I kept trying to find a comprehensive list somewhere but couldn't. So, here's one for me.
Ninja Warrior and Mirko Cro Crop (Ep1)
Sasuke, or Ninja Warrior as it's known as in multiple incarnations, is a sports reality show in which competitors attempt to complete a four-stage obstacle course.

Mirko Cro Crop is the ring name of Croatian mixed martial artist and kickboxer Mirko Filipović. And yes, Sasaki-senpai does clarify that Mirko's not dead.
Jennifer Lawrence (Ep2)
This one is possibly the most infamous reference in JJK actually. Of course, Yuuji is referring to American actress, Jennifer Lawrence. Gege Akutami said in the fanbook Yuuji became her fan after seeing Silver Linings Playbook (2012).

Super Smash Bros. (Ep5)
When the second years first ask Nobara and Megumi to participate in the Kyoto School Goodwill Exchange Event, Nobara's first thought is a Smash Bros. tournament. She'll use Meteor Smash so you can't get back up. All the better if it's the Wii version.
Onita (Ep6)
When Yuuji first starts lamenting his lack of ability to use a Curse Technique, Gojo cuts in that Yuuji can use a power bomb. Because it's something Japanese wrestler Atsushi Onita (who is not a sorcerer as far as we know) can do anyway.
Shonen power techniques (Ep6 cont.)
Yuuji then proceeds to list several other abilities from other shonen series. The Spirit Gun from Yu Yu Hakusho, Bankai from Bleach, and Dodon Ray and Kamehameha from Dragon Ball.
Lord of the Rings (Ep7)
For his training on controlling Cursed Energy, Yuuji is made to watch a variety of movies. For the adaptation, the animators interpreted the cry for Sam as a scene from Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring (2001).

Actually, in the manga, Akutami was referencing I Am Legend (2007). The movie stars Will Smith and his only companion, a dog named Sam, in the middle of a zombie apocalypse. Uh, things don't go well for the dog.
Gojo's other movies (Ch13)
Additionally, there were a few specific movies Akutami had in mind that wasn't carried over to the anime. (Though, honestly, some of these DVD covers in the anime look so familiar and detailed I suspect they are references to other movies. If anyone can identify any of them lmk!)
Anyway, here are the ones we know of in the manga!
Léon: The Professional (1994), The Descent (2005), The Host (2006), The Emperor's Naked Army Marches On (1967). And the movie that Gojo spoils about the super annoying heroine who dies spectacularly at the end is Deep Blue Sea (1999). And yes, if you squint and zoom you can see which dvd has the cover for what movie.
Oikawa Tōru (Ep9)
A blink and you'll miss it stand-in of someone that suspiciously looks like Oikawa Tōru from Haikyuu!!
Castaway (Ep11)
Yuuji makes Junpei laugh when the former unexpectedly recreates the scene from Cast Away (2000) when Tom Hanks' character loses his illusory best friend...

Neon Genesis Evangelion (Ep11, Juju Stroll)

This entire Juju Stroll is a parody of Neon Genesis Evangelion episode previews. With shots that are reminiscent of NGE and a dramatic and frantic voiceover. The standout shot to me was the one of Yaga sitting with his hands folded in front of him in classic Gendo Ikari fashion. They even had Yaga sitting over a burning camp stove just so they could get the orange glow reflecting off his glasses. Ha!
Luncheon on the Grass
The full convergence of all the characters was completed by episode 13 in the first opening. The idyllic scene is based off of Luncheon on the Grass (aka Le Déjeuner sur l'herbe) by Claude Monet. I like how Panda is in place of the dog.
I wonder if Todo being half naked here is further reference to the more scandalous, The Luncheon on the Grass, by Édouard Manet which is what Monet's own painting is a direct take on. (That painting depicts a nude woman sitting with two fully dressed gentlemen.) ...Or it could just be Todo being Todo.
Ichiro?! (Ep15)
Utahime, incensed, tells Gojo to respect his senpai! I'm a bit hesitant about this one, but it may be a reference to Ichiro Suzuki jokingly complaining about not being respected as a senpai during the 2009 World Baseball Classic celebration. Baseball is HUGE in Japan, and the celebration looks wild. It may be iconic enough that it can be casually mentioned and most Japanese would know what Yuuji was talking about. Also, considering the Jujutsu Koshien episode about to come up, it may've been foreshadowing. (Found here)

