New fanart today, this time featuring Ghiji as a belated (again) birthday gift for @archangeldraws, Happy Belated birthday!

Fun fact, I had actually finished and posted this piece yesterday, but then at the last minute realize that I had forgotten to draw Ghiji’s fingers!

By the time I noticed it was too late to fix it that day and I had to wait until today to post the fix.

After the MUTO war, Jet became very protective of the Titan Tikes, especially Miwa, Fuji, and Koji.

This was prompted when Jet found out that Daitan initially hid that he and Miwa were dating cause Daitan thought it would be “Cringe”. The Exchange above was proceeded by Jet saying “You are dating the most Brave, Willful, Fluffy, Being I have I ever had the Blessing of meeting and you call it CRINGE!?”

Kura sniffs the chain, then starts chewing on it. She tries to pull, but it's obviously way to heavy and doesn't move at all. Kira comes closer to watch her sister.

Ghiji on the other hand was waiting the whole time

Ghiji: Can I show my quickstart now?? I really wanna show, it's cool!!

Ichi: [He heard Ghiji and turned him] Hmm? Oh yes, you can. Let’s see what other abilities you have. [He smiled]

San: Oh! Quickstart? I want to see that!

It seems Ni didn’t hear Ghiji, he was watching as Kura played with the chain.

Ni: Bite as hard as you can. I assure you it won’t break, believe me; I’ve used all my jaw strength on it. [He gave a small smile]

Parental Revelations

"It's Funny, Jet Jaguar, how you adopted this child, when you're the one who orphaned her in the first place!"

These were the words spoken by Cameron Winter not two hours ago, now he stains the Hudson. The worst part is he's not wrong, Jet killed hundreds of MUTOs during the war, and despite his denial, Ivory's bio parents were most likely among them. and While Jet was touched by the fact that Ivory refused to believe the madman, he wouldn't let her live a lie, no matter how much it broke his heart to do so.

"Ivory, c-can you come here?" Jet said, nearly choking up on his decision, but he needed to do this.

"What is it Dad?" Ivory chirped, Jet started tearing up under his helm. She was only 3 years old, how could he do this to her? Because he loves her, even if she may never love him again.

"He was right, I did kill your parents." Jet said while turning his head away from Ivory.

"WHAT!?" Ivory Screeched, causing the other Kaiju to turn their heads "No, No, No, Tell me you didn't!" Ivory slammed her claws against Jet's chest "Dad, Please!" She sobbed "Tell me you didn't"

"I'm sorry, My child, *Sniff* I cannot" Jet lowered his head in shame.

Ivory screamed at Jet Jaguar and stormed off. She was Followed by Kozi and Zilla. Kiryu and Komi checked on Jet Jaguar.

"I know that was hard, but you did the right thing" Kiryu said, a comforting tone in her robotic voice. Sadly the comfort was rather cold, given the circumstances.

"You did the best you could, but it's out of your hands now, Brother, it's all up to her now" Komi said

Ivory had retreated to a nearby building, but as soon as she entered, lights flashed on and blinded her. She looked around to see pedestals with pieces of deceased Kaiju on them.

"Dad's Trophy Room" Ivory snarled she walked around before hearing her cousin enter the warehouse, blocking off her exit.

"Ivory please listen..."

"To what Kozi?! You try and defend my dad?! After what he did?!" Ivory Roared

"Now listen here you little bitch, Jet Jaguar has sacrificed a lot for you, and for me, so you will hear me out." Kozi Growled, causing Ivory to draw back.

"Jet Jaguar didn't have a choice to save them like he did you, Your father was a warrior, and your mother was protecting the den. Jet couldn't spare either of them, and still save you, hell he would've been killed before he could even fight back. Your Dad has only been motivated by one thing, protecting the ones he loves." Kozi walked over to the first trophy, a robotic arm "He saved my dad from the reanimated corpse of my grandma" she moved to the two drills "Saved me from Megalon" she stepped towards a buzzsaw "Saved Uncle Angurius from Gigan" she then looked into the eyes of the middle of three dragon skulls. "He saved Ghidora, Jira, and Ghiji from Shadow Chaser" and lastly she walked over to a piece of spiked shell "he saved my Mom from Snapshell, and killed the unkillable" Kozi turned to face Ivory "and Tonight he risked his life to save you, He's not the monster who killed your parents, He's just a man who will live with that guilt for the rest of his life, but it would be much easier with you by his side."

Jet Jaguar was slumped forward on the pier watching the sunrise, he was deep in thought, until he heard clacking from behind him. Jet whirled around to see Ivory, he smiled under his helm, and she smiled back. She crawled up next to him, and watched the new day dawn.

You beat me to the punch, I was drawing a comic to sorta explain the whole Ghiji meeting your mothzilla Kids. Considering dimension travel will be a major thing my work, I was gonna have two Jets, (the one that fought Shadow Chaser and the one that slaughtered those Mercs) probably with one of the kids saying “Oh Great, now there’s two of him”.

But I like where this is going better. 😜

Jaguar’s Run

This tracks Jet Jaguar and Ivory’s journey across their two years of running from Godzilla and company.

After their defeat, Jet went got the closest known Godzilla-opposed Kaiju, @ridicbirds Aptenodytes, and by extension Aptenodytes’ Daughter @ya-boi-perish‘s Orcanna. Aptenodytes hears Jet’s pleas and with a heavy heart turns him away, knowing Godzilla is furious and worrying for the Safety of his own daughter.

Next Jet heads Home, where he is able to keep his head down for a good 10 months, His mother, General Tracey “Face of Terror” Jaeger shipping nuclear materials to him to Feed her New “Granddaughter” with Zilla Jr. and restored Kiryu patrolling the waters and Kozi and Komi patrolling the land. However it all goes south when Sydney Walker becomes the Crackler again. Sydney can now become full energy, instead of just controlling it. Jet suits up to stop him, but knows this will attract Godzilla. Jet is then outfitted, by HEAT, with extra boosters on his legs and arms.

Jet rockets across the USA and up through Canada avoiding water as much as he can. He stops at the mountains along the Alaskan-Canadian border where he meets a Dragon-like kaiju named Caelignis(made by @qualxon) who says he can stay as long as Godzilla’s far away and he helps her hunt. Godzilla tracks Jet across America, but it takes him 6 months to reach Caelignis, but by that time Jet and Ivory are gone.

They’ve rocketed off to Hachijo-Kojima to call in a favor with Ghidora and hopefully Jira(By @archangeldraws) won’t turn them in. She doesn’t and actually doesn't even mind Ivory that much after she see’s her playing nicely with Ghiji. Jet and Ivory are able to stay there for six months before Jira tells them to move on, She can’t keep lying to her brother, and with each lie she fears what Godzilla might do as retribution.

Last place they head is the Philippine sea to beg Bakunawa(by @tuzi0usagi0bunbon0bunny) for help, she obliges as Godzilla has lost their trail for now, but she tells Jet, He can’t keep this up forever, and Ivory most certainly can’t. He stays with her for about a month before coming to the forgone conclusion that either Ivory’s gonna die or Godzilla is. and like hell will he let it be his daughter. So he tells Baki to tell Godzilla where he is going, the final battle has come.
