I was on trial for something normal like shoplifting in a small claims court, but then I got randomly accused of being a spy because I was also Nathan Hale, for some reason. Aagfhghfhhfhhhh our landlord is a such a pissy baby self-centered pathetic excuse of a person. He is being such a lil bitch about us acknowledging our rights and is acting like he’s being benevolent for being “lenient” about giving us til the end of July (when he originally requested by the end of the month) when we legally have 90 days, til early September. We are being so accommodating by acting immediately to get out ASAP (mainly cause we want this over with). But actually tho he loves one of my roommates and specifically hates me (and is neutral on other roommate) so we have realized the way to go is literally just have her be the only one to communicate with him. We met w him today to have him officially give us the termination notice and I asked him to fill out some additional information and he straight up said no and we had a mini stare down. Then we checked our rights and realized we do need that information and so we sent Erica over to get that written down and he was totally pleasant and filled out the info with no qualms when it was just Erica.