Sebastian Stan (Ep15, Juju Stroll)
Another famous American celebrity! When asked about her type in episode 15's Juju Stroll, Momo was drooling over a picture of Sebastian Stan. Stan is most well known for playing the Winter Soldier/Bucky Barnes in the MCU. I wonder why her answer didn't pass muster with Todo. Maybe she hadn't had the chance?
Pepper (Ep16)
Nobara, smack-talking to Momo, says the Kyoto school have their own "Pepper-kun" that she should turn into scrap. Mechamaru immediately knew she was referring to himself. 😆 Pepper is the semi-humanoid robot that SoftBank introduced at a conference in 2014.
Great Teacher Gojo (Ep18)
Great Teacher Onizuka, aka GTO, is a classic series about a former biker gang member becoming the best teacher to a class of problem children.
Boogie Woogie
Boogie-woogie is a genre of music, but Todo's Cursed Technique, "Boogie Woogie" is specifically a reference to boxer, Muhammad Ali, who was recorded playing boogie-woogie on camera. (Which ties into an even more extensive reference regarding his mentor. But I won't spoil it here for anime-onlys.) I dare say, Todo's attitude may be a bit Ali inspired too. Haha

Ma-kun of Tohoku (Ep21)
When up to bat during Jujutsu Koshien, Nobara says people call her "the Ma-kun of Tohoku" which... doesn't make sense, since Masahiro Tanaka (affectionately called "Ma-kun" by fans) is already a baseball player for the Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles. 😂
Additional trivia: JJK did a collab with the Rakuten Eagles in September of 2022.
Game of Life (Ep24)
And finally, we end the season with some of our villains playing The Game of Life board game. That spinner, colors, and design are pretty unmistakable. Something extra I spotted is that Choso already managed to get married!

The Juju Stroll at the end of episode 6 references the Igo/Go game series Hikaru no Go. At the end of Hikaru no Go episodes were post-episode segments called "Umezawa Yukari's Go Go Igo!"
Props to r/sofastsomaybe for pointing this out, because like a fool, I dismissed the Go reference as a coincidence.

Anne Sullivan, Helen Keller, and Inoki (Ep15)
During Todo's nichijo fantasy of himself and Yuuji, Todo quotes, "What fool thinks of defeat before even trying?" Incorrectly attributing the quote to something teacher Anne Sullivan said to disability activist, Helen Keller. Todo is actually paraphrasing pro-wrestler, mixed martial artist, Antonio Inoki. Who said, "What kind of idiot thinks about losing before [the match]?" during a pre-match interview.

Seishun Amigo (Ep15)
At the end of that same daydream, with tears and snot streaming down his face, Todo says, "'In our hometown we were invincible,' huh." (地元じゃ負けしらず) Which are a part of lyrics from the popular song, "Seishun Amigo" (青春アミーゴ) by Shūji to Akira. "Seishun" means "youth" and "amigo" of course being the Spanish word for "friend."
Amusingly, I found this JJK fan cover video of the song. Lyrics translation included.

My favourite performances by Aimée: Les Amants de Montparnasse (1958), La Tête contre les murs (1959), La Dolce Vita (1960) – unforgettable as the most elegant jaded rich nymphomaniac in cinema history (pictured)! – Lola (1961), Model Shop (1968) and Justine (1969). But hell, I also love Aimée as the cruel lesbian queen in trashy sword-and-sandal biblical epic Sodom and Gomorrah (1962), with her voice dubbed by an American actress! It’s fascinating to contemplate that at the height of her international fame in the sixties, Hollywood considered Aimée for two high profile roles: the part played by Faye Dunaway in The Thomas Crown Affair (1968) – and The Baroness in The Sound of Music (1965)!

Because you have specifically mentioned Big Thoughts for one Project and Fiddly Bits for the other, I am imagining Wimseyverse folks (Peter and Harriet? Peter and Charles? Peter and Bunter? Harriet and the Dowager, somehow? other various recurring characters?) helping each other out with Thesis Statements on one hand, and data/fact/citation-wrangling on the other. (Is this too unfair. Am I basically asking for Gaudy Night writ again? ...if so: can anyone blame me?)

