I need to know; In the waterpark, do Sun and Moon teach kids to swim? Just Sun? Or do they just make sure kids who can't swim wear their proper flotation devices? I feel like they'd be the most exciting swim instructors!

One of the first things sun and moon does in the morning is gather kiddos to the lazy river to learn or strengthen their ability to swim before their day in the park! (it’s closed off from teens and adults in the morning) Typically Sun leads the front, encouraging the kids, demonstrating to them what to do in a fun activity style way and Moon covers the back for the ones that need more one on one help and makes sure everyone stays together and in his sight.

Of course afterwards everyone under a certain age still is required to wear a flotation device while in the parks but the animatronics want to make sure every kid walks out of the lazy river with that skill.

Their wonderful teachers so the children learn fast while also having a fun time!

Learning to kick and stay afloat is the biggie so everyone starts with a flotation device to learn the motions :))

I think something that a lot of batfam fics don’t take into account, especially fics where they meet the justice league, is that the kids alone could reveal Batman’s identity.

Of course Batman doesn’t want to introduce his kids to the league. If he only had one or two? Sure he’d probably eventually be ok with them meeting, lots of people in Gotham have one or two kids. But there are at minimum 6 bat kids, if you’re only counting the ones he adopted legally, though we all know that Steph is always there for the shits and giggles. The number of people in Gotham who have six kids? Specifically 5 sons and one daughter? That list is probably pretty short. It wouldn’t take a genius like Tim to link the bats to the Wayne’s, and all of their associates.

Huh dicky Wayne’s best friend is from star city. Batman’s eldest son is really close with kid flash (who also happens to have red hair)

Huh didn’t spoiler make a joke about kissing both RR and Black Bat? Didn’t two of the Wayne kids date the same girl (at different times)

Huh Damien Wayne moved to Gotham at the same time the new stabby Robin showed up.

The mere existence of Bruce’s kids could reveal not only his but all of their identities. So of course he’s going to hide their existence.

Despite everything, it's still you.

#me #ive cut back on lifting a lot due to injuries and struggles with my joints and instead picked up lane swimming in march #i had never used a public pool in my life and never swam with intent before #it was new and kind of terrifying but i needed to move my body again in a way that didnt cause pain #the first few times were pretty rough- i couldnt swim well or hold my breath and struggled with the repetitive motion and breathing #one day beams of sunlight shone through the airy space and large windows and cast shining watery reflections on the pool's bottom #i had been learning water caustics for 3d art and i loved to watch them #its gotten a lot easier now and i can let my mind wander and enjoy the sensations instead of worrying about drowning #the cool water on my skin #the muffled amniotic sounds of bubbling fluids #the mosaic tiles and patterns #the sunlight and caustics #every time i go its a social stress test- but I've gotten better at handling it and it helps me connect with other people in a tiny way #i dont know what the future of my body's training will look like as i plow into middle age #but im proud of myself for doing something totally new and finding joy in it

honestly as someone who is really isolated post-covid, I have to reiterate just how much impact kind retail workers have on someone’s life.

like it just fucking…I haven’t been out of the house in weeks, you know??? and today I was met with kindness several times, and it just makes such a difference in a scary world when the contact you have with humainty is workers who get treated so shittily and still have patience for disabled people who take a long time to find their scripts or their card like…it just really has an impact.

#the concept absolutely fascinates me and this isn't the first time I've thought about ocs based on this mechanic #yes this is inspired by me dipping into [Propagation]#soundwave #mostly tfp or bayverse but not exclusively #like. thinking about tfp Soundwave and if frametypes like his used to be more common (of course probably looking more like his pre-war self #I believe in [Passivity] his less chunkiness was explained by him missing most of his cassettes which he got back??#for fractured reflections i absolutely imagine the sg con cassettes and the baseline con cassettes hang out into just a pool of cassettes #i just started wondering about Fiasco possibly getting a symbiote or two but i feel like it'd be more like the rid15 mecha #where the connection is less #maccadam #transformers
