First Mate Aquired!

The future King of the Pirates somehow found himself turned into a baby and now has to find his crew! Thankfully a skilled swordsman (rattle handler) was right nearby and found himself in the same predicament. What shenanigans have they gotten themselves into?

(So I'm not that new to the OP fandom having started sometime last year and just about to enter the Fishman Island arc and I thought it was about time to baby-fy these little monsters! Also after watching the OPLA motivated me to draw them :)

As a slight difference between these babies and the past ones I've drawn, Luffy and his crew have retained their memories from their older selves so don't be fooled so easily cause these babies can still put up a strong fight!)

I like the feeling of exclusivity and obsession (delusion) as much as Le's sense of trust in Zo, so Luzoro is slightly drifting on the base of Sanzoro that I draw. I'll be jealous of it someday.

I also want to draw Mr. K's story.

If there was one thing that bothered Luffy about his vice captain, it was his drowsiness. Zoro was ALWAYS sleeping, especially during the times when Luffy most wanted him awake.

On a slow day, the straw-hatted captain wanted nothing more than to bother Zoro. He jumped up about the ship, trying hard to find the green-haired male.

When he found the swordsman, the latter was snoozing on the deck.

“Zoooorooooo!” The captain whined as he lay down next to the sleeping man. “Wake up!”

No response was given to Luffy, albeit a small snore.

The straw-hatted captain pouted as he sat up. There had to be something he could do…

In one swift movement, the black-haired male prostrated himself on Zoro’s back, hoping the added pressure would wake him.

To his luck, the sleeping vice captain barely even acknowledged it. He simply sighed in a breath and exhaled gently.

Luffy pushed all of his weight onto his torso, deducing that maybe that pressure would wake him.

Again, it did not.

Now, he was stumped.

In a fit of frustration he bit down on Zoro’s shoulder. Not too hard, but (hopefully) enough for there to be an impact.

Zoro’s eyes opened and his brows furrowed angrily. “Can I help you?”

Luffy’s eyes had stars in them as he smiled widely. He threw his arms around the swordsman’s neck. “Zorooooo! Come play a game with me!”

“That’s what you woke me up for? Seriously?”

“Yeah! Yeah! Yeah! Come on! Nami said she was too busy, and Usopp doesn’t like my games… he’s a little scaredy cat.”

A muted “hey!” was heard from the other end of the ship…

“See I would, but I’m just sooooooo tired.” The green-haired male slurred as he started to close his eyes once more, a small smile of mischief making its way to his features.

“Nooooo! I wanna play a game! Wake up, wake up, wake up!”

Zoro fake snored rather loudly, quite literally a “honk shoo.”

Pouting, Luffy bit down on Zoro’s shoulder again, resulting in the fake snores coming to a grinding halt. “Jesus, Luffy. What are you- NGH-“

“I’m gonna bite you until you say you’ll play with me!”

“That’s ridiculous! Ask someone else T- HNG- To p-play with y-you.”

“No! I don’t care that I’m hurting you! You make me mad!”

“You aren’t hurting me, kid. Nothing you do can hurt me, just have sensi-tive… shoulders… is all….”

A light went off in the straw-hatted captain’s head. “Ohhhh sensitive huh?”

“Don’t you dare- L-Luffy! D-Mph! D-Don’t do that.”

The black-haired pirate sank his teeth into the man’s shoulder, adding obnoxious “om nom nom” sounds.

The swordsman’s teeth were gritted as his breaths became uneven. A dopey grin found its way to his features as he squeezed his eyes shut. “L-Lu-Luhuhuffy-“

“Haha! Big bad Zoro’s ticklish!” A voice chimed from outside of the kitchen door.

An attempt to glare at the blonde chef ended in a snort when the captain’s teeth sank into his upper back. “W-Would you q-quihihit that.”

A little gremlin laugh from behind him answered his question.

Maybe he should’ve just played a game with Luffy after all…

Change of Clothes

"Ugh, what are you wearing?"

"Huh? Oh yeah! Cool, right? It's one of Nami's!" Luffy grinned as he twirled around to show off the ruffles of the white dress. "It's super comfortable! You can really feel the breeze between your legs."

"Okay, but why are you wearing it?" Zorro asked his captain, only mildly confused by the younger man's antics.

"Because my clothes were destroyed in the fight, duh. I needed something else to wear. I mean, I probably could wear nothing, but Nami wouldn't like that. So I asked to borrow some of her clothes!"

"Right." It made sense in Luffy logic. Sure, there were probably other solutions, but Zorro had to admit the dress to look comfortable. It was a short white dress with frills on the top and bottom and a small black bow in the middle of the chest with crisscross straps. It was a surprisingly good fit for Luffy...save the chest area that sagged slightly, but other than that, he looked pretty good. "So...how long are you going to be wearing that?"

"I don't know, probably until I get new clothes." Luffy shrugged as he put a hand on his hips. "Although maybe I'll switch over to a skirt...I like how free it feels. Just need to find one with pockets. None of Nami's outfits have them. It's crazy."

Zorro raised an eyebrow. That didn't sound right...but then again he didn't know shit about women's clothing. So maybe that was a thing. Maybe that explained why Nami always made him carry her stuff. He just hoped that didn't mean Luffy would start doing the same thing in the future.

hey guys, uh… happy near year and all, but i’m sure that post-timeskip luffy is somewhere sobbing in a dark room right now because it’s ace’s birthday. while the crew is celebrating, he’s mourning. a lovely way to start the year, isn’t it? it’s a shame that he could never have a fresh start. poor baby…
