If he could scar, he would offer his hands to his King as proof of his loyalty, he would lay himself in a bed of iron and let it mar the unnatural pale of his skin until the monster was burnt away. Loyalty was not so easily proven with a face like his.

SOLDIER
Orla has a quest, her first as the witch of the Old Wood. Long ago, the witch of the Wood acted as liason, now they act as defender and Orla has been honed to fight for her home. She must wrangle into motion what her mother started twenty years beforehand, when she scorned the offer of peace between the Iron Kingdom of Bryre and the Old Wood by taking the King's wish for an heir and giving him a changeling. Now Orla must wear her humanity, that she has learnt to hide amongst the Fen, the creatures of the Wood, and she must make the Changeling Prince a King. Before her world burns to ash and the Old Gods are dead.
POET
Finlay has only ever known the North under the occupation of the Iron Army, and their war with the Old Wood. But he comes from a long bloodline of Northerners, and through his mother's stories he remembers a time before country and crown, a time of wild growing things and thorns. And when he is taken as a guide for the Iron Army on the hunt of an ancient god, it is the old ways that save him from the wrath of the Fen. Finlay is thrust into the war of Iron and Wood, his survival of a Fen massacre catching the eye of the Changeling Prince and the underground rebellion alike. Caught between worlds, Finlay finds himself in a situation he may not be able to talk his way out of.
KING
Everyone knows that Tamlin was sent to the wartorn North by his father to die. The North, where the Iron Army struggles to fell the Old Wood, the North, where worship of the Old Gods is still made by firelight and moon. The North, where Tamlin's mother was born and where she went to die. But Tamlin knew this would come, and he knows that the only way to win his father's approval and the right to the Iron Throne is to set the North ablaze and drive the Fen from Bryre once and for all. To prove his heart human beneath a monstrous face.

okay, im going to rant about soldier, poet, king because PEOPLE ARE STILL MISINTERPRETING IT and im mad about it.
Obligatory disclaimer: Mentions of Christianity, obviously. Also, I myself am not a Christian. However, I REALLY like the Oh Hellos. If you couldn't tell.
Soldier, Poet, King is the tenth song of the Dear Wormwood album by The Oh Hellos. Dear Wormwood is heavily inspired by CS Lewis (hence the title, which comes from the Screwtape Letters.) The story of the album is about an abusive relationship, which uses aspects of their inspirations as metaphors for the overarching narrative.

Soldier, Poet, King has aspects that are clearly drawn from the bible, yes. We all know this. Everyone who has ever done a surface level search of the lyrics on Genius can tell you this. Congrats, you know a basic aspect of The Oh Hellos.
However, if you leave it at that, you are just ignoring the literal message of the song. Aside from the people everyone and their mother complains about ("omg i can't believe this is abt jesus :(( i can't use this song for my blorbos anymore :((("), there's also a really annoying subsection of people who are like this:
THEY DIDN'T DO THIS. Let me break down the soldier verse for you because this is making me so mad.

Crazy how this tiny ass verse got misinterpreted that badly, btw. Anyways. This verse has direct references that come from THE BIBLE.
Revelations 1:16- "In his right hand he held seven stars, from his mouth came a sharp two-edged sword, and this face was like the sun shining in full strength."
Revelations 19:15- "From his mouth comes a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations, and he will rule them with a rod of iron. He will tread the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God the Almighty."
Because of these, I'D ARGUE THAT JESUS IS MENTIONED TO HAVE A SWORD MULTIPLE TIMES, ACTUALLY. Given, it's metaphorical most of the time, but come on now. Also, it's not saying he's a literal soldier in the lyrics. I'd argue that it's more meant to imply a reform, especially consider the next verse is:
There will come a poet
Whose weapon is His word
He will slay you with His tongue, oh lei oh lai oh Lord
Oh lei, oh lai, oh lei, oh Lord
He will slay you with His tongue, oh lei oh lai oh Lord
If his weapon is his word, does this not imply that the sword from the previous verse is metaphorical? If he's slaying with his tongue, doesn't that mean that he's "tearing your city down" with his fucking words? If we're to say that this song is about a singular person, which it is (it's using jesus as an analogy for the protagonist), then these lyrics have overlap, and his SWORD is his WORDS. NOT A LITERAL SWORD.
Anyways, rant concluded.
TLDR; Jesus is an analogy for the protagonist of the Dear Wormwood album, the "sword" referenced in the first verse and his "word" referenced in the second verse are the same thing, which has biblical basis, especially in Revelations.

