This marks the first time I've ever really rendered clothes in this art style, Lovebrush is doing things to me

i'm begging you guys to start pirating shit from streaming platforms. there are so many websites where you can stream that shit for free, here's a quick HOW TO:

1) Search for: watch TITLE OF WORK free online

2) Scroll to the bottom of results. Click any of the "Complaint" links

3) You will be taken to a long list of links that were removed for copyright infringement. Use the 'find' function to search for the name of the show/movie you were originally searching for. You will get something like this (specifics removed because if you love an illegal streaming site you don't post its url on social media)

4) each of these links is to a website where you can stream shit for free. go to the individual websites and search for your show/movie. you might have to copy-paste a few before you find exactly what you're looking, but the whole process only takes a minute. the speed/quality is usually the same as on netflix/whatever, and they even have subtitles! (make sure to use an adblocker though, these sites are funded by annoying popups)

In conclusion, if you do this often enough you will start recognizing the most dependable websites, and you can just bookmark those instead. (note: this is completely separate from torrenting, which is also a beautiful thing but requires different software and a vpn)

you can also download the media in question (look for a "download" button built into the video window, or use a browser extension such as Video DownloadHelper.)

So I've had this joke in my head for a couple months (at least), but hadn't found the right spot to make it. Today it is complete.

hemlo!! thank ya'll so so much for enjoying this lil comic series!! i know it's been a year since the first part, but most importantly i finished it 💀✨️

every single tags ya'll leave on me posts and past questions i recieve about this au is super appreciated, they make me smile the widest you have no clue!! im just a lil mad at myself that i couldn't expand on this au more so yall could have had more crumbs. irl stuff happened + still getting the hang of drawing and socializing again after years of doing neither of those 😭

but still, im glad i could share this comfort comic i made for myself, and for you guys too. it's a pretty personal one despite the characters not being mine 😅 i hope that you can walk away from this story believing (entirely or not) that someone out there still thinks of you, whether they're from a late/absent loved one who still wants the best for you or a dear friend who will make room in their hearts for you. life will never not be hard, but if you keep them close to your heart, adulting will be bearable 🫂

Cool down doodle from last night. I think the greatest tragedy with older!Clover is they probably grow to about 6'1. But because their family is mostly giant monsters, they assume they're short.

I do feel like the way Kyoshi was written in the Avatar reboot was lowkey influenced by the fandom's perception of her. Cause like in the original show she's really just portrayed as a pragmatist who's willing to kill if necessary. Like Aang is conflicted about killing the Fire Lord and she's like "well if I were in your position I'd do it but that's just me. Good luck." And then people started making memes where she's like a murderous psychopath who thinks extreme violence is always the solution. And it was funny at first cause it was just exaggerating for comedy but now everyone thinks she was actually like that in the show when she really wasn't. And then in the remake her introductory scene is her angrily yelling at this 12 year old that he needs to stop being a little pussy and be a ruthless warrior or whatever and the only explanation I can think of is that someone in the writer's room maybe looked at a few too many of those memes.

Somehow your class had got it in their heads that Johnny wasn't smart. Maybe it was the way he tended to goof off in class when there was nothing to do or the way he would sometimes be too distracted and run into one of the lockers on the way to class. You're not entirely sure but when people made snide comments or straight up put him down, you shook with anger.

Johnny was not dumb. He was on the honor roll, had the top grades in all of his classes including the chemistry class everyone else was failing, and had a full ride to college completely paid for because of his grades.

To everyone else, he never seemed to mind the comments but you knew better. You knew how they festered in his head and made him work even harder than he did before. Made him push himself to be the best so he could prove to everyone that he was smart, he was good, yet he never bragged about his grades.

One day in class you had enough.

You and Johnny sat in the front of class. Both of you were working on the worksheet...well you were working on yours Johnny had finished his before the teacher had stopped talking so now he was chatting your ear off.

"MacTavish, when you're working on your family's farm for the rest of your life do ya think you could give me a discount of lamb since we've known each other for so long?" A boy behind you teased and you watched Johnny go quiet.

Immediately you turned around with a glare.

"Hey Joe, maybe if you stopped sending unwanted nudes to every girl who gives you the smallest amount of attention you wouldn't have to pay off the superintendent to let you graduate," you snapped.

Johnny couldn't stop giggling for the rest of the day.
