My friends have seen me draw my Magia Record ocs before so I wanted to do something a little different this time. So even though I have no experience animating I did a short gartic phone transformation animation because honestly I've wanted to do a transformation for a long time.

Name: Usagi

Age: Unknown (Physically and mentally like 11)

Wish: To become a rabbit

Witch Name: Velveteen

Usagi remembers her wish, but that's about it. In fact, even her name, Usagi, is just something her friends decided to call her. Because of her wish, Usagi's "normal" form is that of a white rabbit (she wears her soul gem ring tied to a bow around her neck). In order to take on a human form, she has to transform into a magical girl. Despite how difficult her wish has made her life, Usagi keeps up her relentlessly positive attitude and bubbly personality. She acts as her team's moral support and mascot.

Also fun fact her friends were part of the Wings of Magius but she wasn't allowed because they couldn't figure out a way to keep her ears under the hood while still having her be able to hear :(

Theme Colors: Purple and Brown Stats: Dark 2 Star, ABBCC, Blast is ↔↕, Heal Type Weapon: Monster arm, dagger A Magical Girl who works alone in a town outside Kamihama. Works to balance magical girls duties with school and seeking approval from her distant uncle. Underneath her calm exterior, she deals with intense inner turmoil.

Middle: Shinon Umi Theme Colors: Blue and White Stats: Aqua 3 Star, Accele Gorilla, Blast is ↔, Balance Type Weapon: Anchor and Chain Former White Feather of the Wings of the Magius, who fled after being freed from the control of the Rumor of the Flower Speaker. Cold and Aloof, she keeps people at a distance.

Right: Akine Eiji Theme Colors: Red, Orange and Yellow Stats: Forest 2 Star, AABCC, Blast is ↕, Defense Type Weapon: Floating Lazers Magical Girl who travels around on her bike, exploring a world that she could so long not engage with. Cheery and Bright, she feels empowered by her new circumstances.

1. What Magia Record character would/could your OC be good friends with? Himena. We've both lost someone dear to us, and became Magical Girls as a result. And now, those people live on through us.

2. What Magia Record character would your OC HATE? Nagisa. For a great deal of time, I would hold resentment towards the Law of Cycles for not saving him, even though I know it wouldn’t have been possible.

3. How would your OC feel about the Kamihama Magia Union? Indifferent-positive

4. Would your OC have joined the Wings of Magius, given the chance? Why or why not? Probably not. I wouldn’t have been a Magical Girl back then.

5. What would the name of your OC’s Witch be? If they were outside Kamihama, what would be a sad story of how they could turn into a Witch? "They were all joking about it from the start... Even right after, they were saying things like "That wasn't so bad" or "Could've been worse"... Why did it have to be him?... Oh, Riot… Please, come back! Come back… RIOT!!!!!!"

SCARLETT The Witch of Dice, with a heartbroken nature. Looking to preserve the feeling that moved her so long ago, she casts the die again and again, but it never lands in her favor. Her fortune only turns under the weight of bitter memories and only the presence of her nonexistent lover can help her move toward the future.

6. How does your OC feel about Mirrors? Do they avoid it, go there to practice, or want to solve its mysteries– or do they have a different motivation? I'd like to see how well the Witch can copy me

7. How does your OC feel about Kyubey? Do they know the truth about where Witches come from? I feel like I understand Kyubey. I know what it's like to not understand why people feel the way they do. Sure, becoming a Witch is scary, but I wouldn't be upset by it.

8. Your OC just unleashed their Doppel! What sort of inner battle takes place? How do they overcome their inner darkness? "It feels... wrong, cheating canon like this. Like I'm only living in denial. But... you're here, and you're safe, instead of being the price that was paid for your player’s mental health when there didn't need to be one. And that's all that should matter to me. I love you, Riot~"

9. Kaede is inside a Witch’s barrier and needs saving! How does your OC help? …Or do they not help? I'd decide to help only because I was passing by.

10. It’s Chapter Ten, and the fight against Walpurgisnacht beings. What is your OC doing? I try to read the Witch's memories. I want to understand what drove her- or them- to despair.

