Dropout Does Nerdy Prudes Must Die

I am a massive Dropout and Team Starkid fan (if the latter isn't obvious enough from looking at my reblogs) and I feel like there's a lot of overlap between the fandoms. My criteria for being considered a "Dropout Person" is anyone who has appeared on a Dropout show at least once, excluding guest appearances (so for example, Monet X Change counts because she's been on one season of D20 and an episode of Um, Actually, but Laganja Estranja doesn't count because she was only a guest on one of the Legally Not Survivor episode of Game Changer)

I will be trying to factor in voice types where I can, but there will be some instances where I just assume the person can sing the part, because I don't know if the person can sing or not. Also, I will be casting each of the individual parts, I know the actors in the OG cast play multiple parts, but there are so many talented people in the Dropout roster that I can cast each part individually.

Max Jagerman: Grant O'Brien

I'll be honest, my main motivation for this one is that Grant looks a bit like Will Branner. He does play the heel really well, and I think he would do a great job playing Max, especially his more Freddy Kruger-esque quipping when he's dead.

Also, this is pretty niche, but in an old College Humour year-end video, where they all pick their favourite skits of the year (I think it was like 2018 or 2019?), Grant talks about how he thought it was really funny that in the Jocks and Nerds Both Think They're The Underdogs sketch, he was the closest thing the College Humour cast had to a jock, and this feels pretty similar to that.

Grace Chastity: Anna Garcia

She has a very unhinged "I am short and I will make that everyone else's problem" energy about her that you really need to play Grace. I think she would also do great with the physical comedy needed for the part.

Peter Spankoffski: Omar Najam

Awkward, nerdy guy who falls in love with the baddest bitch in the cast and would die for her. Am I describing Peter Spankoffski or Prince Andhera from A Court of Fey and Flowers? Also I want to hear Omar sing Cool as I Think I Am.

(This is a joke, love Binx but clearly Delloso De La Rue is the baddest bitch in A Court of Fey and Flowers)

Stephanie Lauter: Surena Marie

I don't have a real explanation for this one, this is vibes.

Richie Lipschitz: Ross Bryant

Watching Ross work his way through all the possible nerdy white guy rap options in Game Changer Karaoke cemented for him that he needs to play one of the nerds.

Ruth Flemming: Izzy Roland

A part that requires the performer to be deranged and horny? Call Izzy Roland!

Solomon Lauter: Brennan Lee Mulligan

Any Dimension 20 (or Critical Role: Exandria Unlimited) fan knows, Brennan is amazing at playing callous, cruel and manipulative characters, so Solomon Lauter is right in his wheelhouse.

Josh is so good at voices and playing weird characters, I would love to see his take on Wiggly.

Erika Ishii is absolutely unhinged, I had to cast them as one of the Lords in Black. They could honestly be any one of them, but I picked Blinky because the voice Lauren Lopez does reminds me of Erika.

Nibbly: Lisa Gilroy

This one is also just vibes, but the vibes are correct.

Tinky: Zac Oyama

I am the head of the Zac Oyama As Weird Little Guys fan club, and what is Tinky if not a weird little guy? (who is also a chaotic evil eldritch being)

I mainly just went off the vibes of the "What do you want Steph?" line, I think Mike would do well.

Detective Shapiro/Female Reporter in Hatchet town: Rashawn Nadine Scott

This is the only one I'm casting two parts, because they're both relatively small (and also I fully forgot that Bryce was not playing Detective Shapiro in Hatchet town until I checked the Genius page lol). Anyway, I think Rashawn would do great at acting as Detective Shapiro, but the main motivation behind this choice is that I want to hear her sing Bryce's part in Hatchet town. She would murder it as hard as Max murders nerdy prudes.

You need someone to chew scenery and throw props? Call Jacob Wysoki, he'll eat it up and go back for seconds

You felt excited when you replied to Wonwoo but that doubt was still there. "I honestly don't think there's anything for you to worry about. Just because he's an idol doesn't mean he's going to hurt you" Mari said reading your expression "Do you trust him?". You paused "it's not that I don't trust him...he's been nothing but nice to be it's more I don't know if I can trust him". "Okay that's basically the same thing but I think the main thing is your initial instinct. What is your gut telling you? What did you feel when you read that message where he asked you out?". You looked down "well I did get excited and blushed". Your friend smiled "then there's your answer, first instincts are always right". You sighed and hoped your friend was right...but then your phone lit up when Wonwoo replied and you couldn't stop yourself from smiling. For your second date, you went mini-golfing. Once again Wonwoo wore a hat that partially hid his face and this time you noticed him looking around a lot more than you did last time. There were no cameras though this time and you completed your two games with no problems. The opposite actually, you creamed Wonwoo beating him easily! "Maybe it's because you're too used to playing virtual games" you said teasing him "you need to go out into the real world a few times". Wonwoo smiled "is that so?". You nodded "yep! Can't live everything through a computer screen" and he nodded "I can see that" and glanced down at your linked hands. You blushed slightly and tried not to think about how cute Wonwoo's smile was.

