These bookmobiles are pure magic!
Bookmobiles are ones of the most awesome vehicles the man ever created. They are a unique and magical way to bring the joy of reading to people around the world.
Lulu Moon Owl Books has recently shared on Instagram a series of breathtaking images showing cozy, beautifully enlightened bookmobiles that are ready for your visit.
The images were created with Midjourney, Photoshop, and Lightroom.

GUYS GUYS OMG THE AMAZON BOOKS IN GEORGETOWN IS CLOSING
so for those of you who do not know (should be all of you) i live within the proximity of washington dc
and this one area of the city "georgetown" where all the rich people live (houses georgetown university) is really fun to walk around sometimes because its like a quaint lil town area and the houses are super cute
but dc is rated one of the best cities in the country for independent bookstores
in fact the whole time ive lived somewhere within the proximity of washington dc
ive been to a barnes and noble one (1) time
the rest of the times have been to indie bookstores because there are just so many good ones in dc
for example
politics & prose (2 locations)
capitol hill books
east city bookshop
bold fork books
bards alley books (not in dc, but close-ish)
then one day i go to georgetown for a rare book festival
and i notice this big fucking sign that says "amazon books"
and then i get a little sad because part of me thinks that this could signify the beginning of the end of the indie bookstore in dc
(side note i live in the dc burbia)
everything in the suburbs is so commercialized
pretty much everything is a franchise of something else or a national chain of some sort
(thankfully this area is super ethnically diverse so there are a bunch of ethnic restaurants and grocery stores that are locally owned)
and it just made me sad that this might be starting to happen in dc
because to me dc has always represented freedom more in the intellectual sense as opposed to the 'murica style freedom that the us capital represents elsewhere
BUT THEN THE PEOPLE OF DC PULLED THROUGH AND JUST DIDN'T GO TO THE GTOWN AMAZON BOOKS
thank the flying spaghetti monster crisis averted
THANK YOU DC-ISTS!
