Aight lemme write up a cute lil list for ya anon :-)

Luke: Luke Carder. Lucky Carder. Guy definitely changed his entire legal for whatever reason. Or at the very least his first name.

Leshy: Literally based on the Leshy from slavic folklore. Though before that I thought it was a f-lesh-y pun

Grimora: Grim (like grim reaper). Might also have associations with a Mora from slavic folklore but I’ve never checked, you’d have to ask someone with more info on that

Magnificus: General wizard name (Think Magnificent. The character or the word, up to you). Ficus might also be bc of the tree-like appearance, but might not since he was meant to be an overgrown beard

Po3: L33tspeak probably, or Player no 3 since he’s the third important character in the game plus the third character we’re introduced to (Luke + Leshy are 1st and 2nd respectively. We don’t technically see Luke until after Po3/Stoat, but we hear him before the main menu even pops up, so it counts)

Louis: Lou Natas. Lucifer Satan. Really Lou???

Everyone but Grimora’s ghouls have occupation/role type names. Except Rebecha, but she’s existed longer than Inscryption has

BRW: Reginald. If you’ve played The Hex, this one’s more of a callback than a pun. But still

So. Only other characters without pun names would be Royal, Sawyer, Kaminski, and Amanda if I remember correctly