You went to a bar around the corner for drinks and this time you booked it and managed to get a table right in the back where it was warmer and quieter because you were friends with the owner. "Y/n!" the owner said hugging you when he saw you and you smiled "Huan it's so good to see you!". "You too" he smiled "you look amazing! How's business?". "Pretty good I must admit, I'd ask how business is for you but considering the place is packed I can see for myself". Huan smiled and noticed Wonwoo. "Wonwoo this is Huan my friend from University and Huan this is Wonwoo, he's a performer". "Nice to meet you" Wonwoo said while Huan nodded "you too! Wow a performer, you must be really creative. What sort of things do you do?". Wonwoo paused and you began to panic feeling like you'd set this up. "Oh I do a little of everything, I sing, dance, rap, act...etc". Huan nodded sensing Wonwoo was being vague "nice, well your table is right this way and a waiter will be over soon to get you some drinks. On the house of course". You went to protest but your friend ran away before you could say no. You shook your head watching him before turning back to Wonwoo. "He seems nice, I didn't know you went to University" Wonwoo said and you smiled "because I didn't really. We were both just on a business owners course, it was only 8 weeks long and just happened to be run by the University". "So you did go to university then" Wonwoo smiled "you got a qualification and just because it's not a degree doesn't make it any more real" You paused "yeah I guess...you're right" you smiled "so Huan and I went to university together and became friends. We kept in touch and made sure to support each other's businesses. We offer joint loyalty cards and discounts at each other's stores if you buy something from us. That sort of thing". Wonwoo smiled "that's nice, far too many people are overly competitive and commercial". You nodded and couldn't help but asking "is it like that for you in your line of work?". Wonwoo paused and you carried on "I've heard the performing arts can be super competitive because of how popular it is". Wonwoo nodded "you're right it can be...but luckily the other people I work with are like my rock and the people in my company are really supportive". You paused as he said company and Wonwoo noticed "I mean the company I work for...". You nodded pretending like you hadn't noticed anything and changed the subject. You guessed Wonwoo wasn't telling you because he didn't want it to sway your opinion of him but also figured he'd have to tell you eventually. However you didn't want to push him into telling you before he was ready so decided not to mention it before he did. You stayed at the bar for a while but when it got later the crowd got louder and you were struggling to hear one another. When Wonwoo could tell you were getting annoyed he suggested you go back to his for a few drinks. You hesitated but only slightly before agreeing. With Wonwoo, you trusted this wasn't just a move but a genuine offer and you could very much leave whenever you wished. So Wonwoo drove you to his apartment which was very fancy. There was security on the doors and Wonwoo greeted them by name. His apartment was beautiful and so tasteful just like him. "So what would you like to drink?" Wonwoo asked "I have wine or beer". You opted for wine and Wonwoo joined you. He led you to his living room where he got a fire going and his sofa was so big you could both stretch out comfortably on it. You were very impressed, not by Wonwoo's home but by him. The more you talked to him the more you learned how great a guy he was. You thought he might be a conceited idol but that couldn't be further from the truth. He was very smart and shared all your ethical and moral views. You thought he couldn't get any hotter and then he admitted he was a feminist which nearly floored you. He noticed your reaction and paused "was that a good or bad reaction?". "Good! Definitely good" you assured him "I'm just pleased and a little impressed. It's very attractive when men actively try and reduce the prejudices other people receive". Wonwoo shrugged "it's my duty as someone with less oppression". You nodded "I agree but a lot of privileged people don't and it's...very appealing to see". Wonwoo smiled at the way you said appealing and re-filled your wine glasses. With the alcohol you got a little bolder and asked Wonwoo a question you'd been dying to know. "Why did you ask me out? Had you been thinking about it for a while or did it just hit you one day?". Wonwoo smiled "I thought about it the first day I walked in". Your jaw dropped "you did? Then why did it take you so long!". Wonwoo chuckled "well I'm not really the type to ask a stranger out, I think attraction can only go so far". "So you were attracted to me" you asked smiling and Wonwoo laughed "very much so, you were wearing a red jumper and it suited you wonderfully". You happened to be wearing a red dress tonight and Wonwoo noticed glancing down "just as you do tonight...red is definitely your colour". You smiled "I remember that jumper but I can't believe you