Frilly pink dresses,strawberry cakes,sunny days,classical music and tea times made you the happiest being alive but again,your happiness only relied on external things because deep inside you felt rotten. But at least it was better than feeling totally empty right?

Everytime you felt horrible about yourself you'd think of your parents.

Your dad was rejected by his gang because he could never hold a gun properly (he would cry in vain after shooting someone) and your mother heartlessly cheated on your dad with her gynecologist right after you were born.

Your mom had crossed boundaries and you assumed it was hereditary when you started to gaslight your dad for money so you could build your dream closet.

"My best friend is in the terminal stage of this very rare, deadly disease."

You looked away, pretending to drop tears, not just because of the act but also because guilt was slowly enveloping you. You continued with your fake emotional tone, "She's so young, but she looks so tired and sick. Fortunately, the doctors found a cure."

This statement made your father stop crying and cover his mouth in surprise. He believed every single word coming out of your mouth.

"And they have to perform a surgery that will cost-" It was like a reflex; your dad burst into tears again before handing you 2000 bucks. It wasn't to save your imaginary friend from the disease but to fuel your will to live. You covered your smile with your hand before taking the money and thanking your dad, already imagining the kind of dress you would buy.

The next day, you woke up before your alarm went off, not wasting a second to go to your favorite place.

You walked all the way from home, which was in the middle of nowhere in the countryside, to the train station.

You wished you lived in Tokyo because then you wouldn't have to add the cost of the train ticket to your expenses, allowing you to spend all your money on dresses. But going there once every month prevented you from emptying your wallet every day, so it wasn't all bad.

Relief hit you when you arrived at the train station early. You took a seat, but then you heard people screaming and arguing from afar.

It was your dad doing his 'new' job after leaving his gang. You thought you were good at gaslighting him, but he was certainly better. He was selling fake luxury brand clothes to a group of oblivious people, arguing with him to get a 90% discount. No matter how stubborn you are, you don't think you could ever fool an entire group of people. It made you wonder how your dad believed all of your made-up stories in the first place.

Little did you know, the dress you bought that day would be the last one you bought with your father's money. Karma got both you and your father, almost bankrupting him. The old gang your father was in denounced his actions, leaving him with no job and no money to fund your wardrobe.

When you looked at the fake luxury clothes in your hands, you wondered how people even fell for this. It was just basic white t-shirts with a brand name; not even your alter ego could like this.

But to your biggest surprise, the scam your father had pulled off hadn't reached everyone's ears. Luckily, you soon received a letter that looked like it was written by an 8-year-old:

"Hi, I saw your big tracksuits when I was walking by the city, but there were too many people buying everything. I was wondering if you still have some left for me. Wait for me at your house at 8 am."

And so you did. You stood at your front door, waiting for the child to arrive. You convinced your father to keep his fake clothes for whatever reason, so you could continue what he was doing in secret.

All you had to do was sell fake luxury clothes to afford your dream ones. With no gang to ever snitch on you, you could set your own prices and stop depending on your dad's money.

You spotted a motocycle and squinted your eyes when the person riding drove towards your home

Was it one of the childs parents ?

The person drove closer blowing some dust before parking their motocycle next to your home, they didnt even wear a helmet for security

You realised she was a girl when the dust disappeared but she didnt look like a mother at all

You didnt realise you were staring that long until the auburn girl came up to you and told you to stop

"hey, I told you im looking for the seller where is he ?" her deep commanding voice made you remind the letter, it wasnt an actual child's writing,she was just writing like a child !

"he's not here, but I'm taking his role," the auburn girl said, looking you up and down inspecting your elegant lolita dress.She was blocking the sun, so you couldn't clearly see her facial features.

"are you messing with me?" You could see her features better when her face got closer to yours, attempting to intimidate you. She didn't believe in you, even though she had no idea those clothes were fake. She turned her face away to spit on the ground, and you noticed golden writing on her large jacket's sleeve.

This girl was definitely part of a gang, you thought.

"stop spitting," you retorted in disagreement with her behavior. It was obvious she was doing all this to let people know she's not playing around, but still...

