Sebastien Loeb lidera el Rally de la Acrópolis el viernes en día perfecto para M-Sport y Ford, Jorge Martínez se ubica P11

El multicampeón Sebastien Loeb se encuentra al frente después del segundo día de actividad del Rally de la Acrópolis en Grecia pero se ha visto sorprendido por el excelente ritmo de su joven compañero de equipo Pierre Louis Loubet, que se encuentra a solo 1.7 segundos del 9 veces campeón y que logró sus primeras victorias de etapa en la jornada de hoy. Tercero se ubica Esapekka Lappi, nuevamente demostrando su valía como hombre part-time de Toyota al mantenerse en la lucha a 8.7 segundos de Loeb.

El día fue perfecto para el M-Sport y sus Ford Puma Rally1 ya que conquistaron todas las especiales del día. Loeb fue el piloto dominante del día pero cometió un error en la SS5 en la que se pasó en una horquilla y debió retroceder le costó casi 10 segundos. Allí aprovechó Loubet para ganar la especial y ponerse al frente, pero Loeb recuperó la cabeza de carrera con un sólido triunfo en la última especial del día, la SS7.

No fue un buen día para los pilotos que lideran el campeonato por la mala posición de salida que los obligó a competir con una grava muy suelta. Ott Tanak fue sexto a 31 segundos de Loeb, Elfyn Evans quedó octavo a 34 segundos y Kalle Rovanpera se ubica apenas noveno a 1 minuto y 7 segundos de la punta y con bastantes dificultades para salvar un buen resultado en el Mundial. El español Dani Sordo marcó la P5 a 22 segundos de Loeb.

En la clase WRC2, Jorge Martínez Fontena completó con éxito su primer día de gravilla en el Mundial de Rally y con un avance seguro se quedó con la undécima posición en la clasificación del día y la P22 general quedando a 2 minutos y 55 segundos del líder de la categoría, Teemu Suninen. Los otros latinoamericanos también siguen en carrera con Bruno Bulacia de Bolivia en la P7, el paraguayo Fau Zaldívar P10 y el peruano Eduardo Castro, P21. En la clase WRC3, el paraguayo Diego Domínguez ocupa la segunda posición en su categoría Open. En RC4, el mexicano Alejandro Mauro Sánchez también va P2.

Mañana se realizarán otras 6 especiales con el Rally de la Acrópolis entrando en tierra derecha.

The GCPD, under Commissioner Loeb, took an entire day off one day, and crime stats dropped 43% that day alone, setting a new low record for Gotham's crime rate, revealing how corrupt the inside of GCPD was at the time.

Crime stats later fell 57% about 5 months after Gordon took office, which was a factor of both being tougher on criminals, and weeding out the corrupt officials and officers on criminal payroll. It fell an extra 6% when he fired SWAT lieutenant Branden. The jails started to clear up as well, with less innocent people being convicted through falsified evidence created by cops trying to get rid of loose ends and "dangerous" witnesses.

Gordon's achievements also inspired change in the overall legal system in Gotham. Gotham's Prosecutor's office had their own "spring cleaning", which led to numerous corrupt attorneys being sacked and certain "cold" cases (mainly ones that were lazily investigated or manipulated) being reopened and solved. The Mayor was eventually found out to have run numerous money laundering operations for Falcone and has hired hitmen to knock off potential "problems", which he now serves life in prison for.

While Gotham still wasn't the safest place in America, it at least stopped being the #1 crime ridden city in the US, which embarrassed cities like St Louis and Chicago. All because one man took his job seriously. That, and a lot of help from a certain black clad vigilante.

Una jornada de locos se vivió en el Rally de la Acropólis en Grecia, con los comandantes autos de M-Sport y Ford sufriendo grandes problemas en las primeras especiales del día y cediendo el liderato que ahora es un 1-2-3 de Hyundai. Thierry Neuville ha emergido como el puntero seguido a 27.9 segundos por Ott Tanak y con Dani Sordo a 52.9 segundos. Hyundai tiene opciones de ganar su tercer rally consecutivo y seguir acercándose a Kalle Rovanpera en el Mundial.

La pesadilla para el M-Sport comenzó bien temprano cuando en la SS7 el líder de la general, Sebastien Loeb sufrió problemas con el alternador y no pudo reparar quedando fuera de competencia. Las cosas empeoraban cuando Pierre Louis Loubet, segundo en la tabla hasta ayer, sufría un pinchazo en la rueda delantera izquierda y perdía valiosos minutos retrocediendo a lo que en ese momento era la P7. Más adelante, Gus Greensmith abandonó desde la P6 por problemas de motor, dejando al equipo que había partido dominando el rally teniendo que conformarse con migajas.

Otro que sufrió graves problemas fue el líder del campeonato, Kalle Rovanpera, que por segundo rally consecutivo sufrió un accidente. Esta vez, impactó un árbol con la parte trasera del Toyota GR Yaris Rally1 que le causó severos daños y acumula un retraso de más de 16 minutos con la punta. Desde la P19 general, Rovanpera sumará un segundo rally sin entrar al Top 10 y tendrá que conformarse con sumar algo en el Power Stage. Las cosas empeorarían para Toyota cuando un problema en la bomba de combustible dejaban fuera de carrera a Esapekka Lappi, que venía segundo detrás de Neuville.

En la categoría WRC2, Jorge Martínez Fontena había entrado al Top 10 pero debió abandonar en la SS9. El equipo Mapo Motorsport estaba trabajando en el Skoda Fabia Rally2 para dejarlo listo para reenganchar mañana. El boliviano Bruno Bulacia, que venía siendo el mejor de los latinoamericanos también abandonó. El paraguayo Fau Zaldívar se ubica P6 en WRC2 y el peruano Eduardo Castro, P16. En la WRC3 Open, el paraguayo Diego Domínguez ha tomado la punta por cerca de 20 segundos sobre un piloto local.
