Ever since he had arrived at his office to begin the preparation for the school year Nedzu had felt the hairs along his back stand on end, there was a current in the air that he was the only one who seemed to be able to feel. The feeling never followed him out of his office so he sat tense behind his desk, waiting, flexing his paws in anticipation for whatever was going to happen.
Nedzu can't stop the surprised squeak that he releases when there is a flash of brilliant white light that blinds him and the sound of shattering porcelain that is a thousand times louder than it should be.
“Time is all wibbly wobbly, but if you use enough force you can punch through the fabric of the universe. Code Feral Five.” A female voice gasps out hurriedly.
He tries to clear the spots from his vision and freezes in his chair at hearing the words, no one should know that code, it was a code that shouldn't even be possible.
“Code Alpha Omega Infinity?” He hears himself ask, still stunned.
“Omega Alpha Fatality Aim Ten.” The female answers him.
Nedzu is off his chair and taking hurried steps towards where he now sees a woman with gold eyes that have crosshairs instead of pupils, short white hair cut into a bob. She is cradling another person, they are strangely androgonys Nedzu notes, they have the same white hair and pale skin as the one who is conscious, he assumes that they are siblings.
“Nedzo-sensei.” The female says in relief.
“Ah, it’s actually Nedzu.” He corrects absently, still trying to gain his equilibrium.
“Right, right.” The woman mutters. “Dimension travel, you would think I would remember that, I built the damn machine. Well that and your fur is a different color.”
“Excuse me, but you know an alternate me, but I have never met you.” Nedzu interrupts.
“I was Hatsume Mei, this was Midoriya Izuku. We obviously can’t be them anymore, but Izu needs your medical attention.” The conscious female answered.
“Why mine?” Nedzu asked cautiously, there were only a paw full of people who knew he had medical experience.
“Your counterpart, he altered us.” She answered. “We were waking Izu up from their last session when the bunker was breached. It was the first time we had turned on the machine, it short circuited the camouflage and the defenses. Nedzo-sensei pushed Izu into my arms and pushed us through. It was too late for Eri, she was…the only reason the machine still worked was because it needed her DNA, not for her to be alive.”
Nedzu feels that his eyes are so wide they almost feel as if they would pop out of his sockets. Alternate him had altered at least two humans, he understands that he would be the last ditch effort in preventing the same thing from happening to even suggest dimension travel, and so for them to travel back they would need to be altered. He just didn't understand how anything could get so bad that he would willingly alter someone's DNA or genes.
The woman gave a nearly silent sob, it jolted Nedzu into moving closer to them now that he knew that they were unlikely to be enemies or out to harm him. He made his way towards the bookshelf that was on the left side of his office and pulled out a series of books. There was a click and the whurr of gears turning as the bookshelf moved away from the wall showing off another doorway.
“Follow me, we can get your companion stable, then we will get you new identities and speak more about what you need from me going forward.” Nedzu said as he scanned his paw on the pad to open the door.
Izuku’s head hurt, it wasn't a new feeling ever since he had first woken up in a bunker with Nedzo-sensei. The thing that worried him the most was he could only hear one heart monitor, and the air did not smell the same as it had for the last seven months. He held back the groan that wanted to escape him, he knew that he shouldn't give away that he was awake simply for the fact that he couldn't recognize where he was.
“Izu.” He heard Mei call.
Cracking his eyes open the minimal amount he needed to see Izuku finally did groan, he would know Mei’s eyes anywhere, and they were so close to him he was surprised that he couldn't feel her weight on him.
“Mei.” He croaked. “Morn’”
Mei doesn't answer him, just throws herself into his chest and hugs him around his shoulders and neck awkwardly. Izuku feels just a little more confused about what's going on but he lets his friend cry on his check as he drags his hand up and down her spine. He waits until she stops shuddering against him to try and get answers.
"What happened?" He asks, his voice cracking awkwardly.