did". Wonwoo smiled "I'm perceptive and when something catches my attention I don't forget it easily". You blushed as he directed those words to you before he patted your leg "now you, why did you say yes to me?", You laughed "well you may or may not have a nickname among my co-workers as the cute gamer guy". "Really?" Wonwoo asked and you nodded "yep! We noticed you fairly quickly and you were extremely handsome" you said looking up at him. "Then as you started coming in more we got to know more than just your name and do you want to know what the most attractive thing about you is?". Wonwoo nodded his voice deeper than it already was "tell me". "You're a good customer". Wonwoo laughed "I am?". "The perfect one!" you cried "you clean up after yourself, you're polite, you don't shout at us if we're taking a while or don't have the sandwich you want...the fact that you're also cute, nice and smart is just a bonus". "It is?" Wonwoo asked and you felt his hand still on your leg. You nodded "and did I mention hot? That's a pretty big bonus too". "You didn't" Wonwoo smiled and you shrugged "I'll find a way to make it up to you". "Hmmm how?" Wonwoo asked and you smiled "how about a kiss?". That was all Wonwoo needed and he moved forwards to kiss you. You thought the kiss would be a quick one but the second you touched him you didn't want to stop. Sensing this Wonwoo quickly took both your wine glasses and moved them out of the way. Now your hands were both free you started to use them. You reached for Wonwoo's shoulders and after a while of awkwardly turning to one another, he just slid you into his lap. You fitted perfectly and loved the closer contact. You could feel how toned Wonwoo was just through his clothes and everything he did was so skilful and hot. He was clearly very experienced and you were in good hands. He gave your lips a break and moved onto your neck and collarbones. You sighed as he didn't go any lower and he smiled. "Tease" you commented and he shook his head "not at all, I was just waiting for your cue". You shrugged and quickly stood up removing your dress "is this a big enough one?". You happened to have chosen red underwear tonight too and this wasn't lost on Wonwoo. His eyes widened slightly and he swore "it really is your colour". After that Wonwoo didn't need any further instruction and things progressed a lot faster. However, before things could go too far Wonwoo hesitated. "Wait Y/n before we carry on I have to tell you something" Wonwoo said and you nodded "what?". "I'm not just a performer I'm an idol in a group called Seventeen". You weren't sure how you were supposed to act so you just nodded "I know". "You do?" he asked and you nodded "not from the beginning but my friend found out after our first date. I didn't mention it because I figured you'd tell me when you were ready". "And how do you feel about it?" Wonwoo asked. You shrugged "it doesn't change anything for me. I like you so I don't care what your career is. You're the same Wonwoo to me". That was music to Wonwoo's ears and he let out a deep sigh before kissing you "I knew you were perfect". *** Your night was perfect and you woke up in the morning feeling very happy. Wonwoo was so sweet and attentive which only made him even hotter. "You're a gamer but have abs like that?" you asked as he left the bed to go make some food. He smiled bashfully "we have pretty amazing personal trainers and you're acting like I haven't seen your abs". You smiled "flatterer" and he shook his head "not at all, your body is phenomenal" making you blush. He was staring at you with some much focus you didn't know what to say "...weren't you going to make breakfast?". Wonwoo smiled "yes” and stumbled out of the room.  Later on in the day, when Wonwoo arrived at training he was slightly later and one of the last members to arrive. Mingyu remembered straight away yesterday had been the second date and said loudly "so how did it go?" making everyone look up. Wonwoo sighed but smiled "it went really well, she's pretty great". "Aww that's so nice" Dk said but Jeonghan was frowning at him. Wonwoo tried to avoid his gaze but his hyung wasn't having any of that. "How well?" Jeonghan asked and Wonwoo blushed "what?". "How well did the date go Wonwoo?" Jeonghan asked a smile appearing on his face and the other members began to click on. When Wonwoo blushed even more they exploded. "You! Slept with someone on the second date!" Dino cried and the others were all similarly shocked. Wonwoo shrugged "well when it feels right it feels right and it did with Y/n". "I bet it did judging by your glow" Joshua teased and Wonwoo shook his head. "Who is this girl again?" Jun asked and Scoups frowned "the cafe girl right?". "Y/n" Wonwoo said sharply and they all smirked "Y/n!" they repeated pushing Scoups and Wonwoo regretted telling them. "Which cafe is it?" Seungkwan asked and Wonwoo went to tell Mingyu not to say when he just blurted it out. "The one around the corner from us with the green parasol". The guys all nodded working it out and Hoshis turned to him "so when can we meet her?". Wonwoo shook his head "We've