Permission from the hospital authority for conducting the study was obtained. Examination was limited to Transabdominal sonography in virgins and where it was not possible to completely visualize the mass by a transvaginal probe. Transvaginal sonography was done on all the patients. Patient with suspicion of adnexal mass on pelvic examination or discovered during previous sonographic examination were included and pregnant patient and patient not willing for surgery in our hospital were excluded. Mandatory written informed consent was taken from all the patient for participation in study. Case control study was done in 50 women with suspected ovarian pathology attending gynaecology clinic at department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology during the period of December 2014 to October 2016. medical college and Rajindra hospital, Patiala, Punjab, India. The present study was a hospital based case control prospective study carried out in department of radiodiagnosis, Govt. This study was performed to truly establish the diagnostic utility of these rules in our country and to estimate and compare the sensitivity and specificity of given rules with histological diagnosis and establish their use as a tool in early diagnosis of ovarian malignancy. of studies are available proving the efficacy of these rules, however a prospective study directly applying these diagnostic rules to the patient was lacking. If both M-rules and B-rules apply, or if no rule applies, the mass could not be classified, and was labeled as inconclusive. On application of one or more M-rules in the absence of a B-rule, or one or more B-rules in the absence of a M-rule, the mass is classified as malignant or benign respectively. Major highlight of the study were 10 simple ultrasound rules that had high sensitivity and specificity and were applicable to a large number of tumours. A standardized technique for preoperative classification of adnexal masses was defined by IOTA group. The limiting factor for early diagnosis of ovarian tumour is lack of standardised terms and procedures in gynaecological sonography. The 5-year survival rate associated with ovarian cancer is less than 30%. It started years ago in 1999 and included nine European centers. To date, the IOTA study is the largest study in the literature on ultrasound diagnosis of ovarian pathology.

the HC WAS broken a bit in Guardian lore- Nari did experience smthn like to death by the lamb’s hooves in order to get sucked down to purg but he’s not rlly like.. Using on-board data to allow ATM green operations.

For the past 20 years, DSNA, the French Air Navigation Service Provider, has been pushing for greener initiatives to promote an environmental culture. To accelerate this transition, DSNA has made the reduction of its environmental impact its primary focus. In the context of the SESAR programme, DSNA leads the project ADSCENSIO (ADS-C ENables and Supports Improved ATM Operations), which brings together 21 partners including AIRBUS, the ESSP, manufacturers and the main European ANSPs, in collaboration with airlines. This demonstration project aims to progress towards the implementation and use by ANSPs of on-board data transmitted by aircraft. This data provides a more precise vision on the ground of the aircraft’s future trajectory and thus reduces fuel consumption and associated CO2 emissions. As part of this project, 9 demonstrations are being carried out in Europe, including two in French airspace using DSNA tools such as IODA and 4Me to display most relevant airborne trajectory data. For DSNA, this project contributes to the implementation of a green operations strategy which concerns all phases of the rolling process from the strategic and pre-tactical phase up to the flight planning and eventually its execution. Once the relevant times & geographical locations for more eco-responsible trajectories are identified, the objective is to allow aircraft operators to make use of them as flight planning opportunities, and then, considering real time air traffic and live weather conditions, to ensure the optimization of flight profiles for every phase of a flight: departure, cruise & arrival. ADSCENSIO is the main contributor to prepare, as request by an European implementation rule, the capability of European Air Navigation Service Providers’ ground systems to make use of aircraft trajectory data by 2027. This project has received funding from the SESAR Joint Undertaking under the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme.

While Gill and The Wanderer took switch hits on the beast, Ioda readied her spear and Modo unleashed a small barrage of bombs. Suddenly the Wanderer was struck hard by the being, bleeding and falling to the ground, a stray bomb hit him. In a beat of a moment, Aoida was able to lodge her spear in the beast, Saati called forth a fireball accompanied by arrows and a gallon of oil applied by Gill. In a last, powerful flash of flames, Aoida ignited the beast and ended the battle. Worn, torn and weary from drudging through underground tunnels, the party traveled back topside. On their way they considered taking some of the Goblin babies as a ‘bargaining’ chip if they were to encounter more Goblins. Towards the end of the stronghold they found the Goblin Shaman and quickly discussed the state of the fortress and the Goblin clans. Shalelu was also encountered at the exit, quickly swapping notes about what lied below and something about more Goblins attempting to enter the ruins. In a slow, but determined pace, they headed back to Sandpoint. It was time for some real rest and celebrations.
