Phone UI

This mod changes the icons of the Phone UI to make them more recognizable. There are five options available: Icons, Text, Initials, Icons & Text or EA ONLY DOWNLOAD ONE!

All icons from other mods have been moved to the second page of the phone, so now all EA's tabs are on the first page. (xosdr_PhoneUI_EA keeps the EA icons but moves it all to the first page on the phone).

You'll only have to install one of files in the Phone Icons, but if you also want Deliveries to be moved to Shopping, and Sit on Skill class to be moved to Travel you can install xosdr_PhoneUI

2 New Random Small Mods

Now available for everyone

Neat Sims Less Obsessed With Cleaning Neat Sims will clean Objects autonomously only when those are indeed dirty. This should stop Neat Sims getting in a loop of cleaning the same Object as well.

Puddles Mopping Tweaks Sims will mop Puddles autonomously only when those are inside (have a Roof above them) and are not on natural ground. Vomit Puddles will still be mopped everywhere though.

Buy Cakes Via Computer

I don't know about you, but nothing annoys me more than when you bake a cake for a sims birthday and someone takes a slice out of it and you have to bake it again. 🤪

This mod allows you to order a cake from the computer and it will get placed directly into your inventory, so useful!

I am very proud of this, it is my first mod that I have made from scratch and I am so happy with how it turned out! I hope you find this as useful as I do!! :)

Canning: All Jars to Inventory & Bug Fix

While my little witch was visiting her parents in Henford on Bangley I realized how annoying it is when sims are canning and leave jars of jam and conserves on every possible surface instead of adding them to inventory. Well, not any more!

Sims will now add the resulting jars to your inventory instead of leaving them all over your cozy cottage.

I also noticed that canning oversized mushrooms Off-the-Grid is bugged and sims are not able to finish the cooking. This mod also fixes that bug.

This should work also for any custom recipe as long as it follows the standard cooking sequence. If you find custom recipes that still do not add the jars to inventory let me know and I can add support for those.

Do not worry, I am still polishing my next magic mod, but I could not help fixing this because it was really annoying me 😅. I made it for personal use but I hope some of you find it useful.

I will be expanding this in the future with more improvements.

COMPATIBILITY:

This mod could conflict with other mods that overwrites the tuning files for some of the canning recipes (chocolate syrup, oversized mushrooms, lettuce and watermelon conserves, mayonnaise and custard). This is because I had to slightly modify the animation sequence. Otherwise it should be compatible with any other mod, including mods that modify any of the other canning recipes or mods that modify the named recipes by scripting instead of tuning overwriting.

INSTALLATION:

Download the mod and add the file to your mods folder. If you are updating remove the old file and put the new one in your mods folder.

Base Game

Cooking Channel Skills

In an unmodded game, Sims only learn Homestyle Cooking from the Cooking Channel. This mod enables them to learn Gourmet Cooking and Baking while watching.

Get To Work

Clean Displays

The display shelves that come with Get To Work can only be cleaned by retail workers. This mod removes the retail worker requirement and allows all Sims to to clean.

High School Years

Immediate Locker Deco

In an unmodded game, Sims not only have to walk up to change locker decorations, but they also can only change their own locker. This mod removes the ownership requirement and makes it an immediate interaction.

Jungle Adventures

Don't Waste Food

In an unmodded game, Sims with insufficent Selvadoradian Culture skill will stop eating Jungle dishes. This stops that by making it so that sims won't recieve the "Overwhelming Flavor" buff responsible for this. The buff still exists in-game, but won't be available without cheats.

Installation Intructions

Unzip the file and drop the folder into your Mods folder. REMOVE any packages that require packs that you do not have.

This mod removes the cc Icon in CAS, Build Mode and on the Gallery.

I recommend this mod if you use the Thrift Store Overhaul mod. This is because in the Thrift Store Overhaul mod I change the tags on every single clothing item from EA and because the item is edited it will show the cc icon even though the clothes are still from EA.

No Microphone required in Lounge

This small mod removes the requirement for a microphone in Lounge lots. It always annoys me when for example i want to make a nice place with music that i MUST put a microphone somewhere. The mod allows you to place a microphone if so you desire, and a comedian will then spawn normally, but it will not be mandatory. Install this and you will be able to enjoy a nice evening at your favorite lounge without someone babbling in the microphone.

So @somerandomdudelmao made a version of their sona in a dystopia (inspired by @tapakah0 doing the same to theirs) and the person in this ask named the robot C.A.S.5 and I thought, ‘well then there’s at least four other C.A.S. units out and about in the world’ leading to this being the end result! It was a lot of fun to come up with the different customizations each C.A.S. unit has.

also, the design for C.A.S.4 (Cash) was partially inspired by @mobiitez post.
