-Lilia Lost His Magic to Hatch Malleus Theory-
Now now, I KNOW THIS SOUNDS CRAZY AND IT IS BUT PLEASE HEAR ME OUT

SPOILER'S FOR CHALTER 7, TWST JP AND CHAPTER 7 PART 3
Do not proceed if you don't wish to be spoiled
So in the recent/not so recent update on Chapter 7/Book 7 we got quite a lot of info dumped on us one of them being Malleus age, His Parent's and the war that was happening
In short summary the dream/timeline the diashakle group are in is about 500+ year's ago when a war happened between a human kingdom and Briar Valley
But surprised surprise! Malleona (Malleus Mother) has been taking care of her egg and guess again? That right Malleus in real time is only in his 100! I forgot what age princely but it's in 100's
So making the timeline not make sense at all (but then again Silver baby this is a dream after all)
We get confirmation that Malleona was a Princess and is Malleus Grandmother Maleficia's Daughter and only child
So here is the theory that starts it
As we all know and if you haven't read my Crowley is Malleus Father in order for a fea egg to Hatch it needs the live of both parents and magic to hatch
Lilia reveal that Malleus father (His name is Levan or Revan) had gone missing while going to attempt to get into an agreement with the Silver Owl People
Whom all messengers from them have gone also missing
After leaving Malleona to try and stop this war he himself went missing and never returned
This is why Lilia travels because he has hopes that he is alive as he was childhood friends with both and was taken in by Maleficia herself (basically like an adopted brother to Malleona)
So with that being said and Levan being missing, there is only so much Malleona can do other than give her half of her love as she can't fill in what Malleus father's part and use as much magic as she can
With that being said again you can't just hatch an egg with just pure Magic it's really hard to do that because the child needs to know that it's loved in order to hatch
So at some point during this war it seems that Mal's mother passes away AKA she gets murdered
With no one not even his parents being able to hatch him I can see that his kingdom lost all hope maybe even his grandmother lost all hope that their only hope and sole heir may never hatch
Now this were Lilia comes in
What if while all hope is lost Lilia makes on final sacrifice
One final attempt to bring hope back to his home, the home if his beloved friends the Queen that even tho6she had no need to take him in she did and now lost her only daughter
Like the say "You can have everything in life, Sacrifice's need 5o be made in order to achieve"
An eye for and eye
A leg for a leg
A tooth or a tooth
And life for another magic that gives life
(magic is like breathing to fea giving that up is like suicide)
And so he used all his magic to hatch Malleus and maybe potentially had to learn to love Mal to hatch him
But if he didn't let's say he did it with just magic
Then that would mean the oh so great general Lilia
Has made a miracle happen!
A pure miracle
It was a sacrifice but at what coast?
He surely doesn't regret it he is sure his beloved friend Malleona is happy
He is sure his beloved friend Levan is also happy even though deep in his heart he wants him to still be alive
And so that could also explain Malleus and Maleficia's attachment to Lilia
Maybe this just why he is someone Maleficia trust absolutely
Because he gave her a miracle when all hope was lost
While for Malleus is because Lilia literally raised him and hatched him
Imagine baby Malleus in his egg receiving all the love and magic from his parents only for literal 500 to pass without it and no birth suddenly magic comes in and you get out
You would expect to see the parents that took care of you for while you were in the egg only to be met with no one
No one but one man
That man being the one that give Malleus egg magic so he could hatch
Like I said maybe this is the reason Lilia lost his magic
He lost was is like breathing to him in order to bring a life to this world
And no matter what he doesn't regret it heck he would probably do it all over again if he could

i wanna whine
I LOVE baul. I rlly love his tsundere ass. But I feel like his introduction to the story disconnects sebek from the rest of diasomnia kinda...
Like the latest update he says he will protect what is important to him but like....
Isn't that malleus and lilia??? Ofc he loves his grandpa too but he has LITERALLY STATED that malleus and lilia are the ppl more important to him than ANYONE and like his behaviour prior to this chapter and in EVERY event absolutely supports that. Sebek felt like a character who wants to live up to his grandpas expectations but it is MALLEUS and lilia who are at the core of his life. His existence revolves around them. And his actions these last chapters when concerning lilia and malleus have been honestly so.. Mild for him??? Like ofc silver would worry abt lilia but sebek would too????? It's so weird bcause I feel like im watching a character assassination in slow motion lmao. Like u see maleona attacking lilia and silver steps in immediately but sebek just 🧍♂️. HELLO???? THE INSANE PERSON????? R U SURE?? idk...