"I finished the machine, we turned it on, everything went to shit.  Nedzo-sensei had just started your wake up procedures,  Eri was killed, we got shoved through the machine." Mei explains in broken clipped information.
"It worked?" Izuku finds himself asking dazedly.
"Un." Mei nods against his sternum. "Nedzo-sensei is now Nedzu-sensei, he has white fur not brown."
Izuku makes a surprised questioning noise in the back of his throat. He feels Mei give a snort of amusement against him.
"Nedzu-sensei got you stabilized but you're the one who knows the full plan, all I knew was the code word sequences." Mei says quietly.
Izuku frowns, he knows that they had all gone over the plan together at least once, but as he thinks about it he understands that Mei had been under a lot of pressure to get the time dimension travel machine working, it was highly likely that he didn't remember or even pay attention to what was being said.
"It's okay MeiMei, I can get everything rolling." He soothes her.
Izuku shifts his left hand from her back and into her hair, he cards his fingers through her hair gently knowing that it is something that grounds her a little.
He doesn't know how long they laid on whatever bed they were on, Mei had fallen asleep on top of him, not that Izuku minded much, his friend was a living weighted blanket keeping him grounded and his thoughts in order. The door to whatever room or secret lab they were in opens, the only reason he even notices is the rush of differently scented air that flows into the room.
"You're awake." A familiar voice states.
"Hello Nedzu-sensei, I believe we have a few things to speak about." Izuku replies.
The quiet tap of shoes and then silence is the reply he gets until he feels a slight dip in the mattress beside him. Izuku turns his head and looks at the alternate version of his once sensei and takes a moment to take in the differences.
"Where do you want me to start?" Izuku asks the chimera.
"At the beginning of course." Nedzu-sensei answers with a guarded grin.
Izuku sighs softly.
"My name was Midoriya Izuku, I was born July fifteenth, to Midoriya Hisashi and Midoriya Inko." Izuku starts at the beginning, he knows it's not what Nedzu-sensei meant but it's important. "Midoriya Hisashi goes, or went, by many different names and titles, Sensei, All-for-one, the symbol of evil, Shigaraki Hisashi, dad, husband. Inko was simply a secretary for a lawyer's office."
Izuku takes a deep breath and holds it for a few seconds before letting it out in a rush before he continues. "After I was diagnosed quirkless Hisashi left, what I didn't know at the time was he got into a battle with All Might when I was five and was injured badly. All Might thought he had killed him, but ultimately he had failed. Life growing up was hard, but that's not important, it's something that we will touch on later."
"At fifteen I was given One-for-All, nearly killing myself with it because of how badly I was trained and how little information All Might actually knew about the quirk. I got into UA, and the attacks started. The league of villains, backed by All-for-one, started trying to kill All Might, they failed the first few times, but they had so many plans and back up plans that eventually they succeeded." Izuku paused for a moment to check on Nedzu-sensei and see how he was following along.
"The league had bioengineered monsters called Nomu, they were made from people on the brink of death, altered and then given multiple semi compatible quirks. What we didn't know was All-for-one was working with doctor Garaki Kyudai." Izuku sees Nedzu-sensei flinch at the name, but he keeps speaking. "He found a way to give All-for-one's apprentice All-for-one without the original being transferred. The apprentice, Shigaraki Tomura, original name Shimura Tenko, only had one goal and that was to turn the world into dust. Between doctor Garaki and All-for-one they had an army of Nomu that they released on the world. It was chaos."
"Do you know where the doctor could currently be?" Nedzu-sensei asked with a snarl.
"Maybe, depending on the year." Mei cut into the rather one sided conversation.
"Alright, please continue." Nedzu-sensei ordered with a sharp nod.
"The population all hid in bunkers, most heros stayed above ground and fought back. I was badly injured and brought to your counterpart, he got me stable and we started to plan and go through scenarios. A year or so ago Mei showed up, Nedzo-sensei had already started to alter me, we were trying to not only separate One-for-all from me, but return my original quirk that All-for-one had taken. The three of us then worked on a machine to punch through the fabric of reality, and made it so Eri's rewinding quirk would send us back in time."