Who needs Jesus when you have Warrior Cats?

Its got that sick clapping for smooth frame changes, and it's got all the applications babeyy. Low self esteem hero? Sure! Sympathetic villain? You got it! Morally grey character? Come on in. "Make me love myself so that i might love you" can be about god, friends, a partner, a found family, you name it. "Dont make me a liar cause i swear to god when i said it i thought it was true" can be about anything. Your best friend is evil now? A betrayal?? A disillusioned hero??? "Neither of us will be missed" girlies i am peeing from how good this song is for angst.
"the st. bernard sits at the TOP OF THE DRIVE WAY" makes for a very cool and sexy shot transition. you seen the beau lionett animatic set to this?
tik tok picked up the audio a bit cause the drop into distortion is great, but also the vocals and imagery as they stand are excellent. there's at least four ace attorney ones alone and they all focus on different characters (Blackquill/Sahdmadhi, Klavier, van Zieks, and Edgeworth) and the van Zieks one was posted shortly before the official localization was released. also idk if it's on youtube but there's also one for bass.exe on tumblr which is also excellent

Back on my willow shit after mourning the removal of the show (and forcing my friend to watch it). So here’s my Tanthamore playlist with explanations for each song
- Crimson and Clover by the Pom Pom squad: this one’s obvious
- I’m on fire by Soccar Mommy: also just because it’s in the show but the lyrics about bad desire feels very repressed queer love so it’s a tanthamore song now. I don’t make the rules.
-Bags by Clairo: the lyrics are very kit running away in episode 1 plus Clairos vibes are just so tathamore.
- Ceilings by Lizzy McAlphine: this songs lyrics gives me Jade’s internal monologue after the kiss in episode 1.
- I am yours by Churchill: this goes on every ship playlist I make because it’s so cute and it’s just about being devoted to someone else and thinking about it with them makes me FERAL!
- Cherry Wine by Hozier: the soft guitar feels very fantasy to me, plus the lyrics feel Jade talking about kit.
- Trees by The Oh Hellos: this is a childhood friends to lovers song and it makes me think of them as little kids not knowing their in love with each other 🥺
- Dear Arkansas Daughter by Lady Lamb: I blame edits. It’s Jades pov from episode 5 when she’s a little mad at kit in the wildwood. “you with the dark curls, you with the water colour eyes, you who bares all your teeth with every smile.” Like cmon that’s so kit.
- Like or Like Like by Minature Tigers: again it’s a childhood friends to lovers song but like more current. The sort of will they won’t they from episode 1-5.
- Another Story by The Head and the Heart: this one is mostly vibes but I feel like it gives the way home from the quest and moving forward together. It’s them choosing each other in the end.
- Without You by Oh Wonder: it’s a PINING song okay so therefore it’s a jade song.
- Softly by Clairo: this song is a Kit song about falling for jade. And I’ll say it once I’ll say it again. Clairo has tanthamore vibes.
- Dear Wormwood by the Oh Hellos: the title sounds so close to wildwood and the vibes are super fantasy esc. It’s very much jade’s arch learning who she truly is and what she wants and how that change was sprung by the wildwood.
- Home by Edward sharp and the magnetic zeroes: this song is a classic and it’s just so cute. It’s them acknowledging their each others home 🥺
- Gemini by Tash Sultana: this is also a kit song and her admiring her feelings for jade.
- Fight or Flight: pretty sure I got this song from an edit and went yes I agree. It’s a kit song and her dealing with her weird feelings for Jade. “I’d rather lie they tell you I’m in love with you” like that’s so wildwood truth plums.
- Heavy Feet by Local Natives: this is them both being unable to admit their feelings contrasted with when they finally say what they needs to and their “left in the sun, shivering”
- Soldier, Poet, King by The Oh Hellos: there is no band with more fantasy vibes then the oh hellos. Kit is the soldier, Jade is the Poet and Elora is the King. I will not debate, I could write an essay proving this.
- Two Birds by Regina Spektor: I saw one edit and it went on the playlist. Kit is the one that says “cmon” and Jade says “I’m tired” need I say more?
- Until I Found You by Stephen Sanchez: the EDITS. The lyrics are just so bloody romantic it will go on every ship playlist imaginable but it hits particularity hard for them. “Never let you go again” so makes me think of end of episode 6 beginning of 7 when Jade almost looses kit.
- Bloom by the Paper Kites: again just so totally, completely, desperately romantic. it had to go on the playlist the gods demanded it.
- Will We Talk? By Sam Fender: again just the idea of them finally saying what they haven’t. I can also see an au where they meet as a one night stand (which is what the song is about).
- Would That I by Hozier: the edits Plus the image of a willow tree in the first verse made me associate it. Also so bloody romantic.
- Sleep on the Floor by the Lumineers: the idea of running away together feels very Kit trying to convince Jade to go with her in episode 1.
- Pretty Firl by Clairo: you thought I was done with the Clairo songs? Think again. It’s Jade willing to wear a dress and become a “pretty girl” to support Kit.
- Croses by José González: this is a kit song. Her talking about her trauma and the “well cast sunlight and you’ll be alright” is Jade.
- the colour violet by Tory Lanez: this one is vibes alone and because there were so many edits of this song.
- Start a Riot by Banners: this song is just what they’d both to for each other very much the sentiment of “when you love someone you jump off the edge of the world to get to them” and it FITS SO WELL.
- Gajendra by Willow and Jahnavi Harrison: again the Willow association felt right. And the vibes of “I depend on you alone” is so tanthamore.
- Bad Idea by Girl in Red: it’s so sapphic panic and “oh fuck we have feelings we need to address” because of this it goes on every playlist.
- Sound and Colour by Alabama Shakes: the song gives me jade vibes and it’s honestly vibes alone but I don’t care.
- I’ll Call You Mine by Girl in Red: it’s so GAY and so ROMANTIC and it’s one of the first songs I thought of when I made this playlist and then I saw an edit immediately after and I just about died.
- Cosmic Love By Florence and the Machine: Florence only writes character songs so this is my obligatory contribution to this playlist. Song has fantasy vibes and has the same dramatic vibes as the banners song.
- Morning Dove by Genevieve Stokes: this one’s all vibes and because the dove had a vague association but it’s a good ass song.
- Like Real People Do by Hozier: cmon this is probably the most romantic song ever written. It’s very kit finally kissing Jade to me because “I will not ask you where you came from.. just put your sweet lips on my lips, we should just kiss like real people do.”
- Homecoming Heroes by the Head and the Heart: this is so Kit and jade imaging having adventures in the world together. It’s such a cute image.
- Love Ain’t Enough by the Barr Brothers: this is so Kit at the end admitting love is the most powerful thing in the universe (specifically her love for jade).
- Falming Hot Cheetos by Clairo: “I wanna be the one you think about at night, I wanna be the one that you would put up a fight for” LIKE THAT IS SO JADE!! I can’t even it fits so good.

