Hello!!

For the Imposter self aware universe, how would Mayou and Arashi treat the player? I really can't imagine them being mean and honestly wonder what they would do.

I think it has been like a month since I last posted anything, sorry about that!

How would Mayoi treat the reader in the imposter! Yandere self-aware AU?

I think Mayoi would probably be one of the easiest characters to deal with in this AU where the characters think you appearing in the game drove the player (also you, lol) away from them

This is not because he necessarily is super nice to you or anything like that but rather that he would mostly just leave you alone

Mayoi is shy and very nervous around people so he most likely wouldn´t ever really try to approach you, even if he is upset with you for driving away his darling

They were the one source of light in his life, the person that kept him going and now they´re gone because of you!

After the player is "gone", Mayoi will just turn into even more of a recluse, refusing to leave his room now that there is no point to anymore

So he would just silently wallow in despair within his room, silently cursing you for causing all of this but never once directly approaching you. Might still sometimes watch you from the vents though, kind of glaring daggers at you but then shrieking and immediately scrambling away if you notice him

He gets strangely engrossed in keeping a “watchful eye” on you and making sure you´re not causing any trouble, how strange...

How would Arashi treat the reader in the imposter! Yandere self-aware AU?

Now I think Arashi actually has the potential to be a good deal more hostile than you might have thought. To her, all is fair in the name of love and she would go to great lengths to achieve her perfect love life

Which is why she is very frustrated and angry when she realizes that her beloved player, the one she wanted to spend the rest of her life with, is suddenly gone and at the exact same time, you appeared in their world instead

Arashi is pretty ruthless when it came to her love rivals and now she would kind of just see you as an extension of that. You may not have been fighting for the heart of her darling but she sees you as the cause of her player disappearing.

If she rationally thought about it a bit more, Arashi might have taken pity on you. You look so sad and miserable, sitting all alone at your table while eating lunch, having everyone either purposefully go as far away from you as possible or openly insulting you while passing you.

Truly, your dejected look makes her heart tinge in an inexplainable way but she pushes all of that to the back of her mind as soon as it happens.

She cannot allow herself to show sympathy for the one that chased away her love. Deep down she realizes that it´s not really fair to you but she needs someone to push the blame onto, to have a person she can hate all she wants to try and make herself feel better about her situation

While Arashi wouldn´t beat you up (probably) she would definitely throw some snappy or mean comments your way whenever you tried approaching her. She´s not beating around the bush and will very bluntly tell you that she does not like you and that you should probably stay away from her if you don´t want her to get even madder

Arashi truly can be scary when you´re not on her good side

Summary: Sometimes it just takes an aunt to get things rolling... And Arashi is willingly that aunt. She has to be the best aunt she can be!

“ Apologies to be… Troubling but… Nyeli… I have to… Uhm… Right, meeting! Meeting for a bit! And someone has to… Look over him. Could you in your time off, Arashi? Please!? I'll make it up too! Promise! ”

Of course Arashi could not let this opportunity slip away! This was a rare occasion after all. Spending time with her adorable, little nephew, all by herself? Little Nyeli was always so busy with Ritsu–Chan or Izumi–Chan, she started feeling a little left out. Now, she understood that the little kitty was trying to catch up with his older brother and was very clingy towards who he called Papa, but she wanted to spend time with him as well sometimes. This wasn't fair at all! Well, now she will finally get her chance. And she was going to make these few hours count!

Her schedule had been free this afternoon, a rare occasion. It was perfect, especially for something she was able to plan ahead for. It has been weeks since she had been planning this out, especially once hearing something directly from Izumi–Chan.

“ Patch has been growing rapidly for the last few weeks. And resizing and cleaning his clothes is becoming a little tiresome. “

Yes, it had not been Arashi's eyes. They were not playing a trick on her! In fact, she had noticed this for a while – Nyeli–Chan is starting to grow.

It was hard to imagine, given that he had been small for months on end. Ever since having pounced on Ritsu–Chan and calling him his ‘Papa’ Nyeli had not grown even an inch. He was always so small and everyone was certain that he would stay that size. Even when asking Ann she had said that Nyeli had not grown the years the two had spent together. At all. So having him suddenly increase in size like this was a new experience altogether. And it was a new experience as well, seeing the little boy grow like that. It has started to become visible, even the blank eye could see it. Besides, when trying to carry Nyeli it had become a little harder since he had grown bigger. Arashi could still lift him up in one swoop but it took a bit longer than anticipated. And since he seems to constantly grow out of his clothes it might be soon where he can no longer be picked up so easily. A shame really…

That is the state of things. And needless to say, Arashi had decided upon herself to take Nyeli shopping for a bit, make him look good while also giving him some clothes he will need. Though he had been a little pouty at first, turning away from everything he saw. He could be a difficult child sometimes.

“Nye!” He even said with his puffed up cheeks, turning away from every article of clothing she was showing him. He was surely a stubborn one. It reminded her of his ‘big brother’ for sure. Both are very stubborn when they want to be. Just over different things but one could clearly see it. Time to convince little Nyeli.

