MIRACLE. their miracle. after nearly a decade of trying, life finally decides to offer giada and ciro pisano catharsis, in the form of a baby boy. even so, he is an afterthought in the hospital. the first is his mother’s frustration and his father’s absence. the second is his nonno, staring blankly through the glass of the nursery. quickly, he becomes a bargaining chip: your son needs you, mother says to his father, so he comes home for a weekend. the spotlight is on vincent for just this moment, and he plays his part WONDERFULLY; baby of the family, he's spoiled rotten and then some. It’s the other actors that tire of the play, first, his father disappears once again for business and mother retreats back to the drawing board with her friends. vincent grows up much faster, too fast.
it’s the house that raises him, moreso than his parents, moreso than the host of au pairs they hire to keep vincent and his newly welcomed younger sister in check. he has to want to for nothing. except the urge always remains doesn’t it? the want for more—the need for it. he WANTED his father to come home more often. he WANTED attention. he wanted his father’s attention. but in a family overwhelmed with power and knowledge, there is but one driving force that sustains him beneath it all. and he can’t quite pinpoint when his admiration turned into loathing, but it rotted within him like a sickness. vincent pisano LOATHED his father. for many reasons, but money was the cumulative. for, had his family not been so disgustingly wealthy, his father would have been there for him as a boy. in fact, perhaps he would be here for him now, as he trains and awaits the day that he can take the helm of the family business.
HEADCANONS  !
vin is absolutely an animal person and will oft visit the animal shelter as often as his work schedule permits.
standing at 6′2″ the man gets his unlikely height from his father.
considering his monetary standing, many speculate that vincent bought his way into the school.
binge watching corny sitcoms is his favorite passtime.

Insurance Awards For Visionaries in the Insurance Industry
What are Insurance Awards and why are they important? The Insurance Awards are a unique vehicle through which top insurers can be recognised for their work and efforts in assisting drivers under insured and under appreciated road users. The Insurance Awards are a dynamic vehicle which allows for recognition of good and outstanding performance by insurance companies on the road.
What are the benefits of the awards? What are the uses of the awards? The Insurance Awards are a platform for insurers to be acknowledged for their exceptional contributions and a means to celebrate the work and effort of insurers in helping society. The Insurance Awards, which are now a Worldwide organisation are a great opportunity for large and small insurance companies to be honoured for the contributions they make to society and to realise that the importance of these awards are recognised.
What are the current Awards and who are they aimed at? The awards recognise companies that have shown a continued commitment to excellence and also an emphasis on customer service. The awards recognize those companies that demonstrate excellence in service, product excellence and an emphasis on safety. In addition to this they seek to celebrate and acknowledge those companies, which demonstrate a continuing commitment to customer safety and satisfaction and also those that demonstrate a continued commitment to quality and safety.
What are the different types of awards? The various awards given out at the New HQ Wins awards are determined by a number of different factors. The most common factor is the overall contribution that an insurance company makes to the community. This can be measured in terms of crime rates and the number of lives saved by the company. Another factor considered is the percentage of sales that are dedicated to crime prevention initiatives and the reduction of insurance claims. All of these aspects are used as part of the judging process.
What are the key factors determining New HQ Wins' winners and finalists? The judging panel looks closely at all the different elements of risk and customer service and then selects a shortlist of honorees from this shortlist. From this shortlist the finalist or winners are chosen. The honorees will be given a trophy and the winning company will be presented with an award certificate. The winners of the New HQ Wins awards get to meet the likes of Sir Michael Caine, who was knighted for his contributions to public service and leadership. He has become one of the foremost experts in risk and customer service and is often referred to as a 'shining star' in the insurance industry.
What are some of the other major winners of the North America awards? Some of the other honorees of the New HQ Wins' program include the following: the President and CEO of Anheuser Busch Companies; Betty Combs, former CEO of P & G and now the President and CEO of Ensco; Amy Klein, who served as co-chairman and chief marketing officer for GE; and Richard Legg, who served as president of Bell South and now is the CFO for GE. The board of directors for each of these companies receive an honorarium, as do the members of the organizing committee. These are just a few of the many honorees that have won the top award.
So, what about the global leaders? The Global Challenges award program recognizes the important work that the world's best and brightest global leaders do every day to increase productivity, drive business forward and improve the quality of life for people around the globe. This year, we have five distinguished global leaders who will all receive the Global Challenges award. Among those honored are Bank of Americas' CEO, James A. Lehman, GE's CEO, John Lewis, BP's Managing Director, Vincent Rice, and Yahoo's Senior Executive, Ray Krocis. Other honorees this year included Bank of America's Global Chief Technology Officer, John H. Lampert, CitiMortgage's Chief Executive Officer, Peter Thiel, and PricewaterhouseCoopers' Chief Executive Officer, David K. Norton.
There are a number of other honorees this year who are receiving the insurance industry's highest honor. Other notable honorees include executives from Citibank, Fleet Bank, Prudential Financial, State Street, General Motors, AT&T and several unnamed brokerage firms. Two of our brightest and most promising future leaders, Anthony R. Pisano and Robert S. Pisano, have been selected as the recipients of the 2020 Innovation Award. Another two colleagues, Wendy Griffith and John C. Hoover, will be honored for their leadership roles in women's health and technology. The board of directors for this prestigious award has also chosen three executives who are receiving their first senior executive officer appointments as the recipients of this year's honors.

Leonardo lancia il Drone Contest a Torino nell’Innovation Day, Crescendo. Naturalia – Artificialia
Questi i temi al centro dell’Innovation Day, Crescendo. L’Innovation Day Crescendo.
A proposito... Soi kèo bóng đá: Man City vs Bristol City, 2h45 ngày 10/1/2018
Man City (4-1-4-1): Ederson; Walker, Otamendi, Mangala, Delph; Fernandinho; Sterling, Bernardo Silva, De Bruyne, Sane; Aguero.
Bristol (4-4-1-1): Steele; Magnusson, Baker, Flint, Wright; Bryan, Pack, Smith, Brownhill; Paterson; Reid.

Soi odd Man City vs Bristol City
SoikeoPlus.com chọn: Bristol City + 2.5 @ 0.88 và Under 3.5 @ 1.02