Azrael, Angel of Wisdom, Twin sister of Magius

Cold, sharp and to the point, Azrael speaks when she has something to say, nothing more nothing less. However, she does care in her own ways about her comrades and sibling, made of snow rather than ice. She also leads a team of angels gathered from other hosts, and when not on missions, tutors new notelings on the ways of magic in Heaven.

She was one of the few Angels of Wisdom that returned to Heaven after searching for her master and mentors, and with little to report. She was also surprised to find that her brother had left Heaven in her absence, at first worried that he too had left to find her master, knowing her brother’s skills were rather weaker than her own, until receiving word that he had instead left to pursue his own research on Sanctuary, to which, once she is able to find him, she will have words about….many many words

i referenced Jimin from Mystic Messenger's hands just because Jimin has that pretentious air that Reavus gives off. Boy Those Hands Were Hard To Do.

Magius was my OC

The other one was pacing now, keeping us in sight but clearly agitated.

“I…,” I faltered. I didn’t know why. It never occurred to me what I had actually been doing, just caught in the moment and foolishly and blindly driven by curiosity.

“I don’t know.” A brow raised. Not careful at all. A low growl became a snarl as the other one marched forward again.

“You don’t know?! What kind of stupid answer is that?!” It lunged forward, cursing and snarling at me. Before I could even blink, my interrogator stood, rushing an arm to the chest of my would-be attacker and pushing it back. They began to argue again, and I found myself scooching back out of fear. The one on my right moved in front of me, weapon at the ready. The other two who had been discussing my fate rushed forward as well, wrapping their arms around the more aggressive one, pulling it away from my interrogator as it became more threatening. A sinking dread developed in me as I realized a full fight was likely to break out. Over a stupid answer. I was paralyzed. Time slowed as the aggressor lunged, breaking from the other two and claws extended. The other simply sidestepped and cuffed it upside the head before grabbing it by the collar of its armor and hauling them up so they were eye to eye. A few words were spoken, commanding, before silence fell over them as they glared at each other.

“You’re right, it’s a stupid answer.” The words tumbled out, finding their way out of the haze of my mind. “But I the best I have. I don’t know why I followed them, and I apologize if I frightened them. I was not thinking of my actions, or their consequences.” They were staring now. I bowed my head, regret and shame pressing upon me.

“I am sorry. This shouldn’t have happened.”

A sigh rang out, and I looked up as they separated, their ‘leader’ as I now have figured it to be, rubbed the back of its neck before gesturing to the others to huddle once more. They kept their voices low this time, the formally aggressive one glancing back to me once and awhile. I shuffled, finding my bonds now uncomfortable and jarring. Finally, they broke once more, my interrogator walking over with a rope in its hands, securing it to my bonds before hauling me up. I stared, unsure of what this meant.

“We’re taking you with us to our next checkpoint. We will be able to determine a better course then.” It dipped its head. “My own apologies, usually it doesn’t happen this way. But unfortunately, this may be a special circumstance.” I nodded, still unsure of what to do, but finding myself better off than dead was more appealing than anything else at the moment. They fell back into formation, my protector leading me by the rope as the leader fell behind us. Some part of me buzzed, feeling that this is perhaps leading to a path that was better than wandering day-to-day, narrowly escaping death.

Magitober days 4 through 9! Where’s Day 3, you ask? 

I didn’t feel like drawing a witch and was panicking over it so I skipped it. Sorry, folks.

Anyways! For Day 4, we have a light unit, so I picked Riko. For Day 5, the prompt was ‘Wings of the Magius’, but I didn’t remember that the Magius weren’t quite in the same category as the Wings until I was halfway drawing Nemu up there, so you get whatcha get. Day 6 asked for an Attack type unit, so I picked Kanoko, because that sewing needle/rapier is cool and I’ve never drawn her. 

Day 7 was an OC, so I drew my(?) kid Daisuke. However, I’d redesigned his uniform since the last time I posted art of him, it’s still the same character. Day 8 was Mokyu, who I discovered I can’t draw. At all. And Day 9 was a Dark unit, so I picked Mifuyu, since she’s been a main player on my Kimochi team as well as a major help getting through the last event. 

Yeah I know the dates are way off -- I drew the last three today, on the 13th. I’ve been stressy depressy busy. I’ll probably keep posting my completed prompts in blocks like this, until I’m caught up again.