She raised an eyebrow at you, a bit surprised. But before she could do or say anything, you carelessly opened the front door of your home, which was about to turn into a place of business.

you both appreciate the little things soooo much! if the moon looks pretty one night or there’s a pretty sunset, either one of you is tapping each other on the shoulder excitedly and pointing at the sight.

picturessss! he loves taking pictures of you and does it a lot when you don’t even notice. personally, those are his favorite! you’ll be looking over the pictures he took of that day and see one of you and point at it. “when did you take this?” “oh, when we were at the lake. you looked so pretty i couldn’t help it.” you’ll definitely be blushing so hard.

you guys have the best dates! you love just taking walks with each other, trying new restaurants, going to different museums, or just driving around listening to music. you both love exploring new places with each other.

while you guys love exploring, you also love staying in. just being around each other is enough for the both of you. your favorite pastime together is usually when he’s painting with soft music in the background. you sit beside him and write in your journal or read a book. it’s calming and comforting and you both love it.

speaking of painting, you’re his biggest inspiration. if he’s not painting you exactly, he’s painting things that remind him of you. whether that’s a sunset you both saw together that you were geeking over, a bookstore he saw that reminded him of you, or even small little details about you. nevertheless, you’re his muse.

if you can't make it to one of his shows, he usually facetimes beforehand and talks to you for a little bit to calm his nerves down. but if you can make it to one of his shows he’s with you backstage almost the whole time. the boys tease him for it but you calm him down and keep him at ease.

one cute thing you love about your relationship is when you travel with him on a plane, train, or car! you two share headphones and listen to the playlist you two made together. and when you’re both dozing off, you rest your heads on each other's shoulders. the cutest thing fr!

he lovesssss animals, especially your dog! him and your dog are besties and tbh it gets you kind of jealous that your dog likes hyunjin more than you. butttt kkami is all over you when you’re over at hyunjin’s so it’s a win win.

if you guys are apart for a while, he’ll send you songs that remind him of you and send you some of the drawings and paintings he did. he’ll text you good morning and good night and tries to fit a facetime call if he can. even if it’s a short one, he just loves hearing your voice.

he loves his cuddles! he likes laying his head on your chest and lovessss when you play with his hair. but, he also loves wrapping his arms around you and holding you so so close. he honestly never wants to let go.

baking! you two are adventurous when it comes to trying new things so you bake and cook a lot of goodies (usually late at night) when you’re bored. sometimes, felix will even join in! and when you guys are done with baking you’re goodies, you usually share them with the boys and get their opinion. (they love it every time)

speaking of the boys, they are like brothers to you! it makes hyunjin so happy to know you get along super well with his best friends. all of you are super important to him!

late night convosssss! you two are best friends before anything so you two rant to each other a lot or get into deep conversations about random things.

overall, you two have such a pure and genuine relationship. he loves you and you love him and you two are sure to remind each other any time and any way you can!

Inspiration: One of the things I do to inspire myself while writing is listen to music. I’ve always been musical (piano, viola, and singing) and music can really set my mood/make me think of a scenario. Occasionally when I’m just listening to music in my car, a song pops up and I’m like…"Oh that makes me think of (enter character here)!"

here are some of my headcanons detailing what kpop groups some of the 1-a students would listen too!!

jirou loves day6! prefers k-rock over k-pop but still knows all the best hits of each year. her expert knowledge mainly focuses on second generation groups. it’s as if she’s been spending years preparing for a pop quiz on this. other artists she likes include the rose, xdinary heroes and rolling quartz. she loves boy groups and girl groups equally.

this man is a stan of snsd. tenya is a very cultured man and generally gives me second gen stan vibes. he truly believes ‘into the new world’ changed the trajectory of his life and had the biggest cultural impact of any piece of media in this century. tenya will write an essay arguing this. he also appreciates exo and shinee! hates superjunior (as he should) but hearing lucifer gets his hips shaking side to side.

momo loves classical and instrumental music (her spotify wrapped is just studio ghibli soundtracks) but she can appreciate the occasional k-pop song. she loves female soloists in particular! think iu, taeyeon, chungha, ailee… she knows how to appreciate beautiful female vocals. also has a strong affinity for k-drama soundtracks. the ones with special idol features - you know what i’m talking about. slow, romantic ballads. shows jirou all her favourite ones (jirou thinks they’r kind of boring but listens just for her girlfriend).