Soldier Poet King SBI
I was sitting in bed, probably with my cat, watching I wanna say a birthday celebration stream with Karl, Foolish, Tina, and Brooke one year ago tonight. I was laughing and stimming and getting some screenshots, it was great, then a notification popped up. "Technoblade uploaded a video."
I quietly but audibly apologized for having to leave because he never uploads, even if the title did make me a little confused and nervous.
I thought it was a joke until about halfway through the letter. I kept saying "wait." I took it off full screen and refreshed the comments, saw curses and apologies and condolences, then refreshed again just in case. I heard "because I love you guys" and I couldn't hear anything anymore.
I cried so hard I felt sick. I couldn't catch my breath. I could see my iPad on the bed in front of me still playing the video but I wasn't watching or listening.
I have several stuffed animals, and I've just never named them or associated them with anything, with all but three. A septiceye from Jack's merch, a grey sheep named Friend, and a pink and white Squishmallow rabbit that makes me thinks of Origins. I don't really remember anything from that night after except holding that rabbit.
Grief is such a weird thing. There are so many good moments where I laugh until my stomach hurts. But there's also moments where I just emotionally and sometimes physically freeze. Watching videos, stims I've picked up from or because of him, seeing fanart.
It's beautiful and it's weird, that there will continue to be things, not directly from him, but about him, and I feel honored that these things happened at all, before and still.
I didn't think that would be so long, sorry about that, but thank you for letting me write it, and sorry if it made you emotional in any way, but thank you for reading it.
See you later, Techno, we miss and love you so much, we'll be alright, I hope you're resting easy out there.

