The Justice League have a problem, one that needs some level of knowledge and expertise of a being from the Infinite Realms to give them a better chance of actually solving this problem.

However.

Every ghost they have summoned, without fail, took one look at Constantine. Squinted (yes, squinted). Then decided to go back to where they came without a word.

This. Would have been useful, nice even. If it was a situation where they needed the summoned being of a cult to head back to where they came without a fight.

But alas, that is not what is happening.

The Justice League, obviously, ask him why the ghosts keep fleeing back to their Realm at the sight of him, but Constantine can't answer because he genuinely has no idea why they keep leaving when getting a proper look at him.

So they keep trying and they do find some success in it. They summoned a boy, most likely older than he physically looks yet it still puts some of them off because of, well.

You know.

A boy with white hair and toxic green eyes. The boy stops short, as if not expecting to be randomly transported to somewhere else, takes a look around the room, then the Justice League. His eyes settle on one person.

Constantine, in particular.

He squints (Why do all of them squint? Nobody knows) and then a sudden looking of realization passes on his face. Different from the looks of vague fear and genuinely want to not involve themselves any further, his face held slight disgust and a heavy amount of disappointment.

Thankfully, he didn't leave immediately after that.

Constantine asks what's with the look on the ghost boy's face, the ghost boy in question squints even further. Stares at Constantine for a moment or two, buries his face in his hands and brings his knees to his hand and groans out.

"He could've done so much better."

All tho he likes to move his hips and hand at the same time becoming perfectly in sync. (but he's not as violent to his hand as hesh is with his) he's whimper/whisperer all tho if he's REALLY feeling himself it can get a bit loud but he tones it down pretty quick.

bc i love this fucking show and they're so silly. it's like shadowsan taking care of 4 children (theyre all grown ups) and its so funny. I don't think there's a picture of the 5 of them together since player usually talks through his phone without leaving his house so i had to look up the pngs and make one myself with their canon heights.

Ghosts:

The Ghosts have been living (well, not living, cause they're dead) together in this house for varying times. Then boom. New person. Who is alive and can see them moves in (and her husband. Who can't. But tries his best to communicate anyways). They just hang out together. They have little storytime nights.

It was weird why do people always fall for someone worse then them. Yes I have always fallen for psykos but that was just when I was watching series because come on you can't blame me when Even Peters plays the bad guy. But that was what I tought and it was so wrong.

Keegan stays quite then puts the plate down. He goes to you "I'm not gonna hurt you no never, I just want to keep you for myself and for myself only so you have to stay in here until you understand that"

CBS Ghosts - Pilot - Baby Ghost Teasing for Trevor

The second scene we see of the ghosts is Trevor telling some story about his party days. It’s quite the change from the solumn Trevor we see in the first scene. It’s interesting to see the difference between his first and second scene - it’s also interesting to see the responses to Trevor’s story over the plan for Thor’s Cod Lecture.

The other ghosts seem invested in Trevor’s story - even if it’s to heckle him (like Hetty asking about Tara Reid, Alberta asking if it was silent or talking, Isaac asking about a movie again, and Sass asking about projection). Given how bored they are and that Trevor “has been through this” & how quickly they adapt to TV and movies later on. They interrupt just to make it fun. It’s almost like they’re teasing him just because he’s the baby ghost.

We see similar instances of this later on - when they heckle him about spying on livings in “Spies” but then turn around and watch Trevor’s parents in “Trevor’s Body”. We also see that even Thor who constantly says “landship” knows what a car is, but does it just to annoy Alberta & Sass.

This is why the second scene is extra hilarious knowing that they’re just trying to drive him crazy. It’s especially funny because he kind of acts like the baby - he’s used to the teasing and sighs heavily when he sits down, but he doesn’t let it affect him. I think the reason I like this so much is because I get it - I’m the youngest of Five, I have a slew of nieces/nephews and now great nieces/nephews and I’m always the one being picked on - so it’s funny to see the found family dynamic with Thor as the oldest and Trevor as the baby ghost.

I love it. Side note - I totally love that he’s acting out what a movie is. And that Sass and Alberta are together thinking “god not cod!” (Especially after the scene in Isaac’s Book).

Also, because I’m ALWAYS thinking about HMoney, I enjoy the fact that he’s mentioned Tara Reid multiple times before this first scene (He said they’ve been through this) and yet, she does it, again, in Trevor’s Body because she wants his attention. Which may or may not have to do his sadness with regards to the opening scene with Sophie and/or because she’s a bit attached to him or likes him. I still have some idea that the groundwork for HMoney was always there.

Side Note - anyone find it funny that Pete’s in charge despite being the 2nd youngest ghost?

Character Profiles: The Ghosts

ISBELL CHORBORNE

The creator and leader of the Ghost Broadcast, who takes her responsibilities deadly seriously. Outwardly, her demeanour is welcoming and lively, but this hides a crippling fear of failing to meet her goals and letting down the people she loves. She can go from friendly to threatening in a single breath, and is often reckless in her anger.

MAERYN CHORBORNE

A mechanical expert, sensitive and thoughtful, and as dutiful as her twin sister in her own way. She is very wary about the amount of power Isbell wields, and often reminds her to use it in the most responsible way possible. Quietly, she envies Isbell’s sense of conviction about finding the right path of action. When it comes to resistance, she prefers methods that protect the people around her.

JAK MORCANT

The second child of an influential family, from whom they are largely estranged. Jak is decisive and quick thinking, and impatient to make change happen as soon as possible. They don't tend to trust people's motives very easily, but they care very deeply about improving the lives of the people in their community, and are particularly enraged by anyone they consider to be callous or dishonest.

ROSANA BRIDPORT

A local barmaid who doesn't often talk about her past. Whilst she is charming and witty in public, she only ever truly relaxes amongst her friends, with whom she is much more blunt and decisive. Her plans tend to work more effectively in the long term, and she sees no problem with manipulating strangers to get what she wants, although she would never do that to someone she cared about.

HARLON CARVER

A streetcar driver , and the childhood friend of Isbell and Maeryn. Although he is the only Ghost with no special ability, his level-headedness and ability to think quickly in an emergency have proved to be crucial to the group's operations. His involvement with them has more to do with a desire for inclusion than any strong feelings regarding social change.

KISA CAPROOT

The group's medic, who is also kept busy raising his sister's child. Kisa has a methodical approach to problems which does not always allow him to cope quickly in a crisis, but his caring, patient nature and calming influence on the group are a great reassurance to his friends. Keeping the people he loves safe will always be his first priority.

EVALI RAVELL

As one of the guards for the local council, Evali is in a permanent state of alert, and reluctant to let any little detail slip past her. This makes her highly effective in planning tactics for the Ghosts, but she is stubbon and does not tend to give up easily on a plan, even if it puts others at risk. If she does hurt anyone she cares about, though, she is always quick to make amends.

Perhaps it isn't something you force yourself to, a battle that you fight in your mind, but something that comes when you stop fighting, when you admit that you can't manage it alone.