izuku loves bts because of the messages in their songs. he finds their story so inspiring. izuku relates to the fact that they built up their legacy from the ground up with nothing but hard work, and that they were ignored for so long. definitely listens to spring day and young forever when he is sad and just sobs (just like me fr). if you knock on his dorm and ask if he’s okay, he will squeak out a response insisting he’s fine. but you can still hear him sobbing into the pillow during the pauses before the next queued songs play. oh and izuku’s bias is namjoon because of how well spoken and intellectual he is, but he admires all members for their passion. oh and and ochako introduced him to twice!! he loves how cheerful their music is.

now, uraraka has devoted her life to twice. she is a diehard twice fan. but she is poor and her only album was a gift from kirishima and she treasures it. her favourite era was dance the night away and her bias is jihyo (this is so intellectual of her). carries a photocard in her phone case. class 1-a surprise ochako with tickets to see them live on one of her birthdays (they piled up all their money) and she just started floating towards the ceiling in shock. then she cried there

mina is in love with ateez!! she loves to learn their dances and appreciates their high energy. also thinks they are the most beautiful men to grace this earth (this is facts). her bias is yeosang. she knows every choreo and it always looks incredible. for school festivals, mina will gather some of her classmates and force them to learn complicated dance choreo to perform in front of everyone. this year it was o.o by nmixx.

shouto undoubtedly listens to loona and is not afraid of admitting it. it’s like the patrick bateman meme - he walks with zero emotion but hi high is blasting in his headphones. however does not know their names, or at least he cannot put name to face. but yes he knows their whole discography. bought an album once and he was shocked at how many inclusions there were (he was expecting just a cd). eventually discovers the loona universe and fan theories and for a week straight it was all shouto spoke to his friends about. they got so annoyed they blocked the word loona from their social medias temporarily so it wouldn’t set him off on a spiral.

: ̗̀➛ katsuki bakugo

hmm.. katsuki loves dreamcatcher. this man has got superior taste. i feel like katsuki would mainly listen to rock music and hip-hop. so other artists he may appreciate are dean, dpr live and epik high. but sometimes you can hear red velvet coming from his dorm and if you question him about it he will scream at you (if it plays when katsu is drunk you can even catch at a peek at him doing the choreo when he thinks no one is looking).

also a cultured man as kirishima is a fan of twice. he joins the girls when they had ‘girly’ sleepovers and learns the dances from them (this headcanon applies to all their ‘girls night’ sleepovers. kiri makes them so much fun). this is especially fun during award shows, where they all gather around a laptop, eyes wide and glossy as they wait for their favourite groups to hopefully be announced as winners. definitely films the dances on tiktok and also shows them to katsuki later. based on mina’s recommendation, he would probably listen to ateez too!

i sense a neverland. this man is obsessed with (g)-idle. denki has a crush on soyeon (he is me). denki cried when soojin left (i did too) but will take this to his grave. also loves stayc. he most certainly owns a few albums. he prefers girl groups over boy groups because he is a bit of a perv (sorry denki i love you!!). but also because denki believes girl groups have superior music. his most played song of all time is tell me by the wonder girls.

Inspo:

Fr tho music is a huuuuge inspiration to me. I have a David playlist I listen to when I'm drawing that just fills my head with 700 ideas per second. I'm thinking of actually doing something where people anonymously send me a number from 1 to 84 (# of songs I have on the playlist currently) and whatever number is chosen, I have to draw something based on the song that correlates with the number.

Aside from that, what inspired my art style was "I like how rusty lake draws noses" mixed in with other cartoony styles that I like. I like shapes, so my style is very shape focused. I assign general traits to the shapes like circle is friendly, square is tough, etc.

So when I design a character or stylize a character, it's mostly about personality. Their shapes reflect who they are. Does that make sense?

I also really like religious imagery and metaphors/symbolism/imagery and would prefer to make my art vague over just outright saying what the drawing is meant to be. Ya know?

Tarot cards:

if I had a cent for every time someone told me that I'd buy myself dinner. I know next to nothing about tarot cards 😭 the reason my art looks the way it does is again, shapes. I like having shape centered backgrounds (ex: sharp triangle mountains. Circles like halos around character heads, etc...)

Here's a recent good example I did for a commission

Symmetrical shapes and lines fit with what I do for my art style. It just looks nice to me. But I'm glad it gives my art that sorta "tarot" aesthetic.