Silence fell over them, Izuku shifted under Mei who was still laying on him in mild discomfort. He knew he hadn't really explained anything, but he didn't want to.
"I know it's not the information you wanted, but if you take the USB from my thigh it has Nedzo-sensei's electronic journal as well as most parts of the plan, a few personal things for Mei and myself aren't there." Izuku informed the chimera.
"Local anesthetic or knock you out?" Nedzu-sensei asked with manic cheer.
Izuku raised an eyebrow at the question and the cheery tone. "Nothing, just go for it." He answered.
Nedzu-sensei gave him a hesitant look before he plucked a scalpel off of the try Izuku hadn't noticed resting beside him, the blade was pressed into his leg slowly. Nedzu-sensei kept looking up at his face as he gently but firmly cut into the tissue of his leg. Not bothering to wait for the chimera to pull on gloves or grab a pair of tweezers, Izuku sticks his fingers into the cut and digs around until his fingers brush against the plastic. He pulls it from his skin and holds the blood covered USB drive out to the chimera.
“Everything Nedzo-sensei agreed you should know is on there. I know a little of what's there, but I would prefer if you only brought us in on things as they come, we need to get acclimated to living again.” Izuku says sternly, he really has no want to deal with more than he needs to get in personally.
“Nedzo-sensei made note of when we would be needed.” Mei affirms what Izuku had suspected.
Nedzu-sensei gives a small nod then he jumps off of the medical cot and walks away, he pauses at the door and turns to them.
“I will look this over, once you are better rested we can set up identities and get you on your feet.” Nedzu-sensei. tells them softly before he disappears through the door.

Family Dinners - dpxdc
"Holy shit, you're Bruce Wayne!" Danny gaped, jabbing a finger at the man sitting at the head of the table.
The bustling dining room goes silent as everyone turns to look at him.
"Danny, who did you think was going to be here?" Tim asks, disbelief plain in his voice and Danny feels his face flush red.
"Sorry, I, uh, I guess I just never put it together. Tim Drake-Wayne. Wayne Manor. It, uh, makes sense now." He laughs sheepishly and scrubs at his neck before slumping back down into his chair.
"Well," Tim says with an indulgent sigh, "at least I know you're not just friends with me for my connections."
"Yeah, I'm really sorry, I just never thought about it, I guess."
Danny sinks lower as everyone around him laughs. Come to dinner, he said, the food is the best, he said, ignore the family, he said. Danny really wishes he'd listened to Tim and just ignored them—almost as much as he's regretting accepting the offer in the first place—but... he's having dinner with Batman.
Ancients, that's so weird!
The last time he saw Batman was in the future and, suffice it to say, it was not going well. There hadn't really been time for family dinners there.
Wait. Family dinners?
He peers around the table, openly gawking at everyone as it all clicks into place.
"Everything alright, Danny? Now realising who everyone else is?" Tim asks with a roll of his eyes.
"Uh... something like that..." Danny mumbles as everyone laughs again.
From further down the table, the smallest Wayne scoffs and clicks his tongue.
"I thought you said he was smart, Drake?"
"So, you all do it, too, then?" he asks, ignoring the jibe. Danny's only a little bit jealous as he thinks of how much easier they must have it, how much easier it'd be if his family had been on his side, too. "You all work together?"
"Nah," Dick says from across the table with a brilliant grin. "Tim's the only one that works with Bruce, we all have different jobs. I'm a police officer in Bludhaven."
"Disgusting." Danny blurts out without thinking—because seriously, what kind of self-respecting vigilante would also be a police officer?—before clapping a hand over his mouth. "Sorry."
The whole table laughs again, the loudest being the blonde girl a few spaces down from Dick. Look, Danny wasn't really paying attention to names when they were all paraded in front of him. Dick only gets remembered because his name is a joke.
Come on, Danny, recover!
"That's, uh, not what I meant, though."