I also feel like they are trying to make is so that sebek being half fae had no impact on him growing up bcause uuu but his grandpa loves him after all, and there has been no mention of it affecting his life in these chapters. We got mentions of fae vs human tensions and it was abt Lilia. It rlly feels like they just don't wanna deal with it and changed their mind. LIKE IM NOT INSANE RIGHT?? 90% of sebeks behaviour links back to him being half fae and his inferiority complex abt it?????????????CONSTANTLY having to prove himself. Needs to feel useful or he will explode. Never being strong enough. Like.... ok.
It feels like instead of that, what we r getting is... racist grampa is the problem yup. thats it. Nothing to see here besides that, sebek is just bauls clone.
On one hand I didn't rlly expect for sebek to get any development this book but on the other it feels like they are erasing his Previous characterisation. To me.
And I think they are kinda doing it with lilia too but the other way around. Like they over correct his character flaws by not mentioning them. We KNOW hes not that great at parenting for example, he trained silver and sebek like soldiers for a while before relaxing abt it, he is generally very rough, feeding baby silver from a Mug and stuff. He just thinks that a baby can handle getting lost in the woods. Doesnt't mean he doesnt love his kids!!!! But it's how he is!!! And we Completely ignore that this book. It feels so weird.

I'm sure someone has noticed it way before I did, but I realized one of Crowley's voice lines say's he's failed 1,937 times with Sam's shop. 1937 was the year Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs was released, aka the movie with the Raven and the Evil Queen. I don't know why this was such a shock to me haha, but I read the teacher's voicelines all the time (it's lonely being a teacher stan in TWST lol), and I just noticed. Pomefiore is also the oldest dorm at NRC for the same reason.
I also can't keep the opening scene out of my head. What does it mean? Who is the benefactor? And how will Crowley's connection to both Maleficent and the Evil Queen play out? Arghh this mystery has been haunting me for such a long time, I hope Book 7 will throw me some more crumbs. There is the whole 'Levan' thing right now, and he definitely seems tied to Fae somehow (at least with his appearance). If we play into the crack-ish theory that Crowley has some sort of relationship with Maleona, then the "proud, beautiful flower of evil" could make sense...
Then there's the whole Grim thing...according to Idia, Grim has extremely old, complex magic cast on him, about 1000 year old magic. Yet Grim has no memories of all those years. I'm looking at you Crowley, and your cute little 1937 reference.
And I can't find it for the life of me, but I remember reading somewhere that NRC is very old. Like 900 years old or something? If I manage to find the source, I update this with it, but arghh it's bothering me so much that I can't find it but I remember it! Everything seems to trace back to this time period...
Edit: Book 7 mentions that Lilia received an invitation to NRC 500 years ago, and I think with the dream timeline, NRC is several hundred years older than that!
Basically, I'm here for the ride, and I have no idea where it's going haha

Maleona AU in which Farena (or rather one of his higher ups) attacks/attempts to assassinate/almost kills (for a personal reason disguised as political) Lilia and it wakes such a wrath in Malleus that he declares war on the Sunset Savanna - or at least threatens to do so unless Farena agrees to hand over the culprit to be executed by the fae. Which Farena is not willing to do, but instead suggests he and Malleus have a fight to champion their people and avoid bloodshed. Violently dangerous magic battle ensues, Malleus turns into a dragon, Farena displays his unique magic which is in some ways diametrically opposite to Leona’s but just as, if not more powerful. (I keep thinking of the Merlin movie and the way he ends up binding the dragon with poison ivy.)
