Summer after first year of uni, WWX shows up to class with piercings
Snakebites, a nose piercing and an eyebrow piercing
LWJ has Thoughts™️ about this but he does manage not to stare too much.
So as he's focusing on not staring and drooling like a dog, he hears the conversation between WWX and his friends who seem equally as surprised
"Wen Ning wants to become a body piercer so he's been using me as a guinea pig to get practice!"
And LWJ feels himself suddenly itch for vinegar
"But honestly he's really good at it! It didn't hurt at all, he's so gentle-"
LWJ has to drop his pen so he doesn't break it

And WWX winks and sticks his tongue out.
LWJ bolts right out the door.