"Oh?" Dick asks, cocking his head slightly to the side. Is it Danny's imagination or does his smile tense slightly?
"Yeah, I mean like, you know, in costume. It must make it so much easier to have everyone together like this."
"Costume? What do you mean?"
Yeah, Danny's not imagining it, everyone tenses up at that. It's really only now that he's realising that this probably isn't how he should bring up that he knows about their... night time activities. In fact, he probably shouldn't be bringing it up at all.
"Uuhhh..." Danny looks wildly around the table as he continues making his stupid noise. Think, think, think! There must be a way out of this!
"Danny?" Tim asks, looking concerned.
"Oh, Ancients, this isn't how I wanted it to go at all," he mutters, slipping even further into his chair. He's almost on the floor now and he so, so wishes it could just swallow him up.
His real first meeting with Batman was meant to be cool! He had planned to be Phantom, maybe save them from a tight spot, prove his worth as a mysterious and powerful ally as thanks for the help Batman gave him in the future.
"Danny, what are you talking about?" Tim starts tugging on his sleeve in an attempt to pull him back up from his pit of despair.
Eventually, Danny relents and sits up straighter, hiding his face in his hands and whining all the while.
"I'm sorry, I just didn't expect him to be here and it threw me off so now I look stupid and it's so embarrassing!" he wails, flailing his arms wide. "Why wouldn't you warn me that Batman was your adopted dad, Tim? Couldn't you have let me know?"
"I'm sorry, what? Danny are you alright? There's no way Bruce can be Batman, look at him!"
"Yeah," the blonde girl laughs from the bottom of the table, "look at him! That's a wet noodle of a man! Batman can actually do things, B is incapable of pretty much everything."
"Thank you, Stephanie," Bruce sighs, massaging his forehead.
It's... Those are the first words Danny's heard Batman say since everything went down and it's enough to knock him out of his embarrassment.
It's really good to hear his voice again. Especially now, when it's strong and healthy and full of personality—even if that personality is little more than a tired father right now—far better than how it had been, at the end.
Danny sits up, back straight, and grins. He's got this. He remembers it perfectly. Some people count sheep to fall asleep, Danny repeats his mantra to be certain that he'll never forget it.
"Gamma alpha upsilon tau iota mu epsilon, 42, 63, 28, 1 colon 65 dash 9."
Once again, the whole table falls into silence.
"Holy shit..." breathes the other D name (Duke? Danny's pretty sure he's Signal) from opposite Stephanie. "Isn't that...?"
"The time travelling code." The littlest Wayne says stiffly. "We have met in the future?"
"That's not just the time travelling code, Dami." Dick says, looking between Danny and Bruce. "That's the family time travelling code."
Danny's grin freezes in place.
"I'm sorry, what?"
"1 colon 65 dash 9." Dick explains, still flicking between him and Bruce. "It means you've been adopted into the family and we should all treat you as such, no questions asked."
"Tell you what, I'm about to ask a question." Danny says, dumbstruck. "You just told me it was a code to identify time travellers, not anything about being adopted! What the hell, B?"
Bruce looks about as shellshocked as Danny feels.
"We must have been close," he says finally, after opening and closing his mouth like a fish out of water a few times.
"No! Not that close!" Danny reels back, taking a deep breath ready to refute it all, but... "Well, I mean, you found me when I first got stuck, and you helped me get better despite being... And then we fought together against the, uh, bad guy, before he, um, he... before you couldn't."
An uncomfortable beat passes while they all pick up on what Danny tried so hard not to say.
"So, you're not from the future, then, you travelled there and came back?" Tim asks, breaking the tension and leaning forward with a glint in his eye.
"Yeah, it was a whole end of the world thing, but don't worry about it," Danny says with a hand wave, "It's all kosher now, won't ever happen."
"What did happen?"
"Seriously, don't worry about it, we cool."
"How long in the future was it?"
"About ten years? You were pretty spry for an old man, B," Danny laughs, wishing they'd get off the topic of what happened and get back to the adoption bit.