only been on 2 dates". "But she knows you're an idol right" Joshua asked and Wonwoo nodded "I told her last night...before" he said guessing their next question. "Honest, I like it" Dk nodded. "Well you know if we can't meet her formally we know where she works" Jun joked and Wonwoo tensed "yes but please don't bother her". "We'll be well-behaved!" Hoshi argued but Wonwoo shook his head "it's her business! It'd be like her friends turning up her to spy on me. You don't mess around with someone's place of work". The guys all shrugged which wasn't good enough for Wonwoo. "Please stay away from there" he asked looking at them all in the eye. The guys all nodded ad Wonwoo felt relieved. He smiled and carried on with his day. The members had no intention of breaking their promise and going to see you...at first. However, 1 month later Wonwoo still refused to introduce you so they were bursting from curiosity. Every time after seeing you Wonwoo could come back practically glowing and would be in a good mood every day. They desperately wanted to know what made Wonwoo so happy and so decided to take things into their own hands. Meanwhile, you were really pleased at how things were going with you and Wonwoo. You'd been on several more dates and texted each day. Wonwoo really liked you and didn't want to mess this up. He'd seen other members introduce their partners a little too early and it completely overwhelm them. Wonwoo didn't want that to happen to you and didn't want to share this part of his life with them yet. Kpop was in every single part of his life except in his relationship with you. You really didn't care he was an idol and he loved that. He felt so normal with you and worried introducing you to his group would ruin that. You'd stop seeing him as cafe Wonwoo and see him as idol Wonwoo. However that was about to change. You were working one day  when Mari gasped making you pause. "What? Don't tell me you put the wrong milk in that girl's drink". She shook her head "no those guys waiting...they're Wonwoo's members". You paused looking up at the boys in line "are you sure?". "Just look at them!" she cried and you nodded, they did look like Kpop idols with the perfect hair and impeccable skin...plus the way they kept glancing at you made it pretty clear too. "The one in pink is Dk, the one with glasses is Jeonghan and the one in front of us is Mingyu" she explained. "How did you know all their names?" you asked. "I forced myself to watch all their videos and content to help you". "To help me?" you asked smirking and she nodded "yep I took no enjoyment in it now quickly go serve them so it doesn't look suspicious" and she ran away. You walked up to the counter and smiled "what can I get for you". The one called Jeonghan came forwards and told you the order. The boy were quite giddy and kept smiling at you but didn't say anything about you dating Wonwoo. "Can I take a name?" you asked and saw Jeonghan paused, clearly unsure if to give his name in case Wonwoo had told you about him. You thought you had him when he just smiled "my name's Wonwoo" he said making lots of eye contact with you and you only just managed not to blush. "What a nice name" you told him and he smiled "I'm glad you think so". You had no idea about Wonwoo's deal with his friends and so when he rang you after work you told him. "I think I met some of your members today" you said and Wonwoo froze "what? How?". You explained your friend recognising them and their behaviour even saying his name. You weren't angry at all but Wonwoo still apologised and changed the subject. However when you hung up he went straight to the others. "Did you really go to Y/n's cafe?" he asked. The guys paused and Dk looked away "no...". "She recognised you" he said and Mingyu frowned "I thought she didn't know any idols". "Her friend does plus you were pretty obvious using my name and staring at her". The others in the room laughed but Wonwoo didn't find it that funny. "Why would you do that? I asked you not to! Y/n doesn't know much about this world and i don't want to scare her off". "To be fair we didn't know she was nervous..." Jeonghan said but Wonwoo still didn't feel any better. "It doesn't matter you should've listened to me in the first place". Scoups nodded "and they will now right guys? None of us will see Y/n until she's ready". The guys all nodded, the 3 apologised and Wonwoo relaxed "it's okay I just don't want to panic her...I like her quite a bit". The members smiled. "What's she like?" The8 asked and Wonwoo instantly smiled. "She's funny and interesting and really kind. She's also really quick and smart and witty. Plus she's so beautiful and her smile is amazing". The others all smiled as Wonwoo kept going before he blushed. "She sounds great" Jeonghan said and Wonwoo nodded "she is which is why I want to protect her from all of this. I don't want anything to ruin it". The guys all nodded "we get it and will help however we can...or not mess it up" DK said and Wonwoo smiled "thanks". He knew the second he introduced you to them, they'd love you but for now Wonwoo just wanted you all to himself.