I mean a couple curses cause Tommy's in it if you care but no other warnings
The dull creak of wooden porch breathing then settling as the rocking chair I sat on lulled above it. A soft medley of chirps and trills from a variety of birds in the surrounding trees, an array of stark browns and calming greens, or high above in the sea of cerulean and cornflower with candy floss dots of porcelain. The occasional mumble or soft grunt of moo's from fenced in landscape. The gentle rush and subtle scent of a nearby stream. My personal symphony.
The sound of metal against metal brought me back.
"What the fuck, man, can't let me have one win, can you?"
"Afraid not."
"Come on, dude, I'm trying."
"Get better."
"What do you think I'm doing!"
"Not being better."
"Wiiiiiiiiiiiil!"
Wilbur was sitting under a tree and started playing his guitar louder as a response.
I saw Tommy move to tackle the older in my peripherals, but Techno moved to the side, before pinning his opponent to the earth with his slightly dull blade, blonde curls bouncing slightly as they peeked from beneath his helmet as he landed, the victor's own a color not unlike bubblegum or strawberry ice cream in wisps beneath his own, slightly unkept from the activities.
"Alright, settle down, be nice." I said in the direction of those dueling, rocking chair creaking slightly from the pressure of standing up, moving in the direction of gentle guitar strums.
"Come over here with Wil and I, I have something to show you."
"Whatcha got there, Dadza?" Asked Tommy, head tilting forward in question towards the slightly fraying book.
"Come over and find out, mate." I pat the ground at either side as a gesture to join.
Tommy sat at one end next to Wilbur, who promptly pulled him into a side cuddle, Techno sat at my other side, a bit more reserved on affection, but leaning in a tad to see the book in my hands, the cover read "making memories."
I opened to the first page, which held a photo of a small boy, hair mostly straight and dusty brown, about ten years before becoming the color it is now, he was holding a sword someone helped make out of cardboard, making a face as intimidating as a toddler could manage.
"Look at the little Technoblade!" Wilbur cooed in a higher octave. Techno began to curl into himself and his face slowly deepened in a shade of embarrassment.
"None of that, mate, because you see, that weapon of cardboard would become one of metal in a short matter of years, he would become a soldier in a sense, protecting the ones he holds closest to his chest, verbally and physically, a hero in and out of his home."
He adjusted himself to sit straighter, and brushed the pieces of hair from the front of his face, a whisper of a smile found itself on his features as I turned the page.
A boy, with a pile of muddy colored curls, mostly brushed to his right side, and wire rimmed glasses just on the side of being too big, smiled with closed lips and shining dimples.
"Wilby!"
Tommy stated brightly, Wilbur brought him into a closer cuddle.
"Right you are, and those glasses would soon come to fit him, and he would really start to find his voice, metaphorically, not long after this was taken if I'm correct. His already strong and bright imagination would scream and run and paint the world. He will be a poet, a musician, a singer, the list keeps growing, he knew then and knows still how to slay one with his tongue, an artist from the day he entered this earthside."
He adjusted the same shape of glasses he's grown attached to since the start that sit on his face, and brushed slender fingers along the neck of his instrument lightly, I turned the page again.
A boy, a mop of curly hair like sunshine and dandelions, blooms of freckles on his nose and cheekbones, a smile so bright and brilliant it reached the corners of his eyes, a gap indicating a missing tooth on display.
"You were so proud, runt." Techno stated. Wilbur reached to ruffle the still unruly curls of the boy the conversation surrounded.
"Course I was, bitch, now I've got these bad boys." He grinned and pointed to the tracks of metal across both rows of teeth.
"Give it time, Toms, you'll be rid of those in due time. This kid with hair like gold and gaps in his teeth will become a ruler, a glue of sorts to those who have the honor of becoming close with him, his spirit as bright as the sun and energy magnetic, can only continue to grow and roam wild and free."
Sun glistening off braces as he smiled, eyes just as crinkled as in the photo, blossoming freckles just as apparent.
"You heard the man, kid's a ruler, think that means he deserves a crown, now if you'd be so kind as to show me where it is, Technoblade."
"Not a chance, Theseus."
"What about you then, Phil?"
"What about me, mate?"
"We all got these names and stories, what about you, why didn't you get anything?"
Wilbur questioned, his head almost touching my shoulder to admire the pages of the book in my lap, eyes sparkling with wonder and curiosity.
Time stalled in that moment, the three surrounding me having seemingly gone back in time as we huddled together and reminisced. To the days where hair looked a little different, where faces were a little chubbier, where voices were a little higher, where bodies weren't taller than my own.
"I'm more than alright being the narrator and the reader of your own stories."
We continued to flip through the album, commenting on the majority, laughter joined part in the symphony.

