I'd like to think that sometimes Crosshair fights against his chip.

It could be voluntarily or involuntarily, maybe it's to get the voices to stop, but he does it.

I'd like to think he calls out for his brothers, distraught as he's alone and scared. He doesn't usually feel fear, so it freaks him out even more when he realizes he's alone.

I'd like to think he's frantic in the room stripped of his brother's influence, but it's also so achingly familiar, like deja vu. Maybe in his panic, he wonders where his brothers are, if they're safe. He cares more than he will admit, about them and their wellbeing, so when there's no traces left of his vod, none of Wrecker's booming voice, none of Tech's datapads, none of Echo's supplies to clean his mechanical parts, none of Hunter's clothes scattered about, nothing to cling to of their existence, his steady, controlled hands start to shake.

I'd like to think that his emotions overwhelm him because he's never experienced anything quite like it. Fear, dread, sorrow, regret, it weighs on his chest, threatening to break every bone and expose his raw and bleeding heart.

I'd like to think that in his panic, he can't control the influence of the chip, and he feels it slowly crowding his thoughts like a thick cloud of poisonous gas, and amidst those thoughts, before they are buried under the inhibitor chip, his frantic mind falls to a question.

Why is he alone?

Maybe Crosshair even screams their names, clinging onto his last wisps of hope that they can get rid of the voices. That they can save him.

I'd like to think that in his last moments before he is pulled under the chip, he thinks of his family, the ones who protected him throughout his childhood, stood by his side, defended him, protected him, saved him.

Then he blinks, and those thoughts are gone, reduced to a bad dream, and CT-9904 is left staring at that exact spot in the wall that Clone Force 99 used to tally their missions, the cascade of voices now a familiar buzz in his mind.

I'd like to think that CT-9904 wonders what happened to his old squad, and maybe that's the barest influence of Crosshair in his head, but he shakes it out because, to him, it doesn't matter. Good soldiers follow orders.

I’d like to think Crosshair is still in there, maybe hidden underneath the tangle of CT-9904, but waiting for his brothers to return to him, to save him, and bring him home.

I don't like it when people make post-fog headcannons and leave certain killers for dead, soooooooo.....

Adiris runs a korean style coffee shop [ dabang ] post-fog! It's probably located in some small town or city, enough of a population for Adiris to get socialization in. I won't get into the circumstances of how or why this happens, but she does end up in the world already speaking English. . . . so it isn't exactly troubling for her to get a footing. I also like to think killers or survivors could approach her, and she would host them if needed. Her heart holds heavy guilt, however, and she'll end up apologizing to survivors profusely when prompted.

Though... there are some she's extremely scared of, considering she's a normal human now with many scars from her condition.

Speaking of scars- you'll see half of Adiris' body all scarred up if you ever see her human. Her toe is still missing as well, but both of her eyes now function normally. Unfortunately, she's partially blind in her left eye.

Overall, I think Adiris manages to find some peace, adjusting to modern society surprisingly well!

How is he supposed to stay calm when you, his s/o (the 'love of his life', his words not mine) is fighting a creepy fan of his that could have potentially hurt you!? You should have told him about this so he could handle it himself! No need to get yourself in danger like this! (cue a bunch of nagging from Izumi). I hope you realized that despite his harshness, he's genuinely worried about you and wishes that you just told him instead of taking matters into your own hands. He's constantly asking if you aren't hurt anywhere and that you're actually okay, even though you said you're fine he'll still check himself just to be extra extra sure that you're fine and not hurt by the encounter. Next time (if there is a next time), at least warn him about it, I don't think his heart can take it knowing you could have been hurt.

➮ ARASHI NARUKAMI is shocked, for sure. This isn't the first time someone has tried to harass her, being both an model and an idol you're bound to get these kinds of people after you. That's the price of being famous. She's used to it though, she's used to handling these kinds of things everyday, especially with dealing it alone. What she isn't used to is seeing her s/o defending her from a fan that tried to harass her. She isn't one to ask for help from other people, not liking the idea of burdening the people she loved with her problems. She'll gently nag you about how you could've been hurt by them or worse if things were to go down south. But that doesn't stop her from praising you for being able to defend yourself. She might just ask you to play knight for her. Thought next time without the cost of you being in harm's way.

➮ RITSU SAKUMA is surprised but he won't show you. He covers it up by his teasing and smug demeanor. He'll definitely teased you about how maybe you should be his knight instead of him. Saying how you'd keep him protect from all the bad people trying to get between you and him. But despite all the teasing he does, he does worry about you. Deeply. Even if the situation was minor, the idea of you getting hurt still haunts him. What if you being hurt ends up him losing you? It's a scary thought indeed. The fact that it was one of his fans also haunts him, how him being idol can hurt you as well. This event might just trigger him to be more possessive of you and possibly more clingy. He knows you won't mind too much. Just let him hold you a little longer, please.

okay, so as far as i know there is no cannon reason why crosshair always has a toothpick so here is my headcannon

okay, so i think it's a substitute for smoking. since clones don't smoke and they don't have access to cigarettes (because they can't fight if they're coughing up a lung from smoking so often) i believe it's a stress reliever.

so instead of smoking to relieve stress, he fiddles with his toothpicks every time he's stressed, or anxious, or frustrated. (tbh i would smoke to if i was around the bad batch all the time, they are a lot to handle)

i mean, we see him take out a toothpick from a box, like someone does a cigarette, puts it in his mouth, like someone would smoke it, and then throw it either in the ground or away, like someone would a cigarette.

in conclusion crosshair uses toothpicks as a healthier alternative to smoking because lord knows that if crosshair got his hands on cigarettes, that man would smoke them so often he would die at half the age of his brothers.