Hannah/Juliet hybrid. Thinks she knows everything about love. “Can always tell when a couple aren’t right for each other”, now wouldn’t that be convenient if you’re coupled with someone she wants??? It sucks because she sounds so smart and cultured and I hope she’s nice, but I just have a feeling they’re gonna make her the villain.

#6 Acrobat (Sophie)

She could be interesting, but she’s screaming “I’m quirky! Look at me! Want to watch me do a handstand?” Like come on, at least Rohan had a personality outside of his job. It might end up being endearing like Tim with his rap career but somehow I don’t see it happening. I hope not though because I do so love the Irish.

#5 Cat Cafe Manager (Luna)

Idk what it is about her she just sounds laaaaaaame. And this is coming from someone with a cat who adores them more than life itself. One of those people who makes coffee their whole personality, you know??? I feel like she’s gonna be Thabi from S4 but without the personality quirks that made her unique.

#4 Firefighter (Oakley)

He sounds a little boring but I have a feeling he is going to be like, next level hot. Like NEXT LEVEL hot. I’m immediately picturing Blaze from Love Is Blind (Netflix Game) and if he is I might die. 6’3!?!?!?!? Strong silent type, Jake Wilson-esque, might be our “slow burn” (😏) of the season because I feel like one of the girls is gonna latch her claws into him like that cat he saved and NEVER LET GO.

#3 Underwear Model (Jin)

Don’t get me wrong, he’s gonna be hotter than the sun, but honestly his personality is just boring to me. It might be how it’s written, but the whole “I’m funny because I tell you I’m funny” is getting a bit old. I hope he’s got a serious/romantic side to him (a la Bruno 🥰) otherwise he’s gonna get on my nerves real quick (a la Bryson 🤢).

#2 Dentist (Claudia)

I’ll be honest I’ve already seen her sprite and holy moly mother of Mary she is a STUNNER. I already know MC is gonna have nothing on her, but she’s gonna be stuck in friendship couples for her whole time in the villa because she’s a female LI. This also means she’s probably a bestie option. She seems so smart and funny, and it seems like she doesn’t take things too seriously. She’s gonna be fanfic fodder for sure.

Not only is this one of my favourite names, it’s also one of my weaknesses. Greek men. Y’all saw me last season demanding Cassius and it didn’t eventuate so if Theo is as hot as he sounds I might pass away. The reformed player vibe is doing it for me so I’m REALLY looking forward to seeing if he’s all that. If nothing else he sounds like he’s going to be a huge source of entertainment and will probably get himself into a lot of trouble 😂

David Nolan paced in the hallway outside the room where Mary Margaret was helping Emma get ready for her wedding. He could hardly believe he would be giving his daughter away in just a few minutes, and to a pirate, no less.

He remembered in Neverland when he said he would see to it that Hook would never get Emma. David wasn’t too prideful to admit he’d been wrong. Nobody can stand in the way of True Love, after all - he and Snow were proof of that.

And now that pirate, whom he’d tried so hard to hate, was his soon-to-be son-in-law…and his best friend. While Killian was earning Emma’s heart, he was also earning her father’s trust and friendship. So much so that Emma and Mary Margaret teasingly accused them of having a ‘bromance’.

The door opened and Mary Margaret emerged, brushing joyful tears from her cheeks. “She’s ready, David, and she looks absolutely beautiful!”

David pulled his wife into his arms, murmuring, “So do you, Sweetheart.”

She hiccuped a laugh. “You’re only supposed to notice the bride on her wedding day, not her mother.”

He leaned back, giving her one of his trademark smiles. “There will never be a day when I don’t admire your beauty.”

“I knew I called you ‘Charming’ for a reason,” she beamed. After kissing him soundly, she wiped his lips clean of the lipstick she’d left behind and said, “Now, go see your daughter before it’s time for us to walk her down the aisle.”

David straightened his tie and buttoned his jacket, then gently rapped his knuckles on the door. “Emma? May I come in?”

“Sure, Dad,” came her reply.

He turned the knob and slowly opened the door, peeking around the edge of it. His breath hitched when he caught a glimpse of his daughter. She was truly a vision in her wedding gown and veil, causing him to blink back tears of his own. “Oh, Emma,” he breathed.

“How do I look?” she asked nervously, twirling in a circle.

“You look…perfect,” he managed to choke past the lump in his throat.

Her cheeks flushed at his praise and she looked down at herself, smoothing out non-existent wrinkles in her gown. “Do you really think so?”

“I do,” he assured her.

“Hey, I think that’s my line today,” she giggled.

David laughed and stepped forward to take both of her hands in his. “Any second thoughts?”

“None,” she said confidently. “Besides, if I don’t marry Killian, you might just snap him up.”

“Very funny,” he said, narrowing his eyes at her. Then his expression sobered. “I know you’ve had a lot on your mind the last few weeks, but I want you to put everything aside today and just enjoy your wedding.”

“I’ll try.”

“I’ve thought about this day ever since we found out we were having a daughter. I was sure no one would ever be good enough for you, but Hoo-, um, Killian has proven himself time and time again. I suppose if I have to give your hand in marriage, it couldn’t be to a more worthy man.”