Some sketches of my FNAF x Genshin AU !
First of all, here’s a quick thing representing Tartaglia, Hu Tao and Zhongli ! I already talked about Nutty, who’s Hu Tao FNAF Version, and I quickly talked about Zhongli counterpart, but not Tartaglia’s. In the Alternate Universe they are called Goldy The Dragon and… Hem, Childe.
I know I’m not original for Tarta’s FNAF name BUT HEAR ME OUT! I kept Tartaglia’s Harbinger title because in that AU, the playable Fatui Harbingers were animatronics from a different organization ("Fools Dell Arte Inc.") as the principal ("Heavenly Teyvat Cie."), so they had other names. When they were bought by HTCie, they changed names because the Company didn’t have the rights to keep their original names.
Anyway, the art is inspired by the famous song Soldier, Poet and King by the Oh Hellos.
Next we have…
…The Obselet Gang ! Aka the animatronics unused by the company, they are stocked in the underground stockage room, waiting to be put in pieces or being used as test subjects by the technicians. Therefore they can not have any contact with the public, and can’t leave their room until the night.
So we have Childe (The come back!), Scarlet the Xiezhi (=Yanfei), Tengu (=Sara) and Balladeer (=Wanderer/Scaramouche) !
I’m not really sure about them, I think I might had more characters to the Obselets, but those are the first ones :D
And last sketch, representing Scarlet and Balladeer. Scarlet was previously part of the security team of the Complex, her job was to teach the rules to the customers at the entry of the place. Until she was transferred to the Obselets because she kept defending the kids using loopholes in the terms of service/regulations of the company. She always critized the ‘unfair’ punishments parents gave, so they complained and then she was replaced by another animatronic, which led to her being thrown away. (That’s why Balladeer says she was thrown in a dumpster, metaphorically)
I absolutely know nothing about terms of service of restaurant, or about anything rules related stuff, so what she says might be weird. Don’t pay attention to that, you get the idea-

finch is the heir to the throne that ran away just before his father was killed by his belligerent uncle, albert is a (fairly newly) knighted soldier that fled the castle after the assassination of his king, and race is a low born poet with such eloquent writing skills he managed to land himself a seat at the previous king’s table. race and al escaped together, and once they manage to collect themselves, their mission is to find the prince, take back the castle, and save the kingdom. whether or not they’ll be able to is up to fate <3

“Seemingly Incurable Sadness” Playlist
A playlist made for @zablife ‘s Playlist Exchange Event, for a fic very close to my heart. If you’re a fellow Alfie girlie, it’s a must-read!
The story follows Reader trapped between desire and duty, which as you know is an excellent premise in itself for Alfie to waltz in and add his own flavour of madness to the pot.
A Reluctant Hero by Bernard Herrmann
You’d just arrived in Camden feeling tired and ready for a drink. Unable to go any further, you settled for the first pub you saw, a run-down little place called The Rum House.
Personally, I adore musical scores and have my own extensive playlist collections that I use for writing. I treat my stories like mini-movies so please don’t judge when I say that this theme from “Taxi Driver” sets the mood like no other. This is the moment our heroine enters Alfie’s world… And let's be honest, the man's a reluctant hero if there ever was one.
Soldier, Poet, King by The Oh Hellos
“If you had ordered whisky, I’d know you was here for business," he said matter of factly. Continuing with a bit of hesitation he added, "Had it been rum...Well, rum’s for fun and fuckin’, innit?" he said, a blush creeping into his cheeks. "So if you ain’t here to do either of those, what are you here for, treacle?”
This song makes me feel a certain kind of way and while the first part of the fic is quite melancholic, I do feel like the mood changes drastically as soon as Alfie and Reader start talking. As we know, he has a true way with words and I think the song embodies that certain level of audacity Alfie has that we all know and love.
Don't Fear the Reaper by Blue Oyster Cult
“You’re Alfie Solomons,” you stated, making the connection between the man behind the bar and the discontinued rum label that had gone out of business five years ago. Tommy had a hand in ending this man's career with his usual tactics. (...) All kinds of rumours swirled around London, but no one knew where he had vanished to after the collapse of his company or if he was even alive.
This song is as wild and mysterious as the story of what happened to one Alfie Solomons. It sets the mood perfectly, especially with the fight that happens right after Reader realises who she has been talking to.
Good Intentions by Robert Ellis
“Now I didn’t say that. Didn’t run off and join the circus, did I?” he said gesturing around his bar. “Just took a step back and become a respectable member of the community’s all. Stopped troubling myself with shit that don't matter.”
I feel like, despite the title, this song is the opposite of good intentions, but such is the beauty of an unreliable narrator. All sorts of decisions will be made; by the time Reader finishes her drink and her phone rings, Alfie makes a decision of his own. I love this fic with all my heart and the chaos that follows these two all the way to part 2...