Ideally nobody dies but they’re both gravely injured and in the end Farena’s warriors step in to protect him - and Leona.. well, has to make a choice. (Or perhaps he had to make that choice before but still postponed it up until this moment.) He either stands with Malleus now and saves his life but turns his back on his family forever.. or he stands with his family and accepts Malleus death and (inevitable war with Briar Valley) 👀

CROWLEY IS MALLEUS FATHER THEORY/MY INTERPRETATION
⚠️WARNING ⚠️ SPOILER AHEAD CHAPTER 7 AND TWST JP
-again everyone has been theorizing this and at the end of the day you do not have to like this Theory again it's just a theory this does not mean it's Canon this is just based on information that's been given to us so if you do not want to be spoiled or you just don't like this Theory then do not read no one's forcing you to read
-ps this is very I mean VERY LONG
Okay so here is my explanation on the info before going with my theory interpretatiom
starts with the fact that Mal's father was like some kind of nobility from the valley of thorns and he obviously ended up marrying Mal's mother and he was in attendant of her's
He was childhood friends with Lilia and Mal's mother after a good while of a hundred years Mal's mother ends a pregnant with him and has him as an egg
Now here's the thing Lilia explains that for an order for a fae baby to hatch
He needs all of his parents love and Magic to be poured into his egg in order for him to hatch now here's where the complications come
The silver owls aka the army from another kingdom that basically invaded their territories and started stealing started to for some every time they would send a messenger the messenger would go missing for unknown reasons and basically most of the letters that would be sent would be asking them to please stop if they're stupid
Stupid actions because at the end of the day this isn't the land this isn't their home they shouldn't even be here doing all of this and basically asking them to please stop eventually they start getting problems within their tubes where they start losing the war so Mal's father whom from what Lilia told us Mal's father was a very kind man and a very peacemaker kind of guy so instead of sending Messengers like how they usually do who always end up missing he went
He went himself for the sake of being able to make peace for his wife and child but according to Lilia he never returned they searched and searched for him but never found him and this is why Lilia travels because he has hopes that he can still find him but this also indicates a really crucial and set point about Mal and that was the fact that basically after he went missing Mal's mother was basically left alone to try and hatch the child but because there was only so much she could have give from her love and Magic because obviously she was missing the part about Mal's father giving his own part of his magic and love Malleus hatching was basically delayed and eventually sometime probably throughout the war Mal's mother died and it's indicator that she was actually murdered with this and leaving melius with no other parents to hatch him his kingdom lost hope because they're only so heir would probably
Because they're so heir would never hatch and this is where people are theorizing that this is why Lilia is losing his magic/dying because he used all his magic to try and make him hatch and successfully did it and people think that because you need also love to hatch them maybe Lily had to learn to love in order for melius to hatch and it's also confirmed that Mal is only 100 and something years old and basically this is where the theory of Crowley being his father

So my theory and interpretation of this starts like this
And so then this also had me thinking about a potential background for Crowley if that were the case
So let's go back in time yada yada ya where Mal's parents were still alive
As we all know Maleona was married to Levan we don't really have much of an intake on how their relationship was but for me if it were me and the fact that they were childhood friends and nothing to each other for so long in my opinion I would guess that they loved each other very much like so so much
As a result Mal comes into the picture
Of course he hasn't hatched or anything but Maleona and Levan (Crowley) are doing their best and making sure that he hatches giving him all the love and Magic that they can but as you know there is an open war going on with the humans so let's just get the scenario in our head we all know that the man went missing so what if while they were all struggling you know they're people he decides you know out of the goodness of his heart why not try and make peace and fight alongside them he tells us obviously to his mother-in-law and she agrees because she trusts him
So then there we have it he has a letter to send them a message to please stop this war because there's no need to fight over something that already belongs to someone
Enough he is going there and helping out his people to try and negotiate and deliver the letter let's just say they trick him into believing that he actually can talk to the royal family that they could come into an agreement
But but here's the hitch they tell him he needs to go alone with nobodyguard nothing obviously the soldiers are like please your majesty don't go and everything and he ends up rejecting and tell them I'm sorry but I can't go if I can't have at least one of my people with me so obviously they don't take this well and maybe around the night they somehow end up kidnapping him
They bring him over to their castle and they still try to convince him that they brought him there to just talk and try to bring peace
So Crowley or Levan(I'm just gonna call him Crowley rn) really really wants to bring peace because he's just done with the war he is tired he doesn't want more of his people to die get injured he wants to keep his wife and son that's about to be born and safe he wants them safe he wants his whole family his kingdom his people safe so he decides okay let's try and go along with this
The longer he stays there trying to talk with the King and everything like they have a small conversations with them they tell him that they're busy and that they have things to do the more anxious he gets them maybe they're not keeping their part of the deal
Fast forward Crowley is still trying to negotiate and talk with the king and queen I feel like he most likely try to talk with the King more he sees that there's no improvement so he decides well "fuck it" it's obvious that these type of humans won't listen so let's make them listen and probably decides to somehow try and get out
But he can't because they're using a special type of iron cuff to keep him there so that he can't use his magic so that he can't use his strength
He's desperate he wants to go back he knows that this was a trap all along that he needs to return to his wife and son he needs to return to his mother-in-law and his people
So I missed of all this is going on he's trying his hardest to get out to finally go suddenly he gets the news that his wife passed away now just imagine being in his shoes at that moment
Finding out your wife is dead and knowing that she was with your son makes you start thinking what happened to my son? is he alive? is he dead? how was my wife killed she is a strong woman how could these humans take her life?