“You didn’t always think that.”

“I know, but I was, well…I was wrong.”

“I’m sure Killian would be very satisfied to hear you say that,” she quipped.

“Of course he would,” David sighed. “But enough about Hook. What about you? How are you feeling?”

Emma’s face took on a serene look. “I’m happy, Dad. Really, really happy.” She swung their still-clasped hands back and forth.

“Happiness looks good on you,” he replied, letting go with one hand and using the other to spin her around. Then he pulled her back toward him, putting his free hand on her waist as hers moved to his shoulder.

They slowly danced in a small circle around the room to music only they could hear. “We missed out on so much of your life, Emma. I’m very glad we didn’t miss out on watching you fall in love and marry the man who won your heart.”

“I know we lost a lot of time with each other, but let’s not talk about regrets today, Dad. We’re together now, along with Henry and everyone else in town. I have more family and friends here than I ever dreamed was possible. And I’m marrying a man who has been at my side without fail, even when I didn’t really want him to be.”

David chuckled. “He has proven himself to be persistent, that’s for sure.”

Their swaying came to a stop as Emma looked up into her father’s face. “You and Killian are such good examples for Henry. He’s lucky to have both of you in his life, and so am I.”

They heard the wedding music beginning to play, and David checked his watch. “I guess it’s about that time. Will you allow me to get a little sentimental before we leave this room?”

“Just don’t cause me to smudge my makeup.”

“I’ll try not to,” he promised, then took a deep breath. “Emma, from the moment your mother and I found out we would be having a baby, I wondered what our child - what you - might grow up to be like. Nothing I imagined even came close to the person you are - strong, smart, determined, brave, and so very, very beautiful. You’ve defeated dragons, ice monsters, witches, the darkness and Hades himself; yet you’re one of the most loving, generous, and kind-hearted people I’ve ever known. To say I’m proud of you doesn’t do justice to my true feelings. I love you, Emma, and I’m blessed beyond measure to be your father.”

A tear spilled over her lower lashes, and David dug into his pants pocket to retrieve a white handkerchief. After dabbing the wetness away, he tucked it back in his pocket, kissed her forehead, then pulled her into a hug, cupping the back of her head, as usual.

“I love you, too, Dad,” she whispered in his ear.

They stayed that way for several moments, until they heard a tap on the door. Mary Margaret stuck her head in, whispering reverently, “It’s time.”

David nodded and stepped back, gripping Emma’s upper arms as he looked into her eyes. “Ready, Princess?”

“Yes,” she replied firmly.

“Alright, then,” he said, “but just remember this - Killian loves you now, but I loved you first. You’ll always be your daddy’s little girl.”

“I’ll remember,” she said, a soft smile on her lips.

“Good. Now, let’s go get you married.”

this kind of question is hard for me, personally, to think about because of my own relationship with music and music artists (which is why this took so fucking long) which is to say I love music and don't really pay attention much to artists beyond the fact they make the music I love (lmao I really don't care about celebrities, I find it quite concerning that so many people idolise them so much... like your(general) fave is just a guy at the end of the day lmao) (that being said I can understand having an influence and following the *work* of an artist you really connect to) and I find it hard to make hard line distinctions between genres, aha 🤭

That being said, let's have a look at some music! (This is an excuse to show off my extensive and exhaustive music reach and taste, so thank you!)

Dylan──they're open to all types of music but they only really purchase R&B albums! Artists like Stevie Wonder, Chaka Khan, Tina Turner, Prince, Alicia Keys, Frank Ocean, SZA, Kehlani and Miguel are all artists Dyl owns albums (and vinyls!!) for! Dyl introduced Kin to R&B and they usually listen to the artists she likes more when they're together (Beyoncé, Victoria Monét, Lionel Ritchie etc) They like ‘Foreign Language’ R&B too, artists like BIBI, DEAN, Cherrie, Girl Ultra, Adi Oasis, ØZI, Yseult and Lous And The Yakuza.

Shay──the real eclectic listener! He likes next to every genre of music, Rap, Hip Hop, R&B, Pop, K-pop, J-rock, Folk, Funk, Phonk, EDM, Heavy Metal, Grunge, House, Synth, Soul... even Country... Country Fusion! Shay likes artists that kind of... don't have a genre? Like Sleep Token, Twenty One Pilots, Pink Floyd, Oingo Boingo, Lene Lovich, David Bowie, Gorillaz, Poppy, Bring Me The Horizon, Afterlife, Seventeen, Red Velvet and Hannah Wicklund. He definitely love finding new music as well as sharing new music! (Watch the YouTube/Twitch channel that's got a segment dedicated to reacting to new music!! Like HTHAZE!)

