Gytha Thorkelsdóttir (Old English: Gȳða Þorkelsdōttir, c. 997 – c. 1069), was a Danish noblewoman. She was the wife of Godwin, Earl of Wessex and the mother of King Harold Godwinson and of Edith of Wessex, who was the queen consort of King Edward the Confessor
Last time we focused on Brian, Oz and Damien.
So this time it's Vicky's turn! (However, it's more of an explanation part).
Unlike Brian, Damien gets along with her much better. As long as she keeps her hands to herself!
But apart from that, he can tolerate the constantly happy Frankenstein monster quite well.
He's already caught on that she and Oz are something like reading buddies.
At least they're always talking about books he's never heard of.
(Though he hardly knows any books anyhow, so that could also be the reason that he has never heard of the titles).
He is not really interested in these conversations most of the time.
On the other hand, it's quite cute to see how much Oz comes out of his shell when he's talking to Vicky.
Although Damien won't let Oz's stitched together friend touch him, he will definitely accept food from her if she is willing to share whatever snacks she has with him.
Vicky thinks it's super cute how attached the little hedgehog is to Oz.
She also finds it pretty funny how grumpy the small one often looks.
It's a pity that he won't let her touch him, but she doesn't try to force anything and just observes him with a little distance.
Even though they haven't talked about it yet, she somehow suspects that their little guest might become a permanent member of their shared apartment.
However, in case she's wrong, she's already working on a plan to cheer Oz up if he should part with his new friend.
"Aw! He's so cute!"
"He often gets sleepy after eating like this~"
"From the look on his face, he seems to be doing pretty well, too."
"Yeah, I think he's settling in by now."
"Must be because he sees how good you take care of him."
"Y-you think?"
"Of course! After all, you're the only one who can pick him up without him starting to growl or bite. And he lets you pet him! But say… "
"Yes?"
"Do you want to give him a name?"
"A name? I… I don't know… Should I give him one?"
"If he stays with us longer it would definitely be handy."
"Maybe. I'll… I'll think about it."