YES! Highly HIGHLY recommend 3Dtotal publishing "creating stylized characters" books. They helped me so much and they're wonderful, easy to follow, with varied examples

3Dtotal publishing in general have a great selection of art books that I think anyone looking to get better at art should check out. Especially stylized art!

Even though you never wanted her to do it she insisted.You walked in your apartment and drop the bags in the living room. “Where were you” Naven asks you looking at the bags than you.”Tish took me to the mall” you say as you wipe your hands on your pants. “You been hanging out with tish a lot lately” naven says in a disgust “She just wanted to treat me and give me gifts” you knew overall she shouldn’t have to treat you but she wanted .”But I’m supposed to treat you “ you nod . “Okay I’ll just tell tish to stop” .

“Tell tish what” She says as she walks in from behind. You turn your head to see her coming in with the rest of your bags. “Well naven believes we have been spending to much time together “ you say looking at her . “Well you have been spending to much time together and tish I don’t need you trying to take care of my bitch “ naven says at the last part you give him the biggest death stare. “Well with all she’s telling me about you she sure does need me to treat her right “ She says getting defensive. “Listen I don’t need you getting defensive over MY BITCH I just want to know why you have been going out with her a lot “ You look at him with a side eye “bitch ?” You overall knew your self worth so him saying that he knew you where on his case “You know I didn’t mean it like that “ You look at him confused. “Woah im not going to let you call her a bitch” she says sticking up for you. “Aye your not apart of this conversation “ Naven says cutting tish out of the conversation. You look around to see who’s he calling bitch . “There’s only 1… 2… 3… people on this room which means it’s only 1 bitch and it’s sure not me, Tish isn’t a bitch I know that for a fact because she knows how to treat a lady right more than you,so that leaves one person YOU “ You say being serious . He knew he just fucked up so it would be a hard recovery. “Aye you know I’m not no bitch “ he says you roll your eyes . “Bro you do this all the timeee , You say some outa pocket shit but when I say the same you get all mad if you know you gon get mad don’t say the shit tf “ You say At this talking with your hands . “I do not” He say’s obviously lying .

Naven did this all the time he did it in your last argument. When he said something he knew was wrong you would say it back so he knew how it felt. He hated when you would do this but you felt like if he dosent want to get called that he shouldn’t say it to you. You would often express that to him but you knew he didn’t give a fuck.

“Mhm whatever you say” you say rolling your eyes.”Now look this only started because of tish so I’m going to let you guys talk that out because it’s like 6 and your party is at 10“ You say slowly making your way to the bedroom. You close the door and begin to breath . “Woah Me and Naven are definitely going to have a talk "

Y/n walks in the bedroom leaving Naven and I to be in the living room together. “Look I know you my homie but I don’t need you to take care because you know I don’t want her to think I can’t take her over” Naven says . “I get it but she’s my friend and you know I care for her” Naven Rolls his eyes and grunted . “What “ I ask him confused . “You know she’s mine right “ he says trying to check me .”Yeah I know that,what are you trying to say?” I question him . “Your jealous “ I look him crazy I guess he doesn’t know . “Jealouss me” I say being sarcastic . “Your jealous that me and y/n are together” he says . “Mhm “ I respond . “Tell y/n ima get going “ I was right now starting to get tired of him . “Wait can you take me to the store to get some party decorations for tonight”. With naven he never apologized he would just ask for a favor and say yes . “I guess”.

I turn on the radio for the car waiting for naven to get his wallet . I feel my phone and I check to see what it was . Naven opens the door and I open the message . To see a picture of y/n .

Moving on to my biggest role model, Isabelle Fuhrman. DUDE~!!!! She is such an inspiration for me mentally; she teaches positivity, health, and friendship.... Okok now the fun part, she's confirmed ticklish. Somewhere on the internet exists a video of her personal trainer using a massage gun to exercise Miss Fuhrman and she was LOSING IT! Later in the story, Jonah's avoidant attachment style leads to a rift in their relationship, which Charlie desperately wants to mend. To show their support and love, they write a song with the help of their bandmates.

Oh, definitely music. It's one of my biggest sources of inspiration. Although sound in general is inspiring, I listen to a lot of ambience sounds when I'm writing and it's literally the only way I can get anything done these days lol

This website is GREAT, especially since you can create your own ambience sound. I saw a post about it on here ages ago but I have no idea who it was.