Kinsley──lmao she doesn't mind Popular music but, like, the last Taylor Swift album she actively sought out was 1989 (she's partial to This Love) and Kin would rather die than be subjected to Trap music. She's very into genres like Alternative Indie, Indie Rock, Neo Soul, and R&B artists like Hozier, Florence + The Machine, Lorde, Phoebe Bridgers, Lizzy McAlpine, Searows, Reneé Rapp, Ethel Cain and Noah Kahan. Her R&B influence is mainly from being Dylan's friend but she does love artists like Beyoncé (she really loved her self titled album and especially Virgo's Groove off of Renaissance), Victoria Monét (particularly the Jaguar II album) and Khalid as well as older artists like Mary J. Blige, Marvin Gaye or Lionel Ritchie!

J──they tend to listen to music for the beat, the bass, the instrumentals more than lyrics. They like heavier genres like Rock, Hard Rock, Heavy Metal, Alternative Rock, Punk Rock, Nu Metal, Grunge and other genres like EDM, Synth, Techno and Trance. They also listen to Italian artists quite a lot, mainly because J wants to keep up with the language (because their father refuses to speak it or teach them) so artists like Måneskin, Jovanotti, Lacuna Coil, Max Gazzé, Vanerus, and even Vivaldi. J also listens to anything their sister recommends them, even if it's the most bubblegum pink pop shit they've ever heard─if Bells likes it they're listening. Shay will also introduce them to the wonders of J-rock and K-pop which bend genre all the time!

Theo──a Pop lover! Or rather, Theo tends to stick to listening to the radio or the Popular Playlist on Spotify! They tend to like more instrumental artists like or soundtrack artists like Hans Zimmer, Hiroyuki Sawano, Danny Elfman, Vangelis, Rachel Portman (who was the first female composer to win an academy award for best original score!) and Michael Giacchino over anything else and they 'broaden their horizons' by being dragged to Jazz bars and open house cafés by C (and MC) so it's not like they're stuck in one/two genre's!!

Bonus! Some Modern/Nu Jazz artists C likes: Ezra Collective, Nubya Garcia, Masego, Cherise, Camille Munn, Blue Lab Beats, Kasami Washington, Esperanza Spalding, Snarky Puppy, GoGo Penguin, Mathilde Widding and Christian Scott aTunde Adjuah!

Marinette Headcannons

Being ladybug aside, Marinette is physically fit. Small six pack, good arm muscles, etc. Being Ladybug definitely helped but, she does gymnastics and ballet which gave her a head-start on strong muscles

She loves (/p) people who're are taller, they can grab things for her and when she's with shorter people she feels obligated to help them

I didn't know how to express my happiness when watching this live. It was so much fun!

The winking caught me off guard! I didn't realize that they all did it. I was looking at tweets in between. (I'm currently rewatching the stream as I type).

The guests were pretty obvious from the image promotion. But while in the middle of the DJ setlist, I was wondering when Izuru would appear.

Seriously, I honestly thought it was Izuru cause who else could it be. Judging from the arms and the height against Roberu, nobody else fits the bill. Well I do have one more guess and it would be La+ Darknesss. I was thinking that cause aside from Izuru, La+ also have similar sleeves. But I don't think they've interacted before and also La+ have big ass horns!!

It's been a year since I looked at any of the Hololive talents (JP, ID or EN). I started watching HoloMyth in the beginning of 2021, as per my brother's recommendation, but shifted to Holostars at the second half of the year. Honestly, I didn't feel like I belong in the Hololive fanbase. And in Myth, it was Calli and Ame that I like the most. Ame is super creative and, as a music lover, it was natural that I would like Calli.

I remember that Calli wanted to do things with Holostars but wanted to do something specific (I can't find that clip, sorry). I didn't really care at the time cause Hololive in general have unicorns / gachikois to deal with so I didn't really hope for it to happen.

I read on Twitter, Aruran wanted to invite Calli. He was told that inviting is impossible since Calli is busy but Aruran used his most powerful English and DM'd Calli.

I remember watching his streams where he mentioned and praised the HoloMyth members. Ame for creating Smol Ame and her stream innovations. Calli was someone he also mentions a lot, especially when he started to learn how to rap. Massive Props for Calli!

Also before I forget, can we force Roberu to sing more?! Seriously, his presence in Pentas, hnnnnngggg~!

I want to repeat myself, I am proud of Arurandeisu. I watched his karaoke streams when I discovered him in 2021. I'll be honest both my green stars oshis (Arn & Oga) couldn't sing but seriously look at them now. Aruran's singing voice seriously have improved and his DJ skills wasn't like when he started.