Everyone shares degrees of a cautious smile as they relax out of the shock, and Dick—whose grin is the biggest—says, "No wonder you got the family code, you're already riffing on him like one of us. How long were you there for?"
"A week, before I managed to get back to my present and stop him then."
"A week? Jeez, B, that has to set some kind of record, seriously."
"Oh!" Danny says, sitting bolt upright and blinking in surprise before pointing at Dick and bouncing in his seat. "You're Nightwing!"
"What?"
"That's exactly what Nightwing said when Batman told me the code! Makes so much more sense now."
Dick laughs and claps his hands, delighted.
"You were not formally adopted?" The grumpy small one—Dami?—asks, his face pinched.
"I didn't even know I was informally adopted."
"And your parents? Are they alive or dead?"
"Damian, stop—"
"They were dead in the future, but they're alive now." Danny says, looking down. He fiddles with the tablecloth, twisting the fabric around his fingers as he fights down the pang of sadness that he always feels when he thinks of them now. He forces a bright smile on his face and hopes it doesn’t look too strained. "I just, uh, can't talk to them much, anymore."
"Damian," Dick warns, "1 colon 65 dash 9. Treat them as family, no questions asked."
"This is Damian treating him as family, the little turd has no manners." Tim scoffs, rolling his eyes, but he gently bumps shoulders with Danny to knock him out of his funk. Danny can't help but send him a watery smile.
"I have the most exemplary manners, Drake, unlike some people." Damian spits, crossing his arms with a pout. "I was merely ascertaining his status to see how he could possibly fit into the family."
"I know this is all a bit sudden, Danny," Bruce smiles, ignoring Damian and reaching out to lay a warm hand on his arm, "for all of us. But if I felt strongly enough to give you that code after spending a week with you in the future, then you are more than welcome in this family, if you so choose it. I think I can speak for all of us when I say we'd like to get to know you a bit more."
"I know a threat when I hear it, Bruce." Danny snorts. "But, yeah, I get it. I'm sorry this is all so weird, it really wasn't how I wanted to find you again, but... I'm glad I did."
"So are we, Danny." Dick says, with a warm smile. "And formally or not, 1 colon 65 dash 9 means you're family. Welcome to the fun house! No take backs or refunds, sorry. You're stuck with us."

Why doesn't the justice league know about Amity Park?
Okay so it's been a bit sonce I watched the show but one of the things in DpxDC is the anti-ecto acts, which I love, but correct me if I'm wrong, I THINK ??? they only show up in reality trip? SO: What if Danny, when using the gauntlet to undo everything, also got rid of the Anti-Ecto acts? but this is babys first time editing reality so he uh Fucks Up A Lil'. As a result when Danny used the reality gauntlet to wipe the AEA from existence he accidentally wiped Amity Park from perception. A big 'nothing matters over here' jedi mind trick, and now no ones looking at Amity. So, the Justice League actually WERE looking into and monitoring the situation in Amity, but when the perception filter closed them off, all of that suddenly went ignored.
This is noticed when someone (Alfred, Dick, Tim, literally anyone) realises theres just. A BIG dusty pile of case files semi abandoned somewhere in the cave when going through a (time period)ly cave cleaning.
They put it down because it's Not Important.
They come back to finish the cleaning the next day and do the exact same thing, but there's nothing to actually distract them this time and it pings as weird. Because why would case files be not important? They are by definition important, because only things flagged as important go into case files.
They try to get someone else to read it, because as long as they don't read the information in the file, they don't put it down.
That person goes to read it, gets a line in and then says something like 'that isn't important' and goes to leave. Person A pushes it and person B ALSO catches on.
Que the Batfam trying to figure out hey, what the fuck actually?
Meanwhile, how is Amity fairing? Canon compliant everything's going alright? Or have knock on effects to No One Look Here started to show?

Danny, Sam, and Tucker all share one braincell. One that just went on vacation.
A Giw patrol was hunting the trio down.
