whatever happened this week, leave It behind you. sunday reset; change your bedsheets, meal plan, outfit plan, clean your room, finish your assignments, eat a warm meal, and prepare for the week ahead. tomorrow is a fresh start.
tips for starting the new week ⋮
∿ Plan your calendar. Girlies, it’s so important to be organized and focused when you come into a new week so you can prioritize getting things done. Go write down what you plan to accomplish or tackle this week, and if it feels to overwhelming, section some of it off for next week or focus on the most important tasks.
∿ Recite affirmations and imagine what you want this week to look like. By practicing this, it sets a certain tone for the week and your less likely to fall into a slump or get distracted.
∿ Get enough sleep the day before. I PROMISE you everyone hates waking up tired and cranky on a Monday morning, and even worse, you have to go to school. Don’t go to bed too late and wake up early to get ready, get your outfit and makeup together, get your bag together, eat a fulfilling breakfast and mentally prepare so you can look your best, feel your best, and be your best.
