Pink Links from Link to the Past ft. Link and the female Link design from an old video game magazine 💕

I was going through old art where I drew a 90s Link to the Past fanart and was inspired to just attempt to dive back in and have fun.

New Scans: The Light and Dark World Maps from A Link to the Past

I 2400dpi scanned and repaired this really awesome set of maps from an old Japanese strategy guide. While someone had posted low quality scans of the whole guide on archive.org at one point; I can no longer find them so I bumped scanning it up on my to-do list. The maps themselves have never been repaired or placed in an online gallery before either so this is probably the first time most people are seeing them.

The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past (Nintendo, 1992)

Maybe about 2 or 3 weeks ago, I decided to play A Link to the Past again, this time going for 100% completion.

And 100% completion I accomplished. Definitely went faster than my first runaround since I remembered some of my previous run.

Now I know I'm not supposed to combine general loz tags with LU but it became a habit to call Link and Zelda Legend and Fable. Funny that, especially since I used Legend for the profile name 🤣

pspssstt. psttttt. you know how sometimes you go to order a sticker you like and the shipping costs as much as the ding dang sticker? GUESS WHAT, sticker-only orders from my shop ship for ONE dollarydoodle in the US. just thought you should know because of reasons (the reasons is i am selling them and i need money to live)

For the first time in who knows how long, Link’s rest is nothing more than an empty void. The shadow clouding his mind seems to draw on for an eternity, but not once does it take the form of a nightmare— it’s almost peaceful, even while devoid of a beautiful ocean or infinite blue sky.  Waking up comes by second nature all the same. No one can dream forever, after all.  As his eyes slowly drift open, Link feels himself sunken into soft fabric. He can hardly bother to move, at first, from the otherworldly comfort he has found himself in—  his arms remain asleep and unwilling to help him sit upright. The boy firmly shuts his eyes for a moment and forces himself to take a look around all the same. His hazy gaze meets intricate wallpaper, lamps lined with silver, and the curtains of the apparent canopy bed he lies in. Finally, this wandering stops on what little he can see of the face of a girl standing not far away; she speaks to an only slightly taller man in the doorway.  He murmurs her name again under his breath. Perhaps the name was a little off, but his mumbling certainly catches the girl’s attention. She promptly drops her conversation and turns around. With a rush, she approaches and kneels at the bedside. “Link— It’s me, Zelda.”  Link blinks. Is that not what he said? If not, then why does her expression spark with something like familiarity?   “Link, are you okay?” The princess has to gently ease Link back into a seat when his response is just to try and stand. Although visibly wracked with worry, she narrows her eyes. “Please, be careful— You only just woke up.”

Link has pink hair in The Legend of Zelda: Link to the Past as part of a haircare cross-promotion that fell through. The game would’ve been called “The L’Oreal of Zelda.”

Finished up this little Link miniature I picked up off of etsy. The Legend of Zelda: a Link to the Past was the first Zelda game I ever played and holds a special place in my heart.

the owl house ended AND the mario movie came out and i adored both but i was too plagued by lttp thoughts. so i had to doodle the tiny guy ever

I'm in the middle of scanning this Link to the Past guide and omg the art is just ridiculous. I am so in love with it.