What else were they meant to do. Not jump in the random natural portal? No they all just convince each others it’s the best option.
Danny can make portals now. Hell maybe wulf was nearby. They were in the woods. He’d left portals open before.
It was probably safe! Better then a continued chase.
Well.
They were somehow seperated. Somehow not in the ghost zone. And was this even there dimension???
Sam was at a lost. Suddenly landing in an alley. In a grim alleyway. She could dig the dark atmosphere. Someplace called Gotham she’s assuming based on the newspaper the Gotham gazette.
Well. If she could handle that ghost prince kidnapping fiasco she could handle this place. Time to cause some trouble.
Tucker wasn’t that concerned about the separation. For now he’d hack into local sites gain some insight. There was no listing of amity anywhere. No doubt Danny would make the news soon enough. He could chill in jump city for now.
Danny. Well Danny was just vibing. He crashed landed on some farm. The two who came up to him were so nice! They gave him pie!! It didn’t even fight him.
He had no idea where they ended up. The vibe was similar to home. He could still make portals easy enough. But he had no idea where to start looking for sam and tucker.
But!! Jon and Martha promised him their son would be able to help! He had connections… apparently. He couldn’t risk the cops. Plus they let him help with the animals!!!!
He is sure that sam and tucker could take care of themselves for a few days. He was apparently out of town.
Jazz for her part. Had been on her way to pick up the three idiots. Only to see them in the distance jump through a portal. Well. She might as well give the Fenton speedster a test drive.

the convoluted doctor who lore gets extra funny when you realize that, at two separate points in the past, two different companions to two different doctors ended up running into rasputin but both came to the conclusion that he was a pretty nice and normal guy. which, depending on how you interpret the power of the doctor, is either a nice subversion of a lot of tropes of stories used in pre-soviet russia, or side-splittingly hilarious as you start imagining the master getting roped into various adventures with different versions of the doctor that he can’t fuck with yet or else he’ll destroy the timeline, forcing him to play nice with the humans as part of his 4D Time Chess Master Disguise Plan #3852

Hatsume Mei had been surprised when the ceiling of the bunker she had found refuge in gave a groan and then collapsed inward.
Surprised but not unprepared.
This particular bunker had been sealed for four years, the residents all hand-picked and transported there, a grand total of six people. Awase Yosetsu, Kenranzaki Bibimi, Fuwa Mawata, Maijima Higari, Yaoyorouzu Momo, and herself.
In the beginning she had thought it was awesome, all she had to do was fix support weapons and items as they came from some sort of drop off tube on the surface, build replica items so the heros were never without support, and try to invent new and better items.
Two years into being sealed into the bunker, she had started to lose hope, the support items coming in were no longer a large variation, now she only ever fixed the same twenty items. The lack of items needing to be fixed had led to them having a large quantity of weapons stocked, the worst was when ten million’s gloves and mask had stopped coming.
So when the ceiling caved in her first reaction was to dive for her babies and outfit herself with as much fire power and defensive items as she could. The light burned her eyes and her skin felt like it was on fire, but she didn't allow herself the time to react.
Maijima, Power Loader, was standing between her and the Nomu. Yaoyorouzu was limp on the creature's claws, Fuwa and Awase were nowhere to be seen but the spreading puddle of blood suggested that they were under the rubble, Kenranzaki was behind the Nomu with her legs pinned.
"Hatsume, leave." Maijima barked.
"But, sensei." Mei answered, her tone deviated.
"Use that locator you built and find another bunker, you're the only one who is mobile." Maijima told her.
Mei felt tears slide down her cheeks as she saw what he was talking about, he was injured as well. A large set of claw marks were gouged out of his side, his large hand the only thing stopping his innards from falling to the floor.
She gave a scream of rage and devastation before clicking the heels of her hover boots together and shooting into the air through the hole in the ceiling. She hovered for a second, looking down at her sensei and the monster before she closed her eyes and flew in a random direction.