As I’m listening to Soldier, Poet,King by The Oh Hellos, I just thought of this.
Terra: Soldier,
He was obsessed with power through battle causing him to be lead astray, almost plunging the world of sleeping beauty in darkness after helping Maleficent in taking Aurora’s heart (even if he was controlled).
Him being norted also lead to the fall of Radiant garden. “He will tear your city down”.
Ventus: Poet,
While he is a kid and doesn’t do monologues (talking with Vanitas doesn’t count as monologuing). Damn can his words hurt !
We all remember his answer to Vanitas about having friends (“at least I have some”) which I wouldn’t have taken well. But when he gets angry at Aqua because she follows what Eraqus ordered her to do, not only does he say “You’re awful, Aqua.” But he also says “Now that you’ve become a keyblade master, you’ve let it go to your head”.
And if Aqua’s clutching of the wayfinder doesn’t prove how much that hurt.
Imagine that you are trying to be responsible only to be lectured,feel awful about tailing one of your friends but also being seemingly hated and abandoned by the other one in less than a minute. Ow.
Aqua: Ruler,
The only one of the three to obtain the title of Keyblade Master.
Due to that Eraqus dumps a load of new responsibility onto her such as watching over Terra, dragging Ventus back to the land of departure only to delay the inevitable.
Even in the realm of darkness she sacrifices her freedom for Mickey and Riku saying it’s her duty as Keyblade Master.
She even tries to protect Ansem The Wise from Ansem SOD despite no longer having a Keyblade leading her to fall.
So here are my new head-canons for this song.

So I (M17) was reading over the yearly letter my best friend (M17) sends me before heading off on his own for the Winter. I had just been on a grand expedition myself just the Winter prior, and this time I was feeling particularly… yearny…. I don’t know. Anyway, so I packed up my boots and just a few commodities in my backpack and set off the the dangerous mountain scape that seals off my hometown from most of society. I traveled for days, so much so icicles formed on my face. By the time I finally scaled these thousand meter rocks I found the place my friend hermits during the season. It was a real cozy cave, and he had a fire going. Boy was he surprised to see me haha. So anyway he let me make myself at home and all was well but just as I thought we were getting to be comfortable together like we usually are in the Spring, he started to get all mad at me!! He pushed me away and thought we were better off apart :( Gods, I know he’s right, it was his personal time and I invaded it, even if I did miss him. But I’m a stubborn bastard so I went and found my own cave and started a fire (very cleverly) without him. But I may have gotten a little frustrated with the process (what are you supposed to do with dried beans?!!) and he came to save me, even though we were supposed to be fighting. But then!!!! He fell!!! That beautiful son of a bitch nearly became a snowball. Luckily he found a ledge, and I tried to find a rope to save him but got stuck too, whoops! 😅 but then we had a heart to heart in this blizzard… he told me he missed me too. Maybe it’s silly but at that moment my heart was hattifattener seeds and he was the moon. I really did think he was going to confess his love then—but my mom saved us from the cliff in the end, and I went home. I don’t know. Looking back I feel like such an asshole. I know the Winter is the time we need apart. And I intruded on the place he goes to be just himself. I just missed him, I dunno. AITA?
Edit: I got another letter from him. Delivered by some squirrel, isn’t that funny? He told me to meet him up there again. We saw the Northern Lights. They were beautiful.
