DP x DC Prompt that struck my brain in a funny way #11
Danny hates Clockwork. He so wants to punch that time ghost into a puddle for making him deal with this.
There’s this boy, Bruce Wayne, very recently orphaned. It’s sometime in the later half of the 19th century. Clockwork wants Danny to “keep an eye on him but don’t let him know the truth,” but for how long and for what purpose, Danny isn’t sure.
As Phantom, he appears to the boy sobbing in bedroom. Thanks to Clockwork, Danny looks likes he’s a poor Victorian boy as Phantom, making him seem like an older ghost than he actually is. And his human form unfortunately matches.
Danny calls himself the Spirit of Wayne Manor, and says that he’s going to protect Bruce(with the help of Alfred ofc) now that his parents are gone.
Danny was not expecting that less than 20 years later this kid would become a superhero called Batman. And that he would be stuck in this time for almost 20 years. But he’s going to help Bruce with being this Dark Knight, whatever means necessary. He is a ghost after all, and in almost 20 years he’s much more powerful than Vlad ever was.
And Danny needs to get this man some friends because Ancients be damned he doesn’t want Bruce’s only friend to be a ghost.

As someone who gets horny for world building, I was trying to figure out where all the dratchrod babies go
Instead, my mind jumped to an au where the majority of cybertronians are infertile (from war injuries or smth) but due to some shenanigans the crew of the Lost Light got magically healed and they're all volunteering (or being voluntold) to get pregnant to give the rest of cybertron babies
lost light as a breeding facility drives me crazy. do they have a baby quota to fill?.... tbh i do have many and varying headcanons about cybertronian parenting, but since i am first and foremost a strict feral sparklings truther, i would imagine the dratchrod babies are indeed brought to cybertron, since, well, most cybertronians dont know how to raise three litters of dozen feral babies, anyways. i dont think any of it is planned, the lost light just starts sending babies to cybertron and they had to be like Okay well we’ll do something with these.
#valveplug#i do have a little bit of a darker hc that cybertronians are not involved parents whatsoever. not for the first years of the babies’ life#so cybertronian litters are born very large to account for the fact that most of them die in the first centuries of their development#they wander around and et eaten by wild mechanimals. they get eaten by their own siblings. get stuck and die#its not uncommon for either of the parents to crush a sparkling or two while walking or if one wanters into the bed#maybe if a carrier gets very stressed they might just... gulp down a baby...#in a litter of ten to twenty babies only one or two survive long enough to start developing higher brain functions#and this is where the parents start getting involved#here you go. thats my headcanon dump. its not very horny. but you can get creative#dratchrod mechpreg saga

actually I need bsd to introduce Niccolò Machiavelli and Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. and to give them a sibling or parent/child dynamic.
But most importantly I’d need them to have matching abilities. Let The Prince and The Little Prince be an inverse of each other.

#hsr#honkai star rail#hsr 2.2#hsr spoilers#hsr leaks#the body of this post reads as far less enthusiastic than i really am#i just don’t know how to casually return from my latest 2 week hiatus only to gush abt a game i’ve hardly blogged abt before#but i’m not making a whole ass sideblog for it like i did for Genshin. nah y’all r gonna bear witness to my fixation with this one#so anyways don’t mind me. vibrating into another dimension with anticipation for the next 11 days#it’s insane man. a year ago i Never ever woulda thought i’d be so invested in this game. and it took Months for the game to really grab me#but i’m v glad i kept coming back even when i was struggling to really get into it. like i just had this feeling that if i stuck around and#gave the game a chance to really like. come into its stride. i just always felt like there was Something there and i just hadn’t found it#and holy shit i finally found it in Penacony. the devs really truly outdid themselves with this region and these characters and this story#not to discount everything that’s happened prior. like i was genuinely Liking it all before now but i wasn’t Loving it y’know#but that may be more a ‘me having to fight tooth n’ nail to force myself to consume new media’ thing than it is a matter of the actual game#anyways i came here to talk abt the program! bc since i’m not filming my HSR stuff i’m gonna be insufferable abt it on Tumblr instead ! :)#and i’m probably not filming any more Genshin stuff. or anything else at all for that matter but let’s not talk abt that dead dream#pun not intended lmao.