...Also! I must observe! that in meditating on this I pulled up the catalogue of the A.L. Smith papers at Balliol because this is how Sayers fic goes and thus discovered that "the opening of the University to all was one of Smith's strongest ideals." And it is Smith who thinks highly of Peter, thus telegraphing even before we see him in conversation with Harriet and the SCR in Oxford, that he will be a stronger and truer ally to Shrewsbury than even Harriet anticipates. I am chewing glass and also I am so delighted to have discovered a new thing about Gaudy Night approximately 20 years after reading it for the first time.
So then. Let us imagine a world in which Harriet studies Le Fanu and Peter studies... I would say Donne if he weren't a historian. Let's say diplomatic relationships between England and the Continent in the 16th century. The thing about this version of the Wimseyverse is that the stakes would be -- outwardly, if not intellectually -- lower. And I think I would make Bunter the proprietor of Far From the Madding Crowd (I miss that pub) because I refuse to imagine a Wimseyverse without Bunter.
There are, in this version of events, fewer obstacles between Harriet and Peter (an inferior version.) But if he helps to extract her from an Awkward Situation with Philip (boo, hiss), he then has, from her point of view, blackmail material. Any indiscretion on his part, and her personal and professional reputation could go up in smoke, the mores of the University in the 1930s being what they are. There is also the interesting question of what Harriet does and does not know about Peter's past. His chief interests might not be academic... but he might, as Harriet almost does in canon, choose the cloister as a retreat from the world. And the timeline of Harriet discovering this -- as well as the ways in which the world, in the persons of Parker and Wellers the F.O. man, continues to seek Peter out -- could, I think, be very interesting.

It's that time of year again. Time to listen to cool jazz,throw beads to wild women,and drink powerful cocktails. Mardi Gras has nothing to do with Tiki,but both feature cocktails made with rum,so that's good enough for me.
Mix #138 The Hurricane
2oz aged Jamaican dark rum
1/2oz Demerara rum
1/2oz overproof Jamaican rum
2oz fassionola red
1/4oz grenadine
1oz lemon juice
1oz orange juice
Shake with ice and pour into hurricane glass.
The Hurricane is the classic drink that is associated with both Mardi Gras and New Orleans. Its creation is attributed to Pat O'Brien's,a famous bar in the French Quarter. There are several versions of the story,but basically they had a whole lot of cheap rum they wanted to get rid of,so they created a drink to do just that. The classic Hurricane features anywhere from two to four ounces of rum,citrus juice,and either fassionola or grenadine(or both) to give it a sweet taste and its signature red color. It's infamous for both its potency and hangovers. This version is from mixologist Brian Maxwell. As with most Hurricane recipes,I know there's rum in this,but I just can't taste it. It's very sweet with a touch of citrus on the end,and packs a punch. This drink will use up both your rum and inhibitions. Exactly what a Hurricane is supposed to do.
Mix #139 When the Levee Breaks
1.5oz Barbarcourt 8yr rum
1.5oz multi island white rum blend
1/2oz overproof Jamaican rum
1.5 oz fassionola red
3/4oz falernum
1oz lemon juice
1oz orange juice
4 dashes bitters
Shake with ice and pour into hurricane glass. Float 1/2oz of Fernet Branca on top.
This is a Brian Maxwell creation,his riff on the traditional Hurricane. Call it a grown ups' Hurricane. It's not as sweet and you can actually taste the rum and some spice. It'll smash you up just as bad as the classic Hurricane,but you'll feel classier drinking it. I left out the Fernet because it doesn't agree with me,but this was definitely an upgrade over the classic tourist drink.
Mix #140 Tangipahoa Planter's Punch
2oz aged Virgin Islands rum
3/4oz lime juice
3/4oz orange juice
3/4oz pineapple juice
1/2oz grenadine
Shake with ice and pour into zombie glass.
This is a classic drink from the '30's,modernized by Brian Maxwell to sweeten it up a bit. A very nice drink with a nice sweet/tart balance.
The original Tangipahoa Planter's Punch came from a recipe published in the 1937 book,Famous New Orleans Drinks and How to Mix'Em. I was actually able to track down a pdf of this volume on the web,and in there found a drink named for a pirate which crosses over into Tiki territory. Here's my modernized version:
Mix #141 Jean Laffite Cocktail
1.5oz dark rum
1/4oz orange curacao
1/4oz Demerara syrup
2 dashes absinthe
1 egg yolk*
Shake well with plenty of ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
*I used egg substitute.
Jean Lafitte was an infamous pirate who operated out of New Orleans. In his honor I used Smith & Cross,a proper pirate rum. It's similar to a traditional sailor grog,with the other ingredients serving to take the edge off the rum. A bit harsh for my taste,but give it a try if you like your drinks to be liquor forward. By the way,the cocktail actually has the correct spelling of his name,the one F two T version is the misspelling that was used in English language documents at the time,and is used for places that are named after him. Another fun fact,the original recipe called for "absinthe substitute". This was because at the time absinthe was illegal. Fortunately it's available now,since it features in many Tiki drinks.

