TOH Agere Headcanons

Luz- The first regressor of the group. She spent a lot of time on the internet, so of course she'd heard about it. The minute she read the description she practically felt her eyes glaze over as something clicked. It was like she'd finally found the square hole for her square peg! Of course she came gushing to her mom about it, showing her all these websites and articles about how there were other people like her who indulged their childish nature. Ms.Noceda, or course, couldn't be happier that her daughter has found a community and something so harmless that makes her so happy. She's ready and willing to spoil her baby all over again!

Amity- Absolute angel when regressed. It took her a while to even feel comfortable regressing. She'd wanted to try it ever since Luz mentioned that she does it but Amity just never felt safe. At her own house she risked her mother herself finding out and even at the Owl House or other places she risked someone who knew her or her mother finding out and telling on her.

When they got stuck in the Human Realm Amity was stuck with this bitter relief. She felt so bad about it, but a part of her was happy that she didn't have to constantly fear her mother's watchful eye. This newfound safety and Mama Noceda's unconditional love caused her to involuntarily regress. She actually panicked at first, but Luz was quick to catch on and Camila was more than happy to take care of her.

She's cautious at first, even of her steps. She takes slow careful, stomps almost, staring down at her feet to avoid tripping and falling. She does her best to do things by herself and looks entirely petrified to ask where the bathroom is. It sparks a rage in Camila, and a fiery need to protect the child in front of her.

She beams with pride the first time Amity makes a mess. Watching her knock over a wooden block tower with glee. Of course the girl wastes little time before picking them all back up again, but those ten seconds she sat there, surrounded by scattered rainbow blocks, Camila had never been happier to see a mess of colored toys.

The first time she asks for something, really asks for something, Camila nearly cries. It's nothing outrageous, just a pair of big doe eyes peering up at her, asking for an extra cookie before, but she's so proud of her little spell-caster she comes back with 3 cookies.
