I finished up my solarpunk pearl design!!! I had a lot of fun with it tihi
Have som nerdy info:
So all her tech is powered by solar panels, she charges her batteries throughout the day and changes them whenever she needs.
The tech in her boots and elytra is some form of hover tech, i got a suggestion from the discord that it could be balls of air like from avatar! And i find that idea really cool. Whatever it is it gives her the ability to fly.
When she isnt using her elytra she hovers over the ground because her boots are always on, she can fly very small distances with the boots but she needs the elytra for long distance trips.
The “headphones” on her head have radio technology that let her communicate over long distances and they can create a visor that analyse the environment around her.
The screens on her arm bracers help control her farms, watering, planting, harvesting ex.
Oh and Im planning on finishing up a sketch of her in a slightly modified postal pearl outfit! :D

Ah yes the sun is shining, the birds are singing, and the hermits are watching Doc and Scar team up to make some sorta machine…wait what. Obviously there’s something strange going on for one it’s barely been a few weeks since the Perimeter incident and its a little obvious why there would be concerns overall with the two teaming up. One being Doc’s talent of bending reality to his will in ways that shouldn’t be mortally possible and two being Scar being an absolute wildcard for better or worse especially with how unhinged he can be during the life series.
So pardon if the rest of the hermits are a tad skeptical when the two star making some sorta machine in the shape of a giant sunflower with Pearl sitting in a chamber minding her own business eating snacks. Which granted not what she expected to do with her day but who’s gonna deny free snacks! So when the machine gets turned on and suddenly it goes from a nice chilly winter day to FULL BLOWN SUMMER in less then two seconds…the hermits have some questions they need answers to damnit!

What's funny, of course, is that Scar did this knowing it would set off his allergies. He wanted to do something good for the hermits, and who doesn't like pretty flowers? As long as they aren't covering his super secret military base, of course.
Honestly, it's nice to see Scar and Doc on the same side again. And the hermits get to enjoy the greenery! There's still a bit of a chill in the air, but it's nicer than overwhelming heat. They'd find it harder to cuddle Scar and Doc (and Pearl too) in thanks.