Mary Kim: I resonate w/ her HEAVILY because her attitude, her behavior, and even the way she interacts with people (esp with Vin Jin) is literally me irl. If I’m close to ANYONE (guy/girl) irl, I’d usually be the type to tease a lot and be the “big sister” in the friend group who usually supports. And I’d be the type to throw hands if necessary, but would never initiate for no reason. Also, her FASION SENSE TOO??? I KIN. DEF KIN. Omg you guys have no idea how similar I dress like her sometimes. It’s insane. 😭

Zack Lee: I feel like his humor and mine, are similar. I just… have a feeing. Imagine, Zack reacting to a bunch of memes (probably dank, dark, and offensive memes) on his phone and he pulls out some Vine references out of nowhere. And I STG, our taste in music would be similar. Zack would definitely listen to rap music like Kanye, Travis Scott, Kid Cudi, Kendrick Lamar, etc. Even the way he dresses (usually in streetwear) is one of the clothing styles I mainly go with whenever I dress up to go outside.

Johan Seong: Typically, the way he dresses is my MAIN go-to. Mostly, BLACK CLOTHING. Like bro… Majority of my clothes consists of 95% black clothes and 5% any other color. I’m not kidding. Plus, I can imagine me and Johan just chilling and walking out in the street, and some old ladies would ask us if someone died because we’re both wearing black clothing, which is just… our usual outfit. 🧍🏽‍♀️ Also, the way he deals with people who piss him off or is annoyed by them like he doesn’t give a fuck, is such a big personality trait that I kin with. When he doesn’t like someone, then he’d REALLY show that he doesn’t like them. Same goes for me irl too. I like how he doesn’t fake his attitude towards people as well, and he’d come for them like no one’s going to stop him. I fuck with that. 🤝🏽🖤

Lua Im: Lua got a bit of fight in her too, but I like how she isn’t really the type of person to fight in the first place. Similar to Mary’s explanation, she wouldn’t resort to fighting unless she has a good reason to. I also like her personality, and how she involuntarily handles things funny and does some “dorky” things when stressed (because honestly, me too girl). I’d panic and I’d say or do the dumbest shit ever and I’d just embarrass myself even more to the point that I want to die. 💀 In addition to how I kin with Lua through her actions and personality, I really mess with her sense of fashion too. Yeah, I know she rocking the Stüssy top and that one simple style with the hoodie and the jacket over it, because I’d wear those irl. Not joking. She’d def vibe w/ streetwear too, as if she’s the female version of Zack Lee.

Vasco/Euntae Lee: Vasco’s cheerful goofiness from the older chapters is something that I can relate to. Especially when I’m out with friends, I usually act like a fool whenever I’m with them. And tbh, before I even started to simp for Gun, Vasco was my comfort character LMAO. Because he was such a cute Cinnamon Roll back then, and now? What happened…? 😭 I even see Vasco as the “fun older brother” too. Man, if he was my older brother, I’d def want to ask if I can hang out with the Burn Knuckles Crew until it’s time to go home because they’re all so fun and lively!!

Daniel Park: Even though Daniel is attractive (even in those recent chapters 👀) I view him to be the “brotherly type” who'd protect anyone. That’s the type of vibe I get from Daniel. (To be honest, between Daniel and Vasco, I think they'd be the best "big brothers" ever.) Or, just a male/guy best-friend who you can always depend on and talk to whenever you want to rant/vent about something. I kin with him because I always have the urge to help out people who are having a hard time, and I usually offer to listen to friends’ issues irl because I’m aware that we all need someone to talk. If no one’s there for them, then I don’t mind being someone’s shoulder to lean on. In addition to his kind-heartedness, I relate to Daniel because of the whole “bullying” thing. Back then when I was in elementary school, there was a girl that used to bully me by poking me, flicking me, etc. And she’d even turn people against me so I wouldn’t be able to hang out with certain people (but eventually I became friends with her and we settled our differences ig). I even asked her what was the reason why she bullied me back then and she said it was because of the way that I used to look and the clothes that I wore, which made me look “dorky”. 😀 Sooooo, that’s why I kin with Daniel strongly too LMFAAAOOOO 😌✨

20. part of canon you found tedious or boring

for zelda: i really, really wish i liked wind waker. i wanna like wind waker so fucking bad. i love wind waker's story. i love wind waker's ganondorf. i love how bright and cheerful the graphics are contrasted with how solemn it is underground. i love the dungeons and the gameplay. but god i HATE the cartoony little balloon heads. it takes me right out of those serious moments. i don't mind stylization but if it could have been just a LITTLE BIT. less stylized. just a LITTLE LESS like animal crossing characters. it's beautiful to look at but for a game with such serious hidden elements WHICH I LOVE i find trouble taking it seriously.