“Is there still nothing for your liking?” She asked, keeping calm however. There was no use getting upset over it after all. “You won’t even try some things on?”

“Nye!” He sounded insistent.

“But you won’t know, maybe you will like something out of these.”

“Ny… Nye…” He was wiggling in her grasp, though his tone had become a little softer, a tiny bit weaker even.

“Haha, listen Nyeli–Chan, you don’t have to buy something at the end of the day. I won’t be mad at you for that.” She said, though understanding all the same. Arashi had heard of it after all, how attached he could be to his old clothes. It was exactly why Izumi–Chan went through the trouble of washing and resizing the clothes each time to begin with. “But maybe trying it out can’t hurt. And besides, don’t you think it would help out your siblings as well?”

This made his ears perk up for a short moment, turning his head back and lifting it up, gaze ever so curious. “Nyauntie?” He said, the confusion slightly written in his own face.

“I heard the trouble your brothnya is going through, despite his busy schedule.”

This sentence alone seemed to make the kitty think, eyes wide for a short moment and staring in silence. Not to mention that his own gaze was going all over the place, looking everywhere but also nowhere at this moment. Was that all which had to be said?

Oh she didn’t mean for it to go that far now! Not for his ears to droop and having the guilt written all over his face when he turned back, facing Arashi once more. “Ny… Nye?” He even let out weakly, almost afraid.

“Well… Of course. Why wouldn’t he?” She chuckled, trying to calm Nyeli down and reassure him by petting his head softly, though also reassuring him all the same.

A small purr echoed from the kitty’s lips and he seemed to slowly get into a better mood all things considered. Though the move he did next was nothing she had seen coming, not necessarily at the very least.

Because he had reached out with one of his nubs next, swatting, trying to grab something from the selection of clothes before finally grabbing something and holding it in one of his nubs, right up to Arashi. His eyes could say it all, even if he seemed a little hesitant. ‘ Th… This one! ’ A tiny shirt in Nyeli’s favorite color, blue.

She herself was a little surprised. So he was eager after all, one just had to explain it. Honestly, at this moment she is just happy that she might have gotten through to the little kitty in the end. And he seemed eager despite his obvious hesitation.

“Oh, you want to try this?”

It was met with a quick nod. “Nye.”

“Haha, alright. Then let’s get you changed. Maybe you will like it more than you think.”

Though that was just the start of that little shopping trip. After all, Nyeli would not get out of this without a few new pieces of clothing~

Well, or rather he had not gotten out with… A few new outfits… Yeah, just a few…

“Naru–Chan, what did you do!?” Oh Izumi–Chan could be ruthless once he found out about that. Truth to be told maybe she and Nyeli had gone a little overboard. Because the moment she came back with the kitty to the studio to meet for the next meeting within Knights itself she had been carrying various shopping bags with her as Nyeli was on top of her head. Needless to say, all members had looked at her in confusion, why she had been out shopping at a time like this. But it had been important and she quickly defended herself by pointing out this was not for her to begin with!

However, she had dropped one of the several bags and it revealed all types of children’s clothing, all hand picked for Nyeli. The scolding would be something predictable, how ‘she went overboard and spent too much’. Even when she defended herself. “Well, Nyeli–Chan needs the clothes! He’s growing, right!? So we planned a little ahead and picked things he liked!”

“Things he– How did you get him to pick out anything else!?” Was Izumi’s first response before he shook his head. “Ugh, nevermind. Please tell me you had a budget…”

“W… Well…” No, she didn’t. “Th… That’s not important, is it!?”

“You keep spoiling Patch too!? Are you serious right now!?”

“Spoiling!?” Perhaps. Arashi couldn’t help herself. Plus she’s the aunt here, not the mother or sister. “Now listen, see it that way! He needs it, right? If he keeps growing so rapidly.”

Luckily Nyeli defended her. She could feel his head nodding right on her own. Not to mention the quick ‘Nye!’ echoing out of his own mouth.

“He doesn’t need two entire closets worth of clothing!”

“Yeah… This will be tough to fit all in…” Ritsu–Chan’s voice interrupted the scene going on right now, making the two arguing in question turn their heads to him. He had kneeled down and picked up some of them, eyeing the clothes carefully. “I have to ask Mikarin if he minds sparing some space for a while…”

“R… Really now?” Arashi asked, somewhat.

“Yeah.” Ritsu nodded before standing up. “But look at it this way Secchan… You don’t have to worry any longer.”

“Hah? Worry about what?” Of course Izumi–Chan would have his usual annoyed tone for a moment, almost glaring.

“Nyeli having nothing to wear. Isn’t that why you tried to hurry all the time?” Ritsu countered quickly, adding a slight chuckle to it. “An over worried older brother. Or should I say Mom?”

“Wha– Oi! What’s that supposed to mean now!?”

“Exactly what I said, Mommy Secchan~”

“Oh why you—”

And yet, the outcome was the same. In the end Nyeli got to keep his new set of clothing which did him more good than harm… Right? And he didn’t seem to dislike any of them either.

So this was a win–win in the end, wasn’t it?
