hc that chuuya’s power made him a source of comfort for many of the kids in the sheep so he inadvertently adopted a caretaker role and is used to taking care of other people and has experience with patching wounds and lulling kids to sleep after they have nightmares

hc that he couldn’t quite shake this nature of his when he joins the mafia and often ends up taking care of dazai by changing his bandages, protecting him during fights, and overall using his presence to ward off anyone who might want to do dazai harm

hc that he can’t quite shake his protective nature and dazai isn’t used to having someone care about him like that so he just short circuits every time and it’s ultimately what makes him fall twice as hard for chuuya

Have you ever thought about the fact that Chosen and Second could be tied together through their soul. That they share one. That they share their powers. How, when Chosen is at his strongest, Second is at his weakest (when he isn't in godpower mode, i.e. pretty much always); vice versa, when Chosen is at his weakest, Second is at his strongest (Second entering godpower mode in AvA5 when Chosen is down, surrounded by Dark's viruses.)

Have you ever thought about how Chosen and Second could be compared to Yin and Yang. How Chosen has hostile powers, and Second (primarily) restorative. How those two compliment each other and represent entropy and creation; rise and fall; equilibrium. They're each other's halves. They're intrinsically tied together through their powers and purpose. Together, they create balance.

There's something about Chosen trying to find that missing half through Dark...how it's not the same because Dark is also made to destroy—when Chosen and Dark are together, it creates destruction in place of entropy, causing imbalance. And then Second steps in and balances it out again by stopping Dark.

But now we see Chosen in the teaser, hunted. Something is askew—again, imbalanced—and maybe Second is the person who can help Chosen find peace.
