If you didn’t know I LOVE KANATA SHINKAI AND EVE/EDEN!!

I know this is random but a reminder that I do also have different interests as well! I love enstars and project sekai! I’m mostly in those two the most! And I wanted to share my oshi’s with you!

He’s my main Oshi!! I love him and he’s literally so sweet and pretty and he’s also pretty cute and caring! He cares for his friends and he’s strong too! I also just chose him cause blue hair and pronouns lol

I also produce Eden!! Mostly Eve tho but I try and get Nagi and Ibara when I can!

I’m waiting for his ass to come home (I love Hiyori tho!)

(Tbh I only have one card of him which was moonlight disco…I missed most of them- I WILL GET MY HANDS ON MERMAID HIYORI THO) I FREAKING LOVE THIS DUMB CABBAGE MAN

This man is just hot and I love him so much like- he deserves everything and the whole world like I love Jun Sazanami so much. (2nd Oshi!!!)

when you think abt it the kq trainee system started with hongjoong and without him ateez basically wouldn’t exist and to think that before that happened his talent wasn’t seen and instead his so called mentor made him believe he wasn’t talented enough to the point he didn’t want to participate in his groups music because they told him he wasn’t ready for it which is crazy because if there’s anything this album showed is that he is more than capable and ateez can do amazing things in their music without that fuck ass man i’m sorry

#i fear eden doesn't know how to make different enough music for two different groups #i mean if you look at the concepts they're very different but that's all the creative team (i assume)#if u just listen to the music especially certain songs sound like they could be from the same group #theo.ask #edit im not saying he doesnt have a wide range of music he makes obviously fever is very different from what they make lmao #but im saying that for someone producing for two different groups i think the music he makes for them is too similar #and like yeah producers will have a style but surely im not crazy in thinking this lol

no but EDEN's setup was crazy... having the researchers be white people clones that were perfect and ideal by white supremacist standards and having them perform unethical experiments on the other mutants and birdmen... the way they do have it BETTER than the others but are still exploited nonetheless by the institution of capitalism in the end. They are born to be free labor and will rarely live long enough to form plans of resistance. The way eden calls itself EDEN and purports that THIS is paradise. this institution of capitalism? is paradise. adam and eve were expelled from the garden of eden when they ate the apple granting them knowledge of good and evil. so too was fox "let go" after he grew critical of eden's doing... in a sense, having gained the knowledge that what eden was doing was evil. crazy shit

Eden and the other writers give Cassandra more respect than Chris ever did. I forget if it was one of your Tangled Talks or a different interview, but I remember Eden saying that she's always approached Cassandra as that sad lost little girl who was abandoned by her mother and that place of trauma

I don't specifically recall her saying that, but I don't think I've relistened to that episode of Tangled Talk since it aired, so it's entirely possible she said it there. XD (But, as you said, also entirely possible that she said it somewhere else.)

Respect is such a good word for it. The people who developed her were those who actually worked on her. Chris steered the story, but he only physically wrote a few things for the show, and he only had a couple of ideas, most of which were bad even if they did end up being made.

Eden, the writers, artists, and animators worked with what they were given, and they made something incredible. I'm still not a fan of the character, but despite that, I can acknowledge the talent, skill, and depth that brought her to life. There was a lot of care put into her.