Mei didn't allow herself to fly with her eyes closed for more than a few minutes. She needed to be able to look for threats and find shelter like her sensei had told her to. The detection device she had built gave a loud screech as she flew over what had once been the forest behind U.A. Taking a steadying breath she angled herself to land, just as her feet hit the dead brown grass it gave way under her feet.
With a scream, Mei fell, unable to righten herself, she clenched her eyes closed and prepared for a hard landing. Only to let out a surprised sound when she hit some sort of cushion.
"Hatsume Mei, why are you no longer in the support bunker?" A voice called from in the shadows.
"Nomu, everyone else is dead." She answered hollowly.
Fluorescent lights sputtered on and Mei found herself looking at Principal Nedzo. He looked less put together than she had ever seen him, he no longer wore shoes and his eyes held a small spark of insanity.
"I see, welcome to my bunker, I believe with you here plan Z-six can be implemented." Nedzo said chipperly, with a too wide smile on his muzzle.
"Follow me." He ordered and turned away from her.
Mei rolled from where she had landed and followed Nedzo as quickly as she could. The sound of her boots loud in the otherwise silent bunker. The room they arrived at, once Mei stepped through the door, was a mix between an experiment lab and a hospital room. Mei had to choke back a scream at the sight of three people on the beds, thankfully one was completely isolated from the others. The one that was isolated was very dead, one alive who looked tired, and the last alive but hooked up to so many tubes and wires she could only assume that they were being kept on the edge of death. Two of them had stark snowy white hair, the one that was obviously dead was bald, but they had no eyes either, only scar tissue puckered skin.
"Nedzo-sensei…what?" Mei asked softly.
"At the start of all of this, I kidnapped Midoriya Hisashi, also known as Sensei, or All-for-one. I brought him here to try and figure out how to stop Shigaraki, sadly he passed away recently. Aizawa left Eri here for her safety, I have done all I could to keep her well, and Midoriya Izuku was delivered to me by Bakugou Katsuki near death." Nedzo answered. "We have no hope of winning against Shigaraki and his Nomu. I have run every possible option, and every single one of them fails. Plan Z-six needed more brain power and innovative skills than I possess."
Mei took a deep breath and let it out slowly before asking. "What is plan Z-six?"
Nedzo turned to her with gleaming eyes, the insanity growing.
"Time and dimension travel!" He answered.
Mei felt her knees connect with the ground as they gave out with her shock. The chimera had to be joking, this was something that wasn't even whispered about, this was insane. She took another look at Nedzo, this time she noticed that the insanity wasn't as dark as she had feared, but more desperate than she was really comfortable with.
"How?" She croaked.
"Ah, we plan then build." He answered as he clapped his paws together. "Eri already consented to using her quirk for the time travel part, before being put into a coma Midoriya Izuku had agreed to being…altered, so that's already been done…mostly. You will need to be altered as well, but we will do that after the machine is built."
Mei blinked slowly, hope sparking in her chest. She was the best support hero in the last fifty years, she had graduated top of her class breaking every record for her course, she had been the most sought after for her support items. She could, and would build something that could rip through reality to get to another universe.
"Let's do this!" She shouted and jumped to her feet.

If you want to read more about my one piece spy x family crossover, keep reading!
So the idea is simple! Crossover reincarnation au where ASL is reborn in Spy x Family. They’re each born separately and none of them are born with the same names as their previous lives, and with no way of finding each other, they each find their own thing to do in the world.
Sabo, too used to the dangers of being a spy, eventually finds a cause to devote himself to again, in preventing war from engulfing the country he was reborn in. Ace, drawn to fire as he was in his previous life, used arson as a means to rob rich people for sustenance and survival, and is eventually scouted and hired by Garden as a fire specialist and assassin. And Luffy, though born in perhaps the poorest condition, grows up happily and takes whatever part time jobs he wants to do.