💿 Which non main album song (including covers, demos and unreleased songs) do you think is most underrated?

I absolutely LOVE the cover of Jar of Hearts they did wbw, as I feel like Tyler absolutely kills it with the vocals!!!!! twenty one pilots did so much for synth emos and no one knows it........ I love the new arrangement they chose for it, the way he adds this level of frantic desperation and sadness to it, where the original is much more of a slow, building agony. tøp's synth-y sound hits that specific niche of both being extremely upbeat and fun but betraying a perceivable sorrow in the homies eyes..... they're just like me fr.

ALSO (controversial opinion) I love when Tyler uses autotune/vocoders as a stylistic choice, because not only does tht reflect it's original intent as a tool, but his voice has a really unique quality to it that sounds absolutely ethereal when run through a vocoder!!! like I know he can hit those notes without one, which is why the tone sounds SO pure and good and it makes me nuts!!! GO LISTEN TO IT OK!!! I also think that Going Down is a masterpiece and highly slept on, and I think that Tyler's story about being inspired by pachibel's canon is extremely sweet bc I ALSO started my music journey by hearing canon on an old shitty yamaha piano and thinking it was the most beautiful song I ever heard and NEEDING to play it. (See also, Por ti Volaré/Time to Say Goodbye - another song that inspired me highly as a musician and it kinda breaks my brain that Tyler made a song inspired by it AND it was the first one Josh heard tht he made tht lead them to becoming a band together.... oughh...) 👽 Favourite Josh moment? I like when he sets Tyler up for a joke and just commits to the bit forever and ever (many examples of this)...... But I also really like when he accidentally ordered the biggest, weirdest pizza in existence and paid like $100 for it.

☆ i'm in a season where i'm learning how to manage my time. as a freelancer. (that's wild)

☆ had a hard time accepting that i'm not living and going to live a "normal" life... it created a lot of doubt in so many areas of my life (my skills, where God is taking me, my relationship, everythingggg). but i've accepted it. and officially (i believe) surrendered it all to God. i feel the vertical typing this lol

☆ my confidence has grown so much as a person. the way God thickened my skin in the past year or so lol...... i still do silly self sabotaging things sometimes but i find it funny now. the past is the past and people are not defined by their sins. i know i'm not!!

☆ been doing youtube solo for about 1.5 years and it's been a riiiiide. announced my channel 7 months in and it took so long to build the courage to do that. today, i built the courage to use a tripod in public and i filmed a mukbang in a restaurant comfortably.

☆ slowly taking this youtube thing more seriously. being more intentional. sitting with God to get inspiration. rebuking fear so i can be open to inspiration. i want to get lost in my Father's presence and in creating... i created a schedule for this week and so far i've been sticking to it (it's tuesday) and i'm feeling so accomplished. feeling less lost and less overwhelmed.

☆ grateful for prestagon. not sure how long they plan on keeping me. it was an immediate hire from lola (elaine's friend) and they pay $40 an hour + $20 gas. so that's $100 for 2 hours of my time. amazing. they are working on giving me more hours. excited to see what other doors will open this year

☆ remember when i said i felt like something big was gonna happen? like spiritually.. globally... that might happen this year. and soon. great things for God's children and not so great things for those not in God's will. feeling the vertical

☆ struggling with celibacy. bf has been so busy so we don't see each other often and although i miss him it's probably good for us so we don't fall. God's been checking me lately that it's me that needs to work on this.

☆ i measured myself today and my measurements blew my mind.. esp that i've been snacking way more than usual lately (i hardly snack these days, so it's still controlled snacking, but a lot of it). my waist is itty bitty compared to when i first started and i'm shocked. i have abs (& flabs). booty and thighs are growing. i actually like working out now fr fr.

☆ idk what marriage is going to look like with monte's music career. but if this is where God wants me, i have 0 to worry about. been in a continual state of surrender lately

☆ God is my biggest fan and cheerleader. my biggest encourager. he shut me up in the middle of prayer last week while i was venting about the bullet point above lol. he interrupted me with immense peace, i had nothing left to say haha it was funny

☆ i want a better relationship with my parents. having to build that as an adult in a filipino household is something else.. but God is softening all the hearts in this house. including mine.

☆ my family loves monte. that makes me incredibly happy