And desperation to know he's somehow magically breaks the iron cuffs and finally teleports away he is in the Briar Forest and he's like desperately trying to get home get to know what happened to his wife and son
He's barely getting there and he sees a bunch of candles a bunch of lights as a memorial for his wife and then he hears people talking about how at this point Malleus egg won't hatch because he doesn't have both parents he doesn't have one of the parents love and Magic to help him
At this point you could have guessed that maybe at that moment Crowley lost all hope his wife is gone without his wife he doesn't know if he can actually be able to see his son what if he returns and then they label him as a traitor or what if worse they label him as the one that killed her you know there's so many scenarios that could happen
And so very likely at that point it's like something snapped and curly the kind and gentle him that his wife fell in love with somehow just ends up burning himself deep into his heart to the point that It can't return he leaves cuz he knows that what's the point in returning when there's a high chance they're going to be labeled as a traitor by your own people even though they know you very well
So that point let's pretend that Crowley finds Sage Island and then let's pretend for a moment Sage island is just an island it has no people nothing it's literally a Dead Island
So let's pretend that he stays there staring at the darkness seeing the days go by and by waiting for his death to come because all he wants is to die and be with his wife again whom he loved more than anything
That is until he suddenly gets an idea since humans and Fae and all other races don't get along
He then maybe thought "Hmmm..... Maybe they're truly is a way to bring peace to the world and stop this catastrophe of blood and wars"
So then he decides what do all these all races have in common humans, merfolk, fea ect
They all have in a way magic so why not create a school where the younger future generations are going to come where they can learn to live in unity that way they can somehow prevent these future wars and events from happening
There they will be based off the supposed great seven the great seven the great people of back then in time where their soul will will be put into a dorm and once that is done they will be leaving you know the normal magic school life but in the process of living that magic school life they will learn how to live in unity
And maybe maybe maybe let's pretend that this at first works but then another school comes and then starts causing this unraveling rivalry that ends up becoming unhealthy towards his students
So then let's add a bit more to this what if at this point in life the things start going downhill people aren't getting along and everything until one day something happens
One day suddenly at one of the entrance ceremonies a student appears a student from another world a student that doesn't belong here
What if that student was the original very first "Yuu"
Fascinated by this person that's from another world Crowley starts to do investigation and maybe throughout the investigation he found out that maybe through portals and mirrors maybe he can go back in time or go to another dimension or world and maybe save potentially his wife
So he decides how can this happen? how can you do this? He tries to look for a solution because you would need very very much amounts of magic in order to do this so he starts researching and finds out about Overbolt
And so Crowley says oh right then I'll create the ultimate Overbolt and phantoms that can destroy the universe when they can destroy the whole Twisted Wonderland
So then Crowley creates Grim as the phantom but as he is about to do this he has everything ready he has the stones he's ready to go he finds out that no one can't really overbought unless they have a a vessel that I can use then the Overbolt won't really work so then maybe he starts thinking who can he use as a vessel? who doesn't have magic but can still be used as a vessel?
I'm pretty sure that this moment you're probably getting the head of what I'm getting at
The vessel is Yuu
So maybe the original Yuu he tried to use as a vessel for Grim
But his plan failed miserably and he ended up destroying what he worked so hard to create in order to create peace and as a result of that he also ended up destroying the whole world of Twisted Wonderland
So then he wonders can he just turn back time? Turn back time so that history won't repeat itself from his mistakes he won't remember what he did but he hopes that you who was meant to be the original vessel and the one that was able to stop all the other Overbolt be able to help him it's like a cry for help for the time travel Theory
So in his last attempts to make everything right he turns back time sacrificing his first life in the first timeline
Now then here's where things get a little bit fuzzy
There are many alternate timelines where we obviously have different Yuu's that were chosen to be the one like Yuuken,Yuuya, Yuuka,Yuuta, and Yuu all the others that have come before them all have some house failed now very likely at this point probably still does not remember the fact that he had turned back to him the fact that he had done this mistake the fact that he is still doing it
So he decides why not bring the original?
So we Yuu the original return and this is why we're having the dreams this is why we're having all these flashbacks it's because we've already been through we already have done it
And now this is the final timeline this is the final time that Crowley is going to turn back time in order to stop something that he ended up creating
Yuu is the final key that Grim's been waiting for as much as Yuu is the one that can save Malleus, Crowley and Twisted Wonderland
Why?
Because they are Yuu the person from another world
But this is my for what I have I'm still rewriting I'm still re-editing everything
But anyways But I would also like to add this
Why would Malleus go to a school when he already learned everything?
Why would he get an invitation in the first place?
Because he wanted to be near his son,only if it was just from a "principle" distance And I feel like this is why he mostly lets him do what he wants because he feels he isn't worthy to be a parent who caused the death of his wife
He wanted to be near him without having a chance of being recognize and how batter to do that then to enroll at your school?