The thing about Sabo is that, as much as he seems like a young man of good repute and high standing within society, everyone in WISE knows that he is a massive nuisance. Nobody knew in the beginning how a child less than half the age of most of their veteran agents could have the same skills and knowledge in their profession. Sabo was— and still is— hyper competent, and by the time WISE figured out just how much of a menace to society he was, it was too late.
Ace forgot for the first few years of his new life that he wasn’t made of fire, and consequently, received multiple accidental burns. This did not deter him, however, from growing up to be a very skilled arsonist, well-practiced in every which way to start a dumpster fire or house fire. As a teenage he would use this often to draw attention as he robbed rich people blind. When he was caught, he was given an ultimatum by Garden: join them and receive payment for starting fires and causing problems under contract, or face the government and authorities for his crimes. Begrudgingly, he joined Garden, but eventually comes to appreciate that he can make substantial money in his element.
Luffy is Luffy. No telepathy or experimentation, no fancy schools, no gimmicks or secret identities. But he has still lived an extremely colorful life in this world, full of fascinating and kind individuals who have helped him grow up healthy and relatively happy. He goes where he is free, and he takes whatever part time jobs he wants in order to make the minimum he needs to survive.
Ace and Sabo find each other first, in their late teens, and neither of them realize that the other remembers their previous life, but both refuse to separate. (Sabo thinks Ace doesn’t remember, because Ace didn’t recognize him. Ace never saw Sabo grow up past 10, however, so he doesn’t recognize older Sabo immediately. By the time he does realize who exactly Sabo is, Sabo has backtracked and pretends to know Ace from a dream, or from somewhere else.)
Sabo’s attachment to Ace, predictably, causes problems between Sabo and WISE, but by then, Sabo is indispensable to the organization, and they make an exception for Sabo to be able to remain with Ace, so long as Ace never finds out what Sabo’s actual job is. Ace, on the other hand, hides his job because he doesn’t want his brother, who he has just found and who does not know Ace well enough yet, to know that he makes a living from killing people.
And they find Luffy sometime afterwards, prior to the beginning of the Spy x Family canon. Luffy figures out, not long after moving in with his brothers, both of his brothers’ secret occupations and the fact that both of them remember their past memories. He thinks it is common knowledge, however, and so he never brings it up.

We don't talk enough about the fact that Amelia Pond, s5 Amelia Pond, before the timeline is reset, isn't just a normal orphan. Her parents didn't die, didn't abandon her, and didn't send her away. They never existed in the first place.
And if her parents never existed, then Amelia cannot exist. She is a causal impossibility.
"People fall out of the world sometimes, but they always leave traces." A photograph. A face carved into an apple. Yes. Sure.
A child.
Now that's too big, surely.
But that's what she is. She is exactly the same as these things. A trace. An echo of something that could never be, never was, never could have been.
And the universe should never allow it. A whole person, that's just too much. She could not have continued to exist indefinitely, in normal circumstances, after her parents never existed.
In normal circumstances.
Because the Doctor didn't just save her from things coming out of the crack in her wall. He saved her from going into it. And he didn't just save her from the threat of going into it simply because of its vicinity.
No, by arriving when he did, he interrupted a process that was probably already in motion. And then by arriving again only moments later on a cosmic relative timestream (too quickly for the process to complete) and yet in the local relative timestream, years later --- years of a potential future caught midway through the process of rewriting -- he solidified that existence. Amy is a creature from another timeline, caught in amber. The Doctor prevented her from never existing, but only after she could already never exist.
And so, no one around Amelia thinks about it. Neither does she. There's some kind of consciousness block, because if you thought about it, really thought about it, for two seconds you'd realize she cannot exist. And the human mind can't deal with that. So, to protect itself, everyone's brain simply slides off it before ever noticing. They just assume that her existence makes sense, and don't question it, and don't notice what they don't question, that is staring them in the face.
But of course, to some extent they do notice. They can't think it, but they notice subconsciously that there's something they can't think. They notice there's something wrong with her, something uncanny. And they don't like it, and they alienate her even more because of it.
"Does it ever bother you Pond that your life existence doesn't make any sense?"