Take Hold of Me: Eden and Bo Sinclair

A/N: Made something cause I wanted to write more Eden. Also for some reason I had Little Women in my head so little blurb is based on Something’s are Meant to Be

“Ya know. Not even an hour after you and Lester were born. Vincent and I came into the office. Ma started talking to Vince, ‘bout how to hold Lester properly. Was ignorin’ me though. Probably because she didn’t want me touchin’ you or him. Anyway, Pa was too focused on Vince and Lester also, so I came up to you without askin’, put my finger in the crib and you held right onto it. I looked over at how Vincent was holdin’ Les. Did the exact same thing. You were so calm, you didn’t wiggle or make a noise. You just stared at me and smiled, continuing to hold onto my finger. I got excited. Told Ma and Pa, ‘Eden’s mine!’. Both of them were livid that I had held you without askin’ first. Pa took you from me, handed you to Mama and you started cryin’ and both of them blamed me for it. Pa beat the shit outta me. I didn’t care though cause I already called dibs on you and I promised I’d look over you no matter what Mama or Pa said.”
The night was cool with a small bit of humidity as Eden and Bo sat together on the porch. It was quiet before Bo started talking, only thing that could be heard were the mockingbirds and crickets singing in their nightly band.
“Guess sayin’ I hated mama my whole life isn’t being dramatic.” Eden comments, watching as lighting bugs flash softly close to the grass. Bo chuckles softly.
“No it ain’t.” He shakes his head and sips on his beer.
“Is that why you were always lookin’ out for me Bo? You called dibs on me and decided it was your life’s mission to make sure I ended up okay?” The blonde looks over at her brother, the porch light illuminating his skin. He shrugs nonchalantly making Eden frown.
“Yeah, I knew Vincent and Mama would be at the House of Wax all the time. She wouldn’t have time for you or Lester. And I knew Pa was always takin’ care of the older folks in town, not that he ever wanted to be ‘round his kids anyways.” Bo answers, he takes another sip of beer and looks over at his sister, she didn’t have a smile on her face, it was tight lipped look as she nodded, hearing every word Bo said to her. “I knew how different you’d be too. We’re one and the same. Shit I didn’t think anyone could throw bigger tantrums than me. You beat me the first time you didn’t wanna take off that dress Junibee Smith had put on you.”
Eden and Bo share a laugh reminiscing in the memory.
“Mama made me cry so hard from her spankin’ with that paddle and I still didn’t take it off… we’re too stubborn for our own good Bo.”
“We got every right to be with parents like ours. We understood that we deserved nice things too.” Bo gets up and chucks the glass bottle into the garbage can. It shatters as it hits the bottom of the can making Eden flinch slightly.
“Bo.”
His sister fumbles with her skirt and kicks a bit of dirt off of the deck.
“What.”
She takes a deep breath, nervous to even bring this subject up. “Why do we even bother with this town? I understand Vincent, but we didn’t do nothin’ but cause Mama problems and we hate her, don’t we? She hurt us.”
Bo is still facing away from his sister. His mouth twitches and he crosses his arms, slouching, hiding away from the conversation. Eden’s anxiety spikes and she stands up. She makes a quick decision beginning to head towards the door to go inside and forget about the night. “Neverm-“
“Cause maybe when we reach heaven… She’ll look at us and tell us how good we did. That she’s so proud and that she forgives us for behavin’ so badly when she was alive.” Bo’s tone changes. “We deserve to be loved by her. What better way to do it than by helpin’ her favorite, yeah?“
The two siblings face each other. Bo’s arms go down to his sides. He looks down and kicks his boot lightly. Eden steps closer to her brother, walking up to him like a scared and injured deer before wrapping her arms around him in a tight embrace. Bo hesitates, tensing up almost completely then he wraps his arms around his sister tightly.
“You really think we’ll be able to make it to Heaven? Even after all we’ve done?”
Bo brushes his little sister’s hair to comfort her and kisses her head. He looks at the night sky, the stars twinkling.
“Yeah, cause if Mama made it then, we will too.”
